I have been to many storage places and this by far the best place. Rachael who is the manger was very helpful and informative. Fast process good rates and she was able to accommodate me to fit my schedule. The units and ground are kept pristine. Have a lot of valuables stored even thou this is not a climate control unit are 2 stories high and have a great ventilation system no moisture never damp. I highly recommend them to store ur things what is also nice u can drive right up to ur unit no elevators navigating through a building. Talk to Rachael at facility she always is keeping an eye on the place checking units to make sure it is safe and secure it is well lite with access code in and out and and more cameras than the White House. Im very impressed with the level of service here. I had reserved a 5x5 unit online and when I arrived I realized it wasnt big enough for what I needed. Theresa was very helpful in getting me the size unit I needed and figuring out all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend using SROA for your storage needs!

Smooth process, friendly staff, very helpful.

This place is clean, the units are clean but Theresa in the office is great. She took time to answer my questions, let me see the unit (to judge its size) before I paid for it and was easy to talk to. Within 3 minutes of being in her company, I was at ease and felt like she was a friend. I will definitely recommend CubeSmart.

Been there 5 times on all week days (wed&sun closed)- in the last 2 weeks they weren’t open on any day I was there, even the customer care guys said they were getting no response and don’t know why.... Most probably PERMANENTLY CLOSED ...!

Mr. Jamie BDid an excellent job helping me understand the different sizes of the units and what would work best for my load of personals that I needed to stored. Just went to access my unit but had to shovel snow away from the door? Cube smart was not like that ! Manager didn’t care!

Was here before it was bought by cubesmart. After cubesmart took over, my rent went from $165/mo to $292/mo in a matter of 18 months. They increase the rent 25% every 6 months. Apparently this is cubesmart modus operandi. Company is mostly concerned with stock market gains. Look up for yourself the CEO bragging about jacking the rents up. Meanwhile, new facilities are sprouting up everywhere.The whole facility is at least 25 years old. And its Derby, CT..... not exactly a desirable high rent area, to put it mildly.. lol. They force you to buy cubesmart insurance which is not a real insurance policy.I moved my stuff to a larger unit in a brand new facility for almost half the rent of cubesmart. I should have done this a year ago. Dont procrastinate like me, just get it done.

Pleased with the storage area ---price was a bit high for outdoor storage with no temp.control. Manager was great with everyone and went out of her way to please you. Had one little problem and she went to the next level and took care of it immediately. Its nice working with people who know what they are doing.

Needed to do some spring cleaning and decided to place some stuff in storage. From the beginning I was welcomed with a big smile and was made to feel very welcomed. All of my questions were answered and the General Manager explained everything clearly. I did not feel there would be any surprises charges. Everything was smooth. The office and outdoor facilities were immaculate. I recently used a storage facility in another town and the grounds and even the storage space were filthy. The space I was being shown today was very clean. Truly a good experience. I will happily refer everyone I know to this facility. I do not recall the Managers last name but I recall her first, Joanna. Great job. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience from beginning to end when going through the process of setting up my rental agreement with CubeSmart. The sales representative offered me a great promotional rate and honored it until it was convenient for me to physically arrive at their office to complete the administrative paperwork. The office manager, Joanna E., was excellent. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about her job and professional. She had great oral and written communication skills as she was very thorough in her explanation of everything that I needed to know about the entire rental process. She definitely made me feel comfortable in me making my decision to store my property at her facility. I would definitely recommend patronizing this business for all of your storage needs.

If you planning to choose this place be prepared for not having access to your storage unit because of constantly broken gate. Since Storage Rentals Of America took over this property not only prices are ridiculously high but there is no 24 hour service, after 6:00pm if the gate won’t open you will be left to your own devices. The property manager never return phone calls. She’s no very helpful.I have been in this place for over 3 years and this is so far the worst property manager.Thing twice before choosing this place!!!!!!!

Very expensive and you must purchase their insurance. They purchased a former storage company. I rate this low because you have to pay a fee to pay online or by phone. I used to be able to call and give my credit card, not anymore.

Im not happy with this company. Due to a back problem, I was 10 days late in emptying out my storage unit and was charged for the whole month. I dont paying for the time I used the storage unit but why the whole month?
