Love this place! So many great flavors and toppings, it was hard to choose. The worker, I think Kaitlyn, was great.

I went for my birthday and the gentleman made it one to remember! He specialized my dessert (Happy birthday to us) and I cannot thank him for his kind customer service and caring attitude! Thank you for being a wonderful person. I hope Orange leaf sees your worth and pays you for it!! I will be coming back all the time as long as he is there!

Who knew you could FREEZE yogurt? That’s absolutely BONKERS!! And it’s so GOOD??????? Never would I have imagined you could FREZZE AN O EJCG AND EAT IT????!!!!

Orange Leaf is one of the best Frozen Yogurt places around....From Chigago to Kansas to Des Moines....certainly a go to place of ours!We would be open to buy in as Franchisees....just a thought!

The Orange Leaf on Ingersoll Ave. has ok ice cream, but the store was very dirty and the employee on duty didnt seem to care too much. Plus, when we arrived, the door was locked. I called the store and the employee came out of the back room and unlock the door. Very Weird!! After we got our order, he disappeared into the back room again.

Went during big snow storm was only place plowed within miles. Oh and the yogurt is amazing!

Went as an after dinner treat as a family with my husband and two kids on a hot day. This definitely hit the spot! My husband and I both ordered the large bowls to share with our kids but I didnt realize the prices had gotten so high, over $14 for two bowls of fro-yo. When we walked in, we were greeted and told about the new procedure for everything with Covid-19 going on which was fine. After getting samples, we placed our order and the employee got the fro-yo for us. Since I didnt want toppings, he filled up my bowl a little higher, but there were definite large gaps at the bottom (I understand its hard to completely fill, but hard to justify charging me for a whole bowl when its definitely not full). Since my husband wanted toppings, his was filled up less to allow for toppings, which equated to him getting even less fro-yo. Overall, the food was delicious, and its understandable we cant handle the machines ourselves, but it then doesnt allow customers to get as much or little as they want in their bowls while still getting charged for a full bowl.

Gal working appeared to have NO idea what she was doing and seemed bothered and confused at questions. Establishment smelled clean(weirdly) but was filthy. Wont be back.

The pistachio flavor is sooo good! I also added maraschino cherries 😀 my son got blueberry jolly rancher with skittles. It reminded me of a DIY TCBY= loving it!!

I love being able to pay by the cup versus weight like most places do this. So many good flavors and toppings to choose from, you could conceivably have a different combination every time!

I had a large half and half wedding cake and vanilla cup. It was good. I recommend not taking the large as it was too many calories (I think 24 ounces?). I ate it all in regret. Trust me a medium or small should still easily saitisy. It would have satisfied me. Regrets 😂

If you’re from a small town and come to the city you have to try this place out. You can pretty much add all the toppings you want. Granted by the time you put two or more toppings on they’ll fall all over the place but well worth the money not too expensive. You Definitly won’t have to wait outside in the heat like most ice cream places. They even have places you can sit inside if you don’t want to take it in the car or outside.

Orange leaf is the only fro-yo shop I will go to. They do not measure by weight, they have a set price that you will pay for each cup you buy to fill up with your frozen yogurt. There are 3 different sizes of cups, or you may also make it into a smoothie.

Nice place but we were asked to leave 13 minutes before close while we were still eating.

Service is great. I love how they got rid of the scales. I love the ice cream flavors and toppings they offer. If they keep coconut and white chocolate strawberry yogurt then I’m Gucci

The yogurt was awesome! The candy and fruit selection was great! But the bathroom needs some TLC, when was the last time it was clean?

First time to visit this establishment. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful explaining how everything worked. Nice selection of flavors. Pineapple was very refreshing.

Not busy at all. Staff was helpful bit not energetic. Froyo was good as always. Wish we would have known about the new way of pricing before we started. Well know for next time.

Super laid back, always clean, but a little light on the sample cups.

I had never heard of this place before my insurance company sent me a coupon for a buy one get one deal. I doubted Id get the chance to use it but one day we were in the area and I remembered I had it so we went in. I loved the ice cream and do disc my spouse, but the person on duty didnt know how to process the coupon and claimed that there was no one he could call or consult with to find out. The coupon expired about a week later so it was worthless. Never going back again.

The yogurt it amazing BUT the people working were just handing out yogurt free to their friends and they ate it like an all you can eat buffet. I wasnt impressed with the dishonesty from the staff. I will never go to that orange leaf again!

My new favorite place in Des Moines. The store is clean, organized and very relaxing to eat and socialize. Staff is amazing, very friendly and professional.

Have not been to this place in a few years and was surprised to see how much it has changed. Its pretty dirty now and seems like the place is starting wear down. The frozen yogurt was runny and not very flavorful. No one was at the front to greet us. And when the worker came out, she wasnt wearing a uniform or nametag. When I told her I had a rewards card but didnt have it on me, she stated she didnt know how to look up rewards without the card. Did she even work there? Who knows. Overall, there is a menchies right down the road with much better quality frozen yogurt and exponentially better customer service.

Good frozen yogurt. The place is a little dirty though and you cannot serve yourself samples. Additionally you pay for the size and not by the ounce.

Im a west coaster who just moved here and the variety was not well. Not enough of a variety on toppings, customers were not allowed to sample on their own and to much emphasis on trying to have fancy flavors and not basic flavors.

Pleasantly surprised when I went there the first time. Good selection of flavors and toppings. Fare prices too. Both times I went there, as I walked in, there was nobody to greet us though. Worker was at the back.

The worker got up off the couch with his earbuds in without saying a word wile we walked in and got our yogurt alone..no samples apparently? Anyways he was rude and literally said no words except the price of course. When he did he mumbled them. Then his friends came in wile we sat down on the dirty couches, the went and sat all together in the corner (employee included) and started talking loudly and repeated the “N word” multiple times with no regard to my little brothers age.Did I forget to mention this employee had no uniform or name tag on, he literally acted and looked like some random guy off the street in worn out clothes and bad posture. Absolutely horrible service and the lack of respect towards us was amazingly awful.Before this past trip I had only had a few other bad experiences and the ones gay weren’t bad the service was nothing outstanding what so ever.

Good workers are awkward and look menacing

0 stars if I could. Went to the Ingersoll location and will not be back. Nobody came out of the back until 25 minutes after we got there. Door opened and closed twice. Stood at the counter for a while waiting ended up sitting and finishing the entire icecream. Icecream was runny, toppings were a mess, and sauces were gone. After saying something to the worker once she finally came out she had many excuses and wouldnt apologize because she was working by herself. Never have I been somewhere where I had to stay way longer then planned to pay. We paid and left. #TeamMenchies

The amount and variety of toppings is almost shocking, but the frozen yogurt just isnt that good.

Horrible customer service nobody our front to give out samples or to help us. We literally call out the employees to ring up our order.
