SCAM in place. Beware of those people, they will try to SCAM you.Went to shop and decided it will be convenient to leave my car for battery replacement and new tires. I went and checked what battery I need on their device and picked one dated 02/21 orange sticker !!! Brought it to the register and created the ticket for tires and battery replacement with cashier. Left keys and went shopping around 13:15. Done shopping around 14:20 and went back to auto center. They just started working on the car. That is fine, probably busy.Took the guy 1h 30 min to replace battery, so I went to check why?! The guy there tells me its his 1st time, then I see its not the battery I picked, it was actually 7 months older battery with date 7/20 purple sticker !!! No wonder car won`t start when you trying to install old return battery that`s been sitting on the shelf for 7 months. And I was back home at 16:00. Keep in mind I live 15 min away from Walmart. I am attaching pictures with the ticket number and bar code to back up the story.

WalMart Auto Center was a pleasant surprise June 17th 2021. Hard working employees and reasonable prices with kind customer service are evident at this Destin location. I wish that I knew the name of the employee who patched the hole in my tire, but I can thank Mark who helped him, and was nearby with any extra guidance for the hard working employees in the garage. Oh….and the best part was the final bill for $15.00 to patch and make sure that I did not have a flat tire. This auto center is managed well and I highly recommend them.

So I was very torn on the rating.We appreciated the speed of the service of having 4 new tires on and a light bulb replaced. The melissa was a pleasure to deal with getting the initial quote, however the woman that answered the phone when we called to check on the status of the car was very short and seemed like we annoyed her. She even hung up on us before we could even say thank you for your time.Again the work and speed was appreciated, just wish we couldve only dealt with Melissa.

Had a flat tire while on vacation. They got me in quickly, got my new tires on, and didn’t upswell me on things I didn’t need. Pep Boys wanted two DAYS to get my new tires. Walmart took less than an hour. Thank you!

We were there at 3 in the afternoon. There was no one to greet us and we had to walk around to find an employee who would speak to us. We asked about an oil change but were told that they werent taking a service visits today. We only saw three technicians and the department.

Ethanol is SO bad for your car! Walmart / Murphy now sells quality ethanol free gasolines and ethanol free premium gasoline for todays high performance cars.

Just called and the girl said “we close at 6pm we can’t help you” then why does it say 7pm on here? All I needed was a plug in my tire from running over a nail. They won’t be getting my business for anything in the future. 👍

We bought tires from Destin walmart tire center and every single person I dealt with in the tires department was so nice and friendly. It did take a bit longer than normal but I had time to shop while I waited.

These guys and gals are always pleasant and work as quickly as they can. I usually bring my car here for an oil change because they care for it just as well as more expensive places. I always know the cost up front and they dont try to upsell me on anything. They check my tires when they do an oil change and let me know if theres anything else out of place on my car. Everyone in the department is knowledgeable and willing to help out with questions. They do get busy and most times there is a wait, but its not because they are slacking.

Fast service

Returned a battery that I purchased in Aug of 2017. It had a 5 year warranty with 3 year free replacement and 2 year prorate. They looked up the battery by serial number. The purchase date was on top of the battery. I had to return the battery to the Walmart where I purchased the battery. Once getting there customer service could not locate my receipt in the system. They prorated the battery based on the manufacturer date which in this case was 2014. I wont purchase another battery from Walmart.

Always a fast full stop visit. Walmart Auto Care has very fair prices and service. From tire service, oil, air, and batteries you are sure to have your needs met. Service is always timely and you can shop while you wait. They have multiple bays and you wont wait long before you are seen.

Stephanie, who works in automotive was so very pleasant and helped us while making us feel comfortable during the entire process of selling us a new tire and having it mounted. Our right front tire blew up while traveling down I-10. It was harrowing for a few moments that felt like forever. Stephanie needs a raise and a promotion for her professional attention to the details of getting everything done in a timely manner. We wish to thank Stephanie, her coworkers and Walmart for the care given to us while visiting the area for our grandsons wedding at Sandestin Resort.

Thankfully bought road hazard on my tires. Had to get 2 replaced already due to hurricane debris. Cost 11 dollars and change for each one! They do a great job there.

Really had good service every time we have gone. We frequently go to the Destin area from another state and have always been treated GREAT. Sometimes there is a wait, but they were busy. We are pleased with the service.

Rude - ----Auto center temporarily closed.Associate eventually came out and said Cant you read the sign Come back @ 12pm and try againAny organization is only as good as the lowest person in the organization. Unfortunately I engaged with that person today. Spent $950 for tires at Pep Boys.

Under staffed sitting in parking lot now for four hours to get one tire fixed. Not one vehicle has moved in or out. I remember when we could just pull into a mom pop shop and get a tire fixed Day or Night. Big business running small businesses out of business now we all are stuck with under staffed low wages and overworked employees of Walmart only.

Waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They said they lost my ticket, but i believe they did this to not get in trouble for me waiting so long with barley any other customers present. The agreed apon price also changed from 45.00 to 88.00, which im still trying to figure out.

Poor customer service at the counter. Rude to explain, it’s hard to contact them by the phone, I was put on hold 3 times over 10 minutes each time before I got any answers to my question.They say you’d get a Call when your ordered items are delivered, that didn’t happen either. I had to keep calling and finding out. The wait is long, I think it’s worth to pay few bucks more and have it done somewhere else where the customer service is not that poor.

Slow. Took over 2 hours to get one tire on!! Good thing i didnt need four tires. That would have been eight hours!!!

Backed up their tire warranty 100%. Tire had a few hundred miles and picked up a metal piece in the sidewall. Had to pay 10.00 road hazard on new tire and they waved the balance fee. $150 saved.

I purchased some very affordable tires from Walmart and had them installed with the Road Hazard and Lifetime Balance and rotation. This is Walmart people, you go there to get the best deal. I had some issues, yes. The first night they were so booked they couldnt take me 2 hours before they closed. The second night I took off early from work and they got me running. Unfortunately, they didnt have the valve stem for my truck in stock that would match the TPMS. Sucks. However, I was up and running even though they had to put my spare on and I had to go back for another trip. I could drive my truck, even though it took a few hours for them to get the work done. Jacob the technician I spoke with was very professional and laid it out to me about the situation with my valve stem. Very thorough and I probably wasnt in the best mood. I called today on a Saturday and spoke with Dixie and she took my information down and said she needed to speak with a manager and would call me back. She called back within 20 minutes, of course I missed the phone call, however she resolved my issue and told me if I had problems to ask for Eddie the manager/technician. I immediately drove there and not a single car waiting in the bay in front of me on a Saturday! They replaced my TPMS sensors and valve with a generic fitting that didnt match the others but I dont care. They got me fixed up. I always ask questions and luckily Eddie (Edward) was there to answer every question I had. It wasnt the perfect situation but they got me rolling again in a pinch with great service and they were all very polite and professional. Thank you DIXIE, EDWARD AND JACOB for your help! This location is in Destin, FL and anybody that lives here knows how hectic things can get and change on a daily basis. I have been using this Walmart since they opened. They do a great job under crazy circumstances. Be prepared to do some shopping while you wait. If you dont want to wait >>> go pay 5 times the price at a dealership. Stop Complaining. Kudos to all of you for busting your butts out there. Thanks Again! John

First off, DO NOT go to Walmart Tires & Auto unless you are just getting a key which the lady that sits around and checks you out is completely RUDE!Second the the guys have no clue what theyre doing cant even do a simple oil change without screwing something else up in your vehicle.Spoke to a manager named Ed and he was just as sorry as the crew. When I told him what they did the lady laughed and Ed just sat there like he wasnt a manager and he wasnt supposed to fix my problem. After a long awkward silence I told him I wasnt asking for anything free I just wanted to tell him to pay attention he just told me hed review the tapes and see what they did wrong and make sure they do better next time... there wont be a next time. This is disappointing.

On vacation in Destin, had a large bolt stuck in my car tire from the local roads, had tire repaired very quickly even for a busy day at the tire center, friendly associates in the tire and lube express center, just have to be patient, your not the only one with car issues in a very busy area.

Terrible! I was in line 20 minutes before anyone waited on me. The woman in the parking lot checking people in, was walking around like she was lost. I got tired of waiting and left.Express Oil Change down the street had me in the garage and oil draining in 10 minutes and the whole job finished in 20. They also were handling twice the vehicles.

As soon as we pulled up to the automotive center the associate Pamela was very rude and snappy . All I needed was one tire changed . She made us ride in circles all around the parking lot because she doesnt lift tires now mind u all these men around .asked her how long it would be and she got very snippy . Took almost 2 hours to put one tire on a rim . When the tire was finished she rolled it to me and told me to have a good day . Like really no one can help me lift this tire into the truck ? Rude rude rude ! Would have paid the extra money at Goodyear just to get good customer service !!

The ladies that helped me when I dropped off my car were very sweet and helpful. When I called to ask a question the lady who helped me on the phone (Elly) was incredibly rude short, and unprofessional. Same when I picked up my vehicle.
