I went to Corey Auto Sales looking to purchase a 2013 Nissan Sentra that I seen on their website. The car was in great condition,both physically and mechanically. I took my car in for an oil change and a gas leak. The team at Corey Auto Sales fashioned me a custom fit gas line to replace the old plastic one. They did so in a timely manner and for a budget friendly price. Their staff is always very nice and super helpful which helps ease the stress of auto repairs. Bought a dodge minivan. It was all clean, they had to fix the power doors. Within the first week it ran rough and kept going back and just gave me Lucas has treatment. IT NEEDED SPARK PLUGS VERY BADLY! He did change the wires so it looks new, but I took it to MY mechanic and he said they got lucky and got SPARK plugs out because 2 broke in half!!! BEWARE: If you buy an overpriced vehicle here take it to your mechanic to get it looked at!

Had absolutely great experience with the family. my sister and both our purchased vehicles and they treated kind from the moment we walked through the door. However they did sell me a damage. Car after only 2 weeks of having the car the tire blew up on the thruway because the vehicle needed a wheel alignment. And my windshield whippers stopped working the same day. When I went back to the shop to tell him they tried to charge me 300$ for 2 new tires and a wheel alignment and I only had the car for a few weeks

We recently bought a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country from Corey Auto Sales. They were extremely helpful and accommodating at purchase time. Within a couple weeks, there was a computer glitch and we took it in to be serviced (it is a used car after all). They would not quit researching until the issue was both discovered and resolved. In my mind, they have gone the extra mile and will not let you down.

Intially I considered it overpriced compared to Kelly blue book however, when I inspected it and reviewed the carfax I realized that the cars are really shipped from Florida across the country to be rust free and this is very important. More importantly after purchase I went to do some open recalls, the dealer reported some issues with front suspension. I went back to Corey Auto during the warranty and they replaced the parts and fixed it for free. Thanks.Update 5 months after the purchase, I was really blessed to get my car from Corey Auto sale. Excellent condition, no issues.

I would definitely recommend Coreys to anyone. The sales staff is very helpful, they sat down with us for 3 hours to help find insurance and were very patient and provided great service. It is very obvious that they thoroughly inspect the cars that they are selling you and try to provide the best cars they can.

I purchased a van a few years back from this company. Everything went wonderful. Went back to purchase another vehicle from them. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I saw a vehicle there and called them to make an appointment to test drive it. I was told that I had to fill out a credit application first, so I did. Found it a little strange that I had to fill out an application before test driving it. So I went online at 2:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday. Called them on Thursday, they didnt have an answer. Called them on Friday, still didnt have an answer. Now I had to wait until Tuesday because of the New Year holiday. Called them at 12:30 on Tuesday. Still didnt have an answer. Said he would call me back in 15 minutes. No call back. Finally on Wednesday I received a call from them. They left a message that said the amount I was going to put down on the car wasnt enough and that if I wanted to put more down on it then maybe we could get the credit. I never did get to test drive the vehicle, but my credit score went down 5 points because of their inquiry. Sidenote: I was also working with a salesman from another company who ran my credit and came back telling me I didnt need anything down.

I had no credit and or bad credit prior to them getting me approved. My new used car is awesome. It has very very lil rust. It runs great drives great. I love it. They are very nice people. Great service. My loan payment is low enough for me to make payments without putting myself out too much. It is by far the lowest car payment I have ever had. Thank you to the owners.

Highly recommend for both buying and repairs. We bought a car here, the owners were very helpful and after meeting the whole family we left feeling more like friends instead of nameless customers. When we went to pick up the car they had realized one of the tire air pressure sensors had gone bad and offered to fix it for us right away. Unfortunately, our schedules didnt allow us to get the car back to them for months and they still repaired it at no cost. We sustained a cracked bumper after someone hit the car in a parking lot and not realizing that Corey Auto Sales did collision work, I brought the car to another mechanic who attempted to convince me that I didnt need a new bumper, just a patch. Thought to check with Corey Auto Sales and they agreed with me that a new bumper was the best plan - AND they were able to replace the bumper for less than what the other mechanic wanted to charge to just patch the old one. Ill certainly be back for all needed repairs and future car purchases!

So I am writing a new review of this dishonest establishment because if you can believe this, THEY REFUSED TO LET US PICK UP OUR CAR UNLESS WE TOOK DOWN OUR HONEST REVIEW OF THE FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. Can anyone say EXTORTION??? What they just did is deplorable and ILLEGAL! This is a towing company that works with the Depew Police department to tow any cars they impound at $175 a pop! I wonder if the police know they are holding peoples cars hostage because they dont like the world knowing what unscrupulous people they are!!! Mind you that the car had ALREADY BEEN RELEASED TO US BY THE POLICE, WE JUST HAD TO PAY THE TOWING FEE AND GO. So Im pretty sure once the police release a vehicle and I pay for it, that its entirely illegal to hold it to extort us into taking down the bad review. And then to add insult to injury, my wife just noticed on the receipt she signed to pay for the towing that he very sneakily wrote that both parties agreed to not leave bad reviews! This is the same receipt I signed to pick up the car the first time! So they are flat out LYING and using a signature that was meant for something else to somehow backhandedly say I agreed to not write a bad review? I SIGNED NOTHING, I REPEAT NOTHING THAT SAID I WOULD NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW!!!! THEY ARE USING MY SIGNATURE FROM ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO TO SAY I AGREED TO SOMETHING I DID NOT. Pretty sure that is ILLEGAL too! Guess they dont notice I hadnt taken down their fb review I left which predates this one, so check the dates. And Im sure being an impound lot they have me on camera coming in weeks ago when this whole mess started, AND NOT TODAY WHEN I SUPPOSEDLY SIGNED SOMETHING AGRREING NOT TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. This is the company that the police station uses, really? I had a bad experience here. Its a used car place. The owner talks the talk but doesnt answer questions and had us sign up for a loan. He is not a man that likes to wait. He called me I didnt answer not 20mins later he called me back saying I called you! I was busy! And I told him I didnt like XYZ last night. He told me to talk to my husband my gut was telling no so it was no. Again he couldnt wait and called my husband. BEWARE!

They were willing to negotiate on a few choice things and bent over backwards to get me the auto loan with not too much credit history.Another thing awesome thing about Corey Auto Sales is they have their pwn mechanic on the lot so anything that may need a tweek or fixing they are able to do right there on the spot for you.Its a family owned amd operated business.
