Multiple repeat interactions with multiple cars. Recently bought a new car with a lot of undercarriage rust, so we went in to wieland for a diagnosis and potential fixes. I was notified that aside from the rust, they discovered that my muffler assembly was barely hanging on with just 1 hanger instead of 4. After the diagnosis, I was given a browbeating and the mechanic told us you shouldve brought it in before you bought it. Up till here is something that I can understand, but after this exchange, we requested a quote to do a quick fix on the muffler, and was quoted north of 1k for a custom hanger shaped and made out of carbon fiber. Now Im not a mechanic, but I asked if they can just put in a universal hanger in one of the 3 broken location, but they refused my idea and said the custom hanger was our only option. This rubbed us the wrong way and we decided to go to autozone to get a universal hanger and hang the muffler ourself. Maybe it was a one off encounter, but considering it happened in front of the front counter, with the condescending tone of the mechanical definitely did not translate to a favorable experience. I understand that economy is hard right now but I dont think that justifies a 1k estimate for a quick 20 dollar part 😅

Used the Quick Lube this morning. Excellent experience! Quick and very polite service technician! I love Wieland for all my vehicle repairs and maintenance, but now Ill be sure to use the Quick Lube too!

Went for an inspection and oil change. Wasnt there longer than an hour. No appointment needed. Would reccomend.

Wow- An awesome place- I came in for an inspection and was greeted pleasantly with a no problem-get right on it- just pull the car around to the doors attitude. I was wrong not getting the front desk girls name-but she was really a fantastic worker as others came in while I waited and she handled each with ease, calmness and personality. The inspection was prompt and the technician also pleasant to speak with. Again-names! But I am new to the area and have found a go to service station that I know I can trust. I also saw their list of prices for certain jobs and they looked more than reasonable. Plus they got the King all over the place! Thank you very much. Yep I will be back.

Ive been going here for oil changes, inspections, maintenance & repairs since I first got a car. Theyre always honest and up front about anything car related that you might need. I need an inspection and I was able to walk in on a Monday morning. It took about 40mins total waiting time. Friendly and quick service. They have a decent waiting area. No WiFi. The bathroom are really clean and elaborated. I didn’t service my car, just inspection.

I live about an hour away and was dropping someone off at the airport when my car started to overheat. Luckily, I was right near Wieland Automotive. They were able to quickly look at my car and give me a temporary fix, so I was able to get home safely. Very thankful they took the time to take care of my car and understood the situation. No return call on tire repair issue. After I called twice I was told their tire repair man would call back asap. He never called. Guess they couldnt care less. Stay away. Customer service is everything. They failed.

Went to this shop 5/29/18 to get my vehicle inspected and when the mechanic pulled my car into the shop he hit the bumper of our car on the lift. He then decided to try and fix it and didnt therefore I have a huge gap were my bumper was detached from the fender. He also scratch the bottom of our bumper and they sent us to the shop next store to get it buffed out. The women at the desk was very nasty when I told her I wanted to stand and watch my car because he ruined our bumper she said I could watch from the window and that I could see just fine from there. Needless to say my car didnt pass inspection and I was still charged after they damaged my car. I will never be back to this shop and wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

Started coming here years ago on the recommendation of a coworker after I mentioned all the work the repair shop I was using at the time said I needed.Came to wieland and they gave me what I needed not what the other shop thought that it should have done.Great place for repairs and never had any problems. If it needs repair they give you the price ahead of time, they do the repairs and you are on your way.They also do oil changes which is separate from the repair shop so so just pull in without an appointment.Always a friendly greeting by everyone who works there.With free Wi-Fi and coffee you cant go wrong.Have been recommending to anyone looking for a good auto repair shop just as it was recommended to me years ago.
