Niece loves this place but since covid we have not went in, just not to sure how well or often the bounce equipment is cleaned, or if they do temperature checks for staff or guest. I guess I could call but, Id just rather find something else for her to do.

Today, one of your employees ordered food delivery and I was the driver.To begin with, there was an observable lack of social distancing among children + adults. Way too many people in an enclosed space without masks, in violation of state + city mandates.In addition, your employee (Amanda) LAUGHED and said “haha yea” in response to me saying “seriously? You’re not wearing a mask, really?”. As she was not wearing a mask at the front reception and did not even have one in sight.It is attitudes from individuals like these and actions from businesses like yours that perpetuate the spread of COVID-19 and actively prevent our society and economy from recovering and stopping the spread. If we all did our part and actually followed the guidelines, the pandemic would be well under control.I have reported this interaction to the delivery company and Amanda will be prevented from further using their service due to violating their health and safety requirements.In addition, I have reported the incident and the failure of the business to observe government mandates and guidelines to Merle Hay mall management.

I wanted to get my 6 yr old a water slide for his birthday and had planed it and they guys At hop-ALot were super nice! They ended up letting me have the slide 2 days earlier Than planned due to bad weather coming up. They were super flexible for me and set it up and took it down without any issues... I will definitely rent from them again!

Taking my daughter here all the time she loves it! Very affordable fun!
