My family and I have come here for years. When it comes to this kind of work, you want people you can trust and we trust Tom and his other staff. When we have had major issues, they always get us in promptly. Definitely recommended.

After getting into my first accident, my regular mechanics recommended Broadway Collision for my repairs. Tom made everything so easy for me. I was able to email him my estimate, he ordered everything ahead of time before needing to drop my car off, and had my repairs done in about a day and a half. Tom also made it extremely convenient to communicate with me through email and text (the nature of my job keeps me away from my phone for hours at a time). Great service and will recommend to everyone.

After dealing with many local dealerships for service, weve found our new service center. Jason is not only friendly but most importantly- Honest! and you dont see that much in this industry. Top notch service on everything from new tires to brakes and oil changes. An oasis of automotive ease with an angels voice!

I always had taken my car their. However, Im no stranger to the owner but I didnt appreciate them changing my oil without my permission. I just changed the oil and put premium oil in the car and to have it changed was a little suspicious to me. I do like them and their work so Im still bringing my vehicles there.

Wont take my vehicle anywhere else but here. Not only did Jason take very good care of my moms vehicle until the day she passed away but he is now servicing my vehicle. I wouldnt take it anywhere else. He is a great guy and def. takes care of people!!

Affordable and very competent technicians at the service center. Collision is also very honest and competent.

This is a fantastic well run and well managed shop. We had a front door accident on our truck and got Toms name from a friend. Nothing but great things to say about Tom and his staff. No one would say having to get a car repaired is enjoyable, but Broadway Collision at least made it easy, thats for sure! From working with my insurance company to setting up a rental car, Tom is one of the most courteous and professional people Ive every met. If there was a 6th star, I would have chosen it! Thanks Broadway Collision!!!

Needed windshield replaced. I have full glass coverage with AAA Auto Ins. who uses Safelite Solutions for glass coverage. Went to appt. with Safelite for the replacement in Hamburg, NY and was told I needed to take it to a collision place because the top right corner had rusted so bad there was a hole that needed some metal work. They referred me to Broadway as a very reliable and honest place that maybe could do the job for about $250 (best estimate). Broadway looked at it (seeing the rust and hole by peeking under the rubber gasket) and said they were 2 weeks out but they could do it for an estimated $687+ that would take 3 days but Safelite would replace the windshield in their shop. I got a second opinion at Frontier Glass in Orchard Park and they were able to replace the windshield (in 2 hours) covered in full with AAA using just primer for the rusty areas because there was no hole that needed any metal work. I am very glad I got a second opinion and still wondering why Broadway and Safelite saw a hole that wasnt there.
