Rental agreement# 78615268 I scheduled a 1 way trip to North Carolina on 2/9/2021. I picked up a dirty and cigar smoke and ash covered vehicle from Home Depot. I expected a much better experience from Penske. And then I got whacked $100 a day after the week after paying over 2k for the rental. Never again...
