I used to love this store. However, its gone down hill. The Cashier during the week was extremely rude earlier today. First, she and one of the other employees spent 2 minutes cracking each other up while a line formed and they just stood there joking. (I was second in line.) Then after she finally got around and cashed out the person before me and I was offloading my cart on the belt, she actually called the lady who had just arrived behind me and told her to come ahead of me because she Only had a couple items. I already had let the customer ahead of me go ahead of me, I patiently waited while she checked out the customer ahead of me. Then she pushed me back and made me wait behind someone else who had just arrived because she only had a couple items. Yeah, Ive been coming here regularly since Covid but thats over now if this is how I am going to be treated.

The manager at this location is excellent! I see products here that I have never seen before. She stocks a lot of crossword puzzle books, which I love. Everything is so orderly and clean despite the amount of traffic. All the cashiers are so friendly.

An inexpensive way to help out the homeless shelters. Holding a drive at work.

Always a wonderful experience i think they need a 2nd floor with bar and observation deck 🤣✌

Enjoy this store as it is clean and uncluttered. Prices cant be beat and service is fast and friendly.

This Dollar Tree is a little smaller than others so they dont have the coolers with food items for sale. Other than that it is well stocked !

Nice clean store with a big selection

I love this store! Everything is a dollar or less. New items come in regularly and they keep up with the seasons and holidays. There are a lot of other stores here too. Its in a small plaza with Tops supermarket, a liquor store, Big Lots and more. McDonalds, Dollar General and more are right across the street. Its a very nice area.

Always a pleasure coming here. Prices are great. I usually dont wait long to check out. Staff is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful 😍

Im beyond disappointed with this store! It used to be clean all the the time. I think thats why I stick by the one in Alden. I just walked out of there 5 mins ago. There is so much garbage everywhere!! This store here in D&L plaza is so disgusting! A mess in almost all the aisles! Really?!!!! Poor management here! They need to clean up all that garbage! The shelves are a disaster! 😳 Dont think Ill be back this way again unfortunately 😏

Their was one cashier working, and it took a long time for me to get to the cashier. The woman in front of me tried to pay with a check. Can you believe that? A store that still takes checks. The check froze the the register. I waited for nothing. STOP TAKING CHECKS.

Found what I needed. Even some cute stuff I didnt. Lol. Nice, friendly cashier.

Good savings on items I need on a regular basis... & employees always seem to be attentive to customers even with all they have to do.

Not well stocked always empty things on the shelves and managers are not nice, they are rude and same with the cashier as well they need to hair people that have experience in retail and hospitality for sure and people that have great customer skills. I dont know if ill keep shopping at this store at all. also the floor is nasty and thing on it and there is trash always on the floor. if they fix all of this then I would shop at the store again.
