Car wash is a ripoff wont let you use dillions discount card at the pumps or inside over heard manager threatening to fire weekend employee for not wearing a hat when the manager and other employees are not wearing them either very unprofessional made me uncomfortable.

Gas. Worthless car washes. Discourteous Assistant Managers. This Kwik Shop sells gas. They also sell a car wash BEFORE you buy the gas that only gets your car wet. They employ a grumpy assistant manager named Sarah who sits on the floor and snaps, We dont give refunds on car washes; its company policy. If you wanted your car actually cleaned, you should have paid more. They also give out a third party 800 customer service number that only takes down your complaint and promises to pass it on to Kwik Shop corporate offices. So if you want gas, they sell it. If you want a car wash that only spits on your car, theyve got it. If you want customer interaction from a crabby person named Sarah, youve found the spot. If you want one more useless customer service number, this is the place. Shame on you Kwik Shop for allowing your name on a shabby operation like this.

I had a free coffee and could show I should get it by showing my Dillons app. The lady refused to do anything about it. Only gave me a help line number. And since I was counting on free coffee I didnt have any money with me. Since I had already taken a few sips of my beverage she threatened to report me for stealing. Super unprofessional.
