Friendly, helpful staff. Walked in expecting to have to spend some money only to find out our battery was still under warranty and walked out with a new battery and didnt have to spend a dime. Even offered to install the new one for me. Napa is always the best no matter what state Im in I know I can depend on quality parts. Friendly. Helpful, Honest staff that are knowledgeable.

They went out of their way to try to find me the part I needed by going directly to the mechanic I was using and showing them the part. It turned out that it wasnt the right part, because Napa doesnt carry this part and I had to get the part from a dealership instead. However, I thought how incredible their customer service is by going out of their way to do this for an inexpensive part.

Drove all the way from Baker Fl . Just arrived at 3 PM and the hours online say they close at 4pm. They are closed. Doors locked. No sign. Horrible way to operate a business. What a waste of time and gas.

Dishonest employees will ruin a good business I ask for a NAPA silver oil filter and was sold a pro select. The employee told me it was the silver but they had changed packaging. That is flat out lie. Won’t be back to this location
