Ok to navigate through. Most employees are helpful but the ones are the register are not, you tell them you have two separate orders and they scan and throw every item in the same carriage without disregard of what you told them.

I love shopping at ALDI - great prices on things like cheese, dairy, chicken breasts, and snacks. Produce is hit or miss. The aisle full of weekly specials is fun to browse, but some things go quick so you have to go when they stock it (later Saturday/Sunday) if you want something specific. The best part is that its never crowded like Market Basket - although, because of the limited offerings at ALDI, we still shop there too.I dont find the staff at this particular location very friendly or willing to engage with customers, except for a select few. I will walk right by employees who act like Im not even there. My friend shops at another ALDI and says the staff have gotten to know her and her family. It really adds to that small grocery store feel and I wish it was more prevalent at this location.Overall, I enjoy shopping here.

While not the place to do all your grocery shopping because of small store with minimal selection, the produce and meats put Shaws down the road to shame with both quality and prices, even with a sale at Shaws.

Great prices for almost every need. Store is clean well lit with adequate spacing in the aisles. Cashier are friendly and almost always ask if you found everything you needed. One time I said no and she contacted someone in the back and they brought it out. It just had not made it to the floor.

I was shopping with my sister and we had put the seatbelt on the carriage through our purse straps well while checking out we tried and tried to get the belt open but we just couldn’t so we told the cashier who also tried and failed so she called over a stock boy who also tried and failed! So, we asked for a pair of scissors so the young man said we don’t have any! So by now we had been trying for quite a while when a woman came out of the office and also tried and failed by this time I was getting very frustrated my sister has an illness and was getting weaker as we had to stand there, I asked her to please just cut it she said I’m not cutting it mind you she had a box knife in her pocket the whole time. She said if I cut it then it has to go out for repair and that could take 2 weeks! Now I’m gettin aggravated,, she’s being wicked rude to us finally after almost a half hour I said please get a pair of scissors,,anyways in the end I told her you need to cut the strap we need our purses and I needed to get my sister home! Never have I been treated so rudely by a store employee anywhere!! I can only describe her as having pink hair as she didn’t have a name tag on. Someone needs to train that girl in customer service! Please! She ruined a perfect day for us as my sister finally was able to get out for a short trip but was totally fatigued and had to go back home! Shame on her!

Great prices and the employees are super nice. The young lady working the cash register last night was so nice. I love the orange chicken from the freezer section. It is delicious.

Aldi is a unique store. Like their small footprint which makes it an easy in and out shopping experience. Store is clean and isles are wide. Pricing is good. Some quirks that are not easy to get used to:- Shopping cart rental system. And no hand baskets?- At the checkout if you don not ask for a bag/bags you will not get any.

By far my favorite grocery store to go to, but I may have a bias having come from Europe. Aldi defies the norm in the incentive based grocery cart system, shopper temporarily provides 25¢ as collateral. Along with their fair trade, and trustworthy product line, the store provides everything I could need. Knowing the employees are treated fairly, via fair wage and time off, further adds to the shoppers peace of mind. All around a fantastic company and store to do 100% of my grocery shopping.Occasionally they have specials for thing such as chocolates, which we all know the Germans do very well!Oh, and the coffee is probably the best coffee you can find in the area short of seeking out specialty roasts. Highly recommend to anyone!

Pricing is great but they are lax on adapting to Covid. Aisles are not marked and when I asked them to clean the mat at the register I was told, and I quote we never do that. Pretty irresponsible given what we are all dealing with.

Poor service. Feels like staff thinks they are doing you a favor even at checkout. A more customer friendly environment would drive more business. You really need to be selective to ensure youre saving. Really not worth the hassle.

I usually shop at the Manchester one but we were in Derry. I stopped in they have different things which was cool. Although one thing I noticed is that some of there prices were much higher.

First and foremost-for anyone not happy with experience and cheaper pricing...feel free to go down the street to the higher priced Walmart ( and good luck finding open registers)The thing to note is this a smaller warehouse experience. They do not always have the same items. If you like bargains, then you will find them here. The way they keep their cost down is by NOT having a bunch of ( in most stores like Market Basket, Hannaford, and Walmart) disgruntled employees standing around ( in the isles talking) inflating the over head cost. Yes, you may have to bag your own groceries-but I prefer it.So far, I can not complain about my experience shopping at this location. This is my go to place for organic and wild caught (fish) items.

I like the milk prices at the Manchester and Keene stores, so I make the trip. The Concord store doesnt have competitively priced milk.Like most stores we shop at, there are selective things we get at each store. For ALDI, we get cheese, bread, nuts, tomato sauce, cereal, chips, hot dogs, veggie burgers, and some produce regularly. And then I usually end up with extra things as I walk around the store.I do appreciate that their prices almost always ring up correctly. I check every receipt for every store I shop at and many dont ring up correctly all the time. I think Ive only had to get a couple things fixed by the cashier in all my years of shopping at ALDIs.

Small footprint store makes grocery trips quick. Really low prices, especially on short dated items which are fine as long as you either use them quick or freeze them. The selection of organic foods is great and their diapers are equivalent to the target brand diapers but are even cheaper. The Aldi finds section has lots of household and seasonal items that are usually a really good value.

Bring your own shopping bags or totes! No totes inside, shopping carts are 25 cents to rent but you get the quarter back when you return the cart. You CAN buy shopping bags there as well. Youll be bagging/re-bagging your own groceries as well. Lots of decent prices on products. Not a lot of name brands, but lots of their doppelgangers at decent prices. Fresh fruits, vegetables and meats, dairy, frozen food.

Great produce. I check here before buying elsewhere. Always by my milk in Derry, NH because of the great price. Today I also bought the grass fed rib eye steak to try.

What a wonderful staff. At each visit, I receive the same friendly, customer oriented reception. The offered prices are great but on top of this, the shopping experience is even better. Once a week, here I come...... rain or shine..............

You wont find the selection like market basket or Hannafords, but the prices here are unbeatable. Good selection of natural packaged foods and decent selection of basic produce. The place is clean and tidy and a fantastic stop for your grocery necessities. Dont forget to bring your own bags!

Best grocery store...ever! I live in Maine and unfortunately the store is in NH...but i still go there whenever I can! Ive never seen such low prices.. especially for their chocolate! I love German and Belgium chocolate and Aldis has it at a fraction of the usual prices I pay!

Sorry but I was not impressed. I have tried shopping several times here hoping the prices and selection would improve. The produce and meat selection is much to be desired and the over all selection and prices are not enough for me to go out of my way to shop here.

Exactly the ALDI I know and love. It is clean and easy to navigate with the same selection as Ive come to expect from ALDI, it wont have everything but what it does have is inexpensive and of good quality. It doesnt have everything the larger sized supermarkets have, but it has most of it and makes up for it with its value.

Aldi has great food and good prices. You get good service, just make sure you bring bags! A bonus is that they actually pay their people good wages :)

Best place to shop the prices are great. If your a band name slave then dont go there. If you want to save money. Then this is the place to shop.

A number of us showed at opening for a special sale on certain meat, only to find out it was not in stock at all. No signs posted at the entrance, nor did the employee who opened the doors alert us to this fact.

The prices are great and they have healthy options as well. You bag your own groceries, so feel free to bring your reusable shopping bags! The cashiers are usually friendly.

My wife and I shopped in the Derry store and purchased two items.A few yogurts and (it was labeled)Rib Eye stake.The yogurt was not what i have purchased at other local grocery store,poor quality.The stake was cooked under the broiler to med.The meat was inedible.My wife and I will not shop there again.

Amazing! Theyre pretty basic, not a ton of different foods like a larger grocery store, but they have the basics. Everything I looked at was all natural (so I didnt have to worry about an allergic reaction) and WAY cheaper than any other store. I dont mind bagging my own groceries (worked at shaws for 2 years) and the cashier was super nice& friendly! My new favorite food store- cant wait to bring my 2 yr old! (She loves any& all shopping& I can let her get pretty much anything she wants here!)

Sad that the prices are slowly going up. Milk used to be comparable to Wal-Mart. I have encountered a handful of rude cashiers. They dont hide that theyre bored & arent happy being there. Not one has even smiled when I have approached the checkout. I used to go out of my way to go Aldis... Now not so much.

Aldi charges amazing prices for what they carry... how they charge $1.49 per pint of blueberries or $1.29 per pineapple in the middle of the winter is simply amazing.
