I have done business with Home Appliance Service for several years and have NEVER been disappointed with their service! I have purchased several appliances from them for my rental condo, along with having them service them when needed. Sunday evening, my rental guests notified me that the dryer quit spinning. On Monday morning, I contacted Home Appliance Service and Jeff Hill answered the phone. I said I needed to buy a new dryer and he suggested that he stop by my condo and evaluate it. Plus, he said, to get a new dryer would take almost 2-weeks to get delivered, which would leave all of my rental guests without having a dryer! He arranged to meet with my rental guests that same morning and determined the problem to be a broken belt! He fixed it on the same visit! My dryer was up and running before 11:30 a.m. MONDAY morning! Awesome response & service!! Great service!!!

Home Appliance was able to repair our oven on the same day we called them! They also followed up with a courtesy call several days later to make sure it was working properly! What great customer service!!!

Larry came to our condo yesterday and fixed our freezer with the utmost skill, professionalism and timeless. He saved all of our food because the refrigerator was having issues from the freezer. If you need something repaired in the area call them and if I were you Id ask for Larry!

May take them a few days to work you in but they do a good job when they get to you

Broken Samsung FridgeCalled to have my fridge repaired, the very young tech left my icemaker disconnected and pinched against the freezer top (found after he left) telling me I need a new icemaker at $175.00. Called him back as he also left 3 screws extra with no idea where they came from. Second call they returned my prior payment to break my fridge beyond repair. Had to spend $1800 for a new Whirlpool. My Samsung was only 4 years old. No not hire this company or waste your time or money on them. You will end up worse than before.
