Great Customer Service. Polite Employees. Helpful Staff When You Have Questions With Anything. Meats Are Fresh As Well! They Even Sale Super Ropes Which Are Awesome And Bring Me Back To When I Was A Child At The Baseball Diamond.😀

I really like Fairway and it is convenient for me so I usually go there however that may have to change for a while. Broadlawns hospital has gotten grant and are giving prescriptions for fresh veggies and fruits along with 30 dollars worth of vouchers per month per person in household (we get 60 dollars) partipating stores but to my surprise Fairway is not one of them. Found out going through checkout with a basket full of produce. Going to Hyvee farmers market or C fresh for a while. 60 dollars is too much to waste every month

Worst shopping experience ever!! The check out clerk was unfriendly and told me to step back from the cart when I was getting my Coupons out of the cart. She did not smile, did not ask me if I found what I was looking for. I mentioned about the photo in Coupon that were mailed did not match the Item. She said people were talking about that. I will be shopping at another Fareway from now on. I called a Manager about it. He listened and apologized. That check out clerk needs some Customer Service training.

Always an easy trip in amd out. Produce always looks good store is clean and stocked every time Ive been there. The employees have always been nice amd helpful. And usually dont have much of a wait to checkout!!

New staff are rude! Shopped that store for 25 years. I know most of the staff love them. But the new older women.... ? ...... when I called mangt he had nothing to say. So hyvee and Walmart it is. In talking to my neighbors 3 of them said they would never shop that store. Mind you we are all walking distance from this fairway. Can you all say ( ouch) no one likes a bad neighbor!!! Fairway your a bad neighbor! Hope you close and we get a high quality store like Trader Joe’s, or Whole Foods

Surprised. I grew up in this neighborhood and used to come here a lot. Apparently this store doesnt take the groceries out to your car for you? The Fareway in pleasant Hill and in Pella still do this as a courtesy. Some nice people here, but definitely not the same.

I go there because of service, sackers, and help out but occasionally I end up having to take my groceries out myself and then have to take the cart back in myself. Dont mind that in the summer but not to fond of it on the winter

Today I went to Fareway and hen I got home and started putting my food away I seen that I had Corned beef instead of ground beef (Dont know how that happened) However I called them and told them what happened and The Manager said give me your address and I will bring it to you! Now that is great Customer service. Thank you so much...Love this store!

Excellent service

Jaime Brodene every time I go there, they offer to take my groceries out. I go a couple times a week. Cheerful cashiers and baggers. The store is always clean and tidy.

I like Fareway stores, prices, selectiin and the meat counter where it is easy to select your own cuts, but why so they always have to wad the bacon up? Seriously, do the meat counter employees just not care about there work, or so they shop at another store? If youre going to have a butcher counter please have some pride in the work/packaging.

The fareway store was awesome like always it is. Because I used to work there and I have friends that work there and I know where everything is in the store. I give it five stars because its one of the best stores ever in the U.S. I wouldnt go anywhere else......

The people and store and prices are great. But seriously if my kids or I have to use the bathroom I panic. Typically there is visible poop all over. Usually pee too. And this is the girls bathroom. I dont enjoy cleaning bathrooms but it obviously needs done more often. Really gross. Everything else is great tho.

I absolutely love Fareway - however, I am not happy that you have made the decision to be open on a holiday and on Sundays 😖 You have always Prided yourself on being closed on those days for family’s.

We get our meat here. They honor competitors coupons, and have quality meat at value prices. Store is always clean and well organized. Workers are friendly. We also like that they give employees Sundays off, to be with their families.

Some staff have very poor customer service.

Always have what I want, at a price I dont mind paying. They always price match competitors ads as well, not to mention the friendly service I always get there, and I personally like the old school policy of being closed on Sundays (its not necessarily a religious thing). :-)

Gateway has the very Best meat counter of any grocery store!

Watch the kid putting your groceries in the car. He sat gallon jugs of water and milk on top of the groceries. Otherwise a positive experience so far. I dont recommend bacon wrapped filets from anywhere, especially Fareway. I tried several times, and it was not filet. It was gristle gathered together with a toothpick. Ugh.

Meat counter is the BEST! Great store for basics. Not a lot of variety

Usually these guys are on the ball. Not this morning, January 31, 2017. It seemed like they were understaffed and the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. I have all the time in the world but I do not think I should have to wait as long as I did for four items, which I took out of the hand basket and left on the unmanned express counter!

Friendly customer service, the cashiers and people who bag the groceries are so wonderful and helpful! Great prices too!

I used to shop here often but again not happy with meat department. Bought a 3lbs roast and ended up feeding dog over a 1lb. All fat! I could of gone to cash saver bought the same for probably less. This is not ok for fareway. Plus when I went there tonight courtsey counter ripped me off 4 cents.

Good place to shop. Shopped at Fareway since it opened some 35 or more years ago.

This store has a great selection and a full meat service. What was unique about this place is that the checkout counters are handicap accessible.

I buy all my meat from Fareway, and the butchers back there are always friendly and courteous!

They have to have the best deli/meat counter of all the grocery stores I go to. Theyre slightly farther away than the local HyVee, but I find myself going to Fareway more frequently.
