Air pump sucked all the air out of my tire and then wouldnt work to air the tire back up. Cashier called manager and he wouldnt do anything until morning. He would have left us there all night. With the help of strangers, they changed our tire and send us on our way. Thank you gentlemen for your help

Pumps dont give receipt. Bathrooms filthy. Cashiers ride and sarcastic. Lost my business.

Very poor employer, no one knows how to run a store or have adequate employees for each shift. Maybe you should try hiring more people to work at your stores so your managers are not working 7 days a week and complaining to customers about the amount of time they have to work. No I dont work for git n go nor would I ever work for git and go I just know someone who does work for you and you guys take advantage of her and other employees

I wasnt even able to get into the store in Pleasant Hill. Im disabled and in a motorized wheelchair. They do not have a wheelchair assessable sidewalk to their store. It is 2020, hasnt Git N Go heard of ADA? I was shocked.

Charged me 75 dollars for 10 dollars of gas. Had to wait 5 hours until they finally gave me my money back. Do not go to this store they will take your money

Git n go worse customer service I have ever experienced. If I could if a 0 star I would. I have been double charged by Git n Go number 2 twice. The manage I spoke to from the gas station Told me to wait 5 business days to if it would drop because in their records they only have one charge. I have waited patiently for the charge too drop off. I have still not seen the charge be refunded. I go to git n go number two where I was charged and where I was told to come back too and now I am informed they can’t help me I have to be in contact with the corporate office. As a customer who decided to spend money at there business I think it would be nice to be informed when I flat out ask if I need to do anything else other than coming back to the gas station with my bank statement.

I stopped at the Bondurant location and my autistic son left his baby doll in the bathroom and we didnt notice it until we were almost home so i called and was informed that they threw it away not even an hour after we left.. I know to some it is a replaceable baby but to my son it is not

I live off county line road in Des Moines, Iowa. For over a week now I have had to go inside to get my receipt. This makes me angry as all get out. I am a disabled person. I dont want to go inside. Git and Go sucks......please build a Caseys store there. Then I could still get gas next to home. Otherwise I am driving the extra down to the new Kum and Go or QTrip down the street.

I live in Knoxville Tennessee our nearest get@ go markets are in Clinton just wish we had one in heiskell or Powell or Claxton but there all in Clinton ...but I do drive the extra miles its worth it ...love the drive through and friendly people and its a good family store for a nice quick bite or a quick grab for something lots of choices and good all around experiences ...

Poor service, disrespectful employees, and just all around a P O S gas station corporation. I hope this coporation dives off a cliff and never comes back

If u want to get cursed at. If u want to be talked down to as a human. If u have any type of change and u need something really bad, you get kicked out of the store because the clerk said hebdoesnt have time for u to count ur change. Come to East 33rd go in when a cashier named Devin is working u be talked down to u will be cused at. And he will kick you out of the store because he feels like it.

The one on 2601 Southwest ninth is never opened at 6 like this supposed to be 640 645 still nobody there, you call there corporate office and they sound like they dont care

If you want to be ignored by customer service reps because they are to busy playing with their phones, Git n Go is the place to go, reported this issue to corporate more then 3 times...

Google is incorrect. They are not open 24 hours. I went in earlier this evening and the front doors where locked.
