Got a jump from AAA and headed straight to Advanced Auto Parts. Called ahead and confirmed they had batteries for my vehicle in stock. Staff was attentive and quick. They completed a battery test; replaced my battery; and tested my starter and alternator all under 45minutes. Thankful for their operation and definitely recommending.

Shonnie was simply awesome! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us with a low coolant issue with our rental car. The employee was very helpful with finding wiper blades for my daughters car. The computer told him the wrong kind the first time, but since he was installing them for me for free, it was a quick fix. It was also within a half hour of closing time (I normally wouldnt do that, but ive been working late hours and it was literally the only chance Ive had in 2 weeks to go buy some.) They didnt seem annoyed and were super helpful.

The young Lady at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting us what we needed . Service was outstanding.

The employees try to sell you wrong parts and fluids for your vehicles. Stay far away from this joke. This is the worst auto store in all of okaloosa. They dont even help you put on windshield wiper blades, try to sell you items to blow up your engine instead of help it. Absolutely absurd, dont waste your time.

Had a really poor experience with the blonde woman that works at the front. I asked her for help to check the oil dip stick and she refused to help. She had a lack of sympathy towards customers and didn’t seem to care. However, an older gentleman came outside and helped me out. He recommended a quick oil service down the street and even checked my oil stick for me.

Paul and the crew at advance auto are always helpful in troubleshooting and offering advice. I routinely pick up parts for my project truck and they are always helpful in offering advice and help. Great location, and if they don’t have the part in stock, they are able to get it here quickly.

My husband and I were on vacation in FL and our alternator went out. A young man (I had forgotten to get his name) who works at this location changed our alternator for us since there were no other places open. It really meant a lot. They were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this auto parts!!

Had to get a plug kit for a tire while in destin for vacation. Pros: Friendly service. The store was clean and organized. Cons: I spent approximately 26 dollars on a small set of wire pliers and a decent plug kit, still better than being on the side of interstate changing a flat.

The employees at Advanced are friendly and helpful, however the part I waited over three days for came in wrong. Not because it was ordered wrong, but the warehouse sent the wrong part. Happy with Advanced, not happy with having to wait longer for said part.

In and Out- quick service! Needed a Serpentine belt, I purchased and left the store in under 5 minutes.

In from out of town, they helped with my battery and made a good reccomendation on where to get alternator checked. They were closing and stayed to help me.

They screwed my 2007 Buick Lucerne up. Replaced the battery without connecting a saver to maintain power and now my ignition is locked and I can’t start it. Dealership says NEVER replace the battery without connecting a saver or security or other codes are lost and have to be reset by the dealership. Now I’m stuck 400 miles from home with no vehicle and the dealership is booked till end of next week. Thanks Advanced Autoparts for ruining my trip. NEVER AGAIN.

Dont waste your time. Poor customer service, if your not a regular or a account holder they dont want to be bothered by you. Take the extra time to go somewhere else. You will get better service instead of your product tossed on the counter with the receipt without any warranty information and the sale rep walks away and doesnt come back.

It is 8:12 pm and I called because I have a quick questions first thing the employee said was where close we open at 7 am. Not very polite or good phone manneds when this website clearly states closes at 9.00

Stood waiting for over 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me standing at the counter. I asked the girl for coolant and she was trying to sell me gas addative. I had to ask her to look it up twice to get the correct one. Not very knowledgeable and slow service.
