I love bath and body! I asked to get my address changed so I could get coupons again. That was something they could not help me with.

Horrible workers with the worst attitude ever I wanted nice candles but I ended up leaving with nothing because of them 😡

Staff incredibly helpful. Location had items that store back home is always out of.

Yearly candle purchase time, sales are necessary for the prices of the candles. I just enjoy the time with my wife and her excitement to buy new candles.

Aj and Avery the A Team went above and beyond to help me find a specific item that I needed for a holiday gift. They both looked throughout the store and found the very last one that they had in stock. Both of these employees truly made my day. All of the staff and managers at B&BWs offer premier customer service and make each visit more delightful than the last.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLAAAAACE. Always treated so kindly there 🙏. Also they always have good smelling stuff and today was a great day to buy candles due to $10 off on 3 wick candles! Sad I didnt get the haunted house projector nightlight...Ive been waiting for it to come in but it is always out...I wish I can get it. Got a nice candle though

We use wallflowers all the time and the associates in store are very helpful. We really enjoy fragrance of wallflowers.

Went to the store for my wife and she sent me with a coupon that was expired. That was our mistake for not reading the details completely. The zero customer service skills manager Ashleigh She stood by her policy no expired coupons. Wife then sent me exclusive coupons she got in mail. Drove back to store again. Ashleigh’s floor managing again and nope can’t use those either those have to be in person. Again left frustrated cause now been back twice. Went to my car went to there website and ordered everything with coupons. Instead of suggesting solutions Ashleigh likes to protect the policy. All she had to do is say sir “however you can go online and get what you came to the store for twice. It’s that simple just a little friendly customer service can go a long way. Good luck if you get Ashleigh she acts like the coupons are coming out of her paycheck.

Had to stand outside for 30 min before they refused service unless i wore a mask. I have a medical reason i cannot wear a mask but they dont care. Will never go back to this location, santa rosa mall is the better option.

They only let so many people at a time . Iam not waiting in line for lotion. When other stores let you in as long as you where a mask . My wife spends alot of money in there . But oh well . We just order online

It sucked having to wait in line to get in. Having to wait and knowing how hot it was made me feel rushed while shopping. Other than that it was a pleasure shopping at B&BW. The employees were helpful and kind as always.

This was a nice shopping area in this part of Florida. An outdoor mall is such a great thing and expected for Florida. No shopping center is complete without a Bath and Body works. We didnt purchase anything, just window shopped as we passed through. Still, the staff was friendly and the store was kept well organized.

Ordered online april 24th. Mothers day gift hasnt even shipped yet...........mothers day is tomorrow. I get that there are circumstances surrounding COVID but YOU FAILED Bath and Bodyworks. Called to find out status of order and to complain - suddenly shipping notice that it shipped today. Dont appreciate being given the run around..........it doesnt take 3 and a half weeks to pull and ship and order! Highly dissatisfied customer.

Theyre really rude here. The ones that I go to all the time in Texas are totally different, theyre so friendly there and always offering help. At this location I asked a blonde girl a question, and she said I do not and walked away. I guess Im just used to Texas hospitality. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Can you really be snooty if you work in a Bath and Body Works? Yes, if you work at this one. They’re simultaneously pushy and snobby at the same time. It really blows my tiny mind how a place like Lush has amazing customer service despite having “higher end” products, but this place...they’ll treat you like trash if you’re not immediately looking to buy something or aren’t sure what you want to buy. I’ll take my peasant dollars elsewhere.

I do like shopping here and love their buy 3 get 3 sales but this is the third time Ive shipped at the one at Destin coming which is over an hour from my home and 2 of the perfume sprays I bought didnt have a tube attached to the spread pump so they were useless...

Rude staff, and very pushy. The staff here won’t just let you look, and when you finally do need some help or have a question there’s no one to be found! Lines at the registers get way too long. Spend the extra money and buy online and skip this waste of time and annoyance.
