Would definitely recommend this place! Rachel was awesome helped me with all my questions and was very friendly and professional. If anyone is looking for a storage facility I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Rachel, its nice to see someone who still cares for great customer service!

This storage unit was great…..they have now been bought out and increased the prices $50 a month, due to increasing expenses! I’m not sure what what they’ve change to make increasing expenses! Not happy!

Derby Self Storage has been great accommodating my needs. I needed a place to store my lawn mowing equipment and at the same time, putting my own personal vehicle in my garage. For me, it is centrally located to where my customers are located, and that was an added bonus. The cherry on top is the staff at Derby Self Storage are helpful and super nice. I have been totally pleased and blessed that they are open to serve my needs. I would highly recommend them, for sure. Totally satisfied.

My decision to utilize the new Derby Storage facility was made equally because of there great special (regular rates beat everything in town as well) and Donette’s professional demeanor and personal attention. It is apparent in the first minute that she knows her business and wants to give the customer the best experience, which for me, she certainly did. 10/10 recommend this place!
