I’ve been coming to Salon Michelle for about 6 months now and I am always amazed with Michelle and her staff. I’ve tried so many other salons and they can never get my hair right. Let me tell you, Michelle is a color expert. Her experience is astounding. And she will tell you what your hair can take and what it can’t. She treats your hair like it is her own. I am VERY picky when it comes to hair stylists but Michelle checks all of the boxes. I would definitely recommend Salon Michelle.

Rebecca is an amazing stylist and recently gave me the most amazing strawberry blond color that is so close to my natural coloring that my own Mother couldn’t believe it! Rebecca nailed it. She even gave me tips on how to Dutch braid better so I can better manage my long hair. Ultimately tho, she understands the hair journey I’m on and is there for it. Can’t wait to go back!

I called last minute looking for someone to do a color correction. They found a cancellation and got me in the same day with the owner Michelle. Michelle is a Master Colorist and it shows. She gave me Balayage and took care of my hair so to not damage it. I plan to see her regularly and would highly recommend the salon.

Felicia is the absolute best! I’ve been seeing her for probably 5 years now and she is the only person that I can trust with my hair. I’m always switching up colors and she knows how to protect my hair but give me what I want whether it’s brown, blonde, purple, etc. My best friend goes here too and a few others I know and we can all agree Felicia does it best! Trust me I’ve gone to other places I’ve seen on Instagram or friends suggest and I always run back to Felicia.Also it’s a great environment. Amazing products!!! I trust them so much.

This is a first time customer review for womens haircut. I had a great experience! I havent had a haircut for maybe 2 years, and my hair is thick, straight and long (almost to my waist). I had Megan as my stylist and she was amazing! She listened well to what I wanted and talked me through every step she was making, so it made me feel comfortable that my hair was being cut right every step of the way. She also was open to suggesting options for me and explained any questions I had.Other than that, the salon was also clean and had a friendly vibe, they have other products up (nails, jewelry, etc) on display, coupons and discounts with referrals!

These ladies are THE BEST. Every time I come here, they know exactly what I want and it’s quick. A bit pricey, but for the value, it’s so worth it. I can’t imagine getting my hair cut or styled anywhere else!

The ladies were nice, but overall i was disappointed in my experience.the reference picture i brought in was not a very complicated look, it was basically dark roots with bright highlights blending down. what i got was a honey blonde color all over, with very faint highlights running down. kind of cute but not what i asked for.

I received a haircut yesterday. They gave me the haircut I requested.Inside the salon they were very accommodating to me I am physically disabled and wheelchair bound.I would recommend the salon.

I’ve never been disappointed with my cut and color at this place. They have a nail artist, they sell cosmetics (one line of cosmetics), and they have a corner boutique with jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, hair things. Oh! And they have a rather wide selection of hair products—several brands.

I randomly selected Salon Michelle through google, I have had the same hair stylist for 19 years and unfortunately with Covid she had to relocate, after 5 months with no stylist and a new move to Des Moines I took a chance on this Salon and it was absolutly well worth it, Michelle is great, friendly and listened to exactly how I wanted my hair cut and she did a great job if I could rate a 10 I certainly would.

Salon Michelle is a great place to get a high quality cut, color, etc at an affordable price. The stylists make sure to keep up their education, and therefore always know the latest trends and styles. They are also very personable. I go there regularly and also took my bridal party there for our wedding hair. They never disappoint!

Michelle and her staff are hard working and provide great customer service. Michelle works fast and does fantastic hair cuts on my son, who has trouble sitting any length of time. Michelle, has also done research and has found a hair color that wears long and doesnt fade out for me. I have been going to this Salon for over 5 years and will continue going for as long as she is open.

Ive been coming to Salon Michelle for a little over 10 years now. All the people who work here are extremely nice and talented at what they do. I started seeing Felicia when i was about 14 ( 6 years ago) and i can honestly say this lady saved my hair. I am naturally a dirty blonde but i died my hair a dark brown for a year and realized I hated it. When I was that age I was really stupid and cut my hair weird and tried bleaching it at home. my hair came out yellow, orange, brown. it was a disaster. I told Felicia I wanted to go back to blonde again. and I dont know how she did it but she fixed my hair. I had blotches of orange,yellow and brown all in my hair and by the end I was a nice even ashy blonde. since then I always come to Felicia. She has gotten my hair exactly how I want it now, and she gave me the best tips for growing out my hair. Now my hair is long, thick, healthy and super blonde and i get TONS of compliments from people. I always recommend all my friends to Salon Michelle.
