(!!!!!! Great Product and AMAZING Customer Service!!!!!!)I purchased the 48in Blade just under a year ago. I loved the Blade but unfortunately I had issues with it. When I noticed the issues I expressed them to PUTCO through their warranty link on their website. Within days I received a brand new blade. The blade sat in my dinning room because I was afraid to install it myself. By chance I ran into a PUTCO employee (Bryce) at an Iowa Football game. I discussed my situation and the next time he was in Iowa City he came and installed the blade for me!! The PUTCO staff offers the Midwestern hospitality to their customers! I would highly recommend this product and company to anyone!!!!!

I am rarely surprised - in a good way, by the level of customer service I receive, from any company, particularly post-purchase.First, the price of admission is a great product, and the PUTCO LED headlights (high & low) as well as fog lights that I installed in our 2019 F-150 are amazing!We travel about 30,000 miles annually, more often at night, in rural areas without supplemental lighting, in heavy deer country. I really needed better than factory bulbs and the installer I was working with recommended PUTCO.About a year after install, and guess what? Yes, I was involved in a truck/deer collision and in addition to a dead deer, I lost a fog light.MUCH to my surprise, PUTCO stepped right up and quickly and easily sent me a replacement bulb with no hassle whatsoever.With the level of product quality and and post-purchase customer service, they have EARNED a loyal and grateful customer.Thank you!

I ordered a Ford LED emblem, took months and a few phone calls to get my order and when I did get it, it was the wrong one. Took several calls and emails and I finally got my money back but I wouldve rather the correct light instead. Lack of response and customer service is their biggest fault.

Waiting a month for my order to ship, feel like I’m being given the runaround.

Been waiting 3 months on a $200 LED Ford emblem that I purchased.. I’ve called and been lied to about shipping dates on 3 occasions..original ship date was suppose to be 1st week of February..Here we are middle of March.. People I spoke with aren’t rude they just aren’t honest..also for the record I’m editing this review 1 month after posting...they have not reached out to me even after negative reviews...customer service ZERO STARS.. buyer beware

I like the company they manufacture alot of after market parts for vehicles and some high end stuff. The facilities are super clean and they have the place locked up tight like for knox.
