MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Office Staff, When I called for E-Clynders it took an Act of God to get quantity. I also was educated by New company that 100 foot tubing should Never be used. The Concentrator generates so much heat that I keep it in big Walk In closet but still heats up my 650 square feet Apartment, so in Summer. I use E-Clynders for John. We dont have AC & our Apartment gets up to 90 degrees. Someone needs to come up w/Contractor that doesnt heat my house up, I dont turn my heat on winter & in Summer I use E/Cylinders. This company needs to be investigated for Medicare & MEDICAID FRAUD. The one Good thing is the Drivers they may not take direction but their kind Stay Away from this Joke of a Company.

The Premier Advantage - Providing Service Beyond Your Expectations, (Premier Website), lets be honest, Premier is a joke in Colorado! They do not Care, Tom who is the Manager is more interested in anything but service beyond expectations. The are never on time, they are rude. They should not be in business of working with the elderly and especially hospice patients. Frankly one of the LEAST professional and responsible companies. Frustrating, I sincerely hope that they encounter this kind of services as a patient when they need it. PATHETIC!

This place has been nothing but a joke to deal with. My father passed on a Saturday. We tried to get equipment picked up that day. They said they would try but couldnt promise anything. They didnt come through which wasnt a big deal since it was a Saturday. We scheduled a pick up for Monday and told them to call an hour before because we had to go make arrangements for our father. They called me as i was about to walk in side a funeral home and said they were in my area and if i wasnt home they would have to reschedule for Tuesday. I asked why i hadnt gotten a hour heads up and the driver apologized but said he could be at my house at 9am Tuesday. Well 9am came and went, then 10 came and went, finally it got to be 11. I called and was told by the dispatcher that they had no control over the routes the drivers took. Please dont put yourself through the agony i have went through with this company. They Dont care at all about your loved ones situation. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER LOWLIFE HEARTLESS COMPANY PROFITING OFF OF PEOPLE IN THEIR TIME OF NEED.

The equipment was fine the service terrible. They refuse to tell me a time to pick up medical bed and equipment after my husband’s death. The bed is in my main living space so I get to see his death bed in my living room for days. With the incredible sadness and loss they haven’t even given a 4 hour window to pick it up. Terrible service!

Family and I were sitting in their grassy area waiting for the impound lot across the street when a man named Lorenzo approached us and gave us chips and soda. So kind and thoughtful, people and places like this make the world go around :)

Scum ownership and business!

Ive called this place multiple times to try and get information regarding my grandma. Unfortunately when I call, as she used to be a patient they refuse to give me any information, even with all of her personal information they are horribly rude and nasty each and every time I call. I did two stars though because I spoke with a Nurse or Therapist one time and she was the sweetest but unfortunately did not have permission to give me any information. There is a professional way to say that you dont have information or need a release of information for a patients family member to get information. I called because I had received a call in regards to my grandma (after leaving three voicemails) from a lady but as soon as I picked up, half way through the lady giving me her name it cut out and when I called back the line was busy. I googled the number and called and a Bob answered the phone and when I told him what patient I was calling in regards to and that someone called me he cut me off and said well I cant do anything if you dont know who called you I then tried to explain that I was needing billing information and he said try calling your grandmas doctor and hung up. Completely unprofessional.
