I rarely write reviews, but I feel inclined to do so here given the absolutely terrible experience we had at this specific T-Mobile store.Summary - After extensive discussion, we were guaranteed two Iphone 13s for essentially no cost. After the transaction was complete, we end up with a bill of ~$1100.We stopped by this store last week to inquire about the specific pricing details regarding the IPhone 13 trade in promotion that T-Mobile is offering. Over the next 2 hours, the sales associates we were working with led us to believe that we could trade in our current phones for new Iphone 13s with essentially no financial obligation, both at the time of purchase and over the next two years. Multiple times, we asked the specific, direct question of overall cost and received the repeated answer that after the trade in was complete, we would be receiving up front and continuing monthly credits of specific dollar amounts that would essentially zero out the cost of the phones. That did not turn out to be the case.After talking with T-Mobile customer service on the phone today, and visiting another T-Mobile store, we find that our plan was actually NOT EVEN ELIGIBLE for the promotion. There was absolutely no mention of this over the two hour discussion we had in store, even after the employees had our account pulled up. In addition, the pricing structure that was communicated to us was completely wrong. Instead of getting two Iphone 13s at essentially no cost, we now have a financial obligation of $1100+. When I asked for options to rectify this situation after the true pricing came to light, I was told that there were no options. I asked to speak to the store manager, and was told that they cant give out his contact info.I cant believe this was genuine ignorance on the part of the employees. I expected to receive factual and correct data after asking multiple, direct questions regarding pricing to an expert. That did not happen. This was not a miscommunication - this was the store employees giving us undeniably incorrect pricing information.We have been with T-Mobile for over 21 years, and this experience is causing us to reconsider our cell phone provider. If you decide to shop in store for T-Mobile, I recommend you do your research beforehand instead of trusting the employees at their word.

Staff are really friendly and efficient at this location since we are not tech savvy our rep Christian really helped us out a lot will definitely keep going to this location

We had drove around to 3 different stores and 4 hours later, Christian was able to complete all of our request within the matter of an hour and a half with no issue. 2 upgrades and add a line. Very friendly, awesome customer service! Thank you for making our experience a great one after getting the run around all day! This place is the worst t mobile store I have ever been to. the employees are rude and disrespectful they talk to you as if they don’t care for your business. They don’t have any manners and defitnely don’t know the meaning of customer service. We asked for a manager and the sad thing was that she was more rude than the employee and clearly didn’t want to help I would never recommend anyone to come to this store and don’t bother to spend any money or waste your time coming here. The female manger rolled her eyes and had an attitude the whole time. If I could I’d give them less than half star.

KC at the Destin location by the Duncan Donuts is Superb! I went to the Corporate store on Mary Esther 3 times with ZERO results. KC knew exactly what he was doing and did a follow up to make sure everything was perfect!

I loved this store for several reasons, first Im back on the blazing fast network and they have just as much coverage as everyone else.The employees at this location are the best. Dre and Bacon are awesome! Yes theres a man named Bacon and a beautiful young lady named Dre, not Dr. Dre lol!Dre was so sweet and helpful in getting me into a phone with the features I wanted and at a perfect price, asking Bacon a question about anything was like asking Google! He immediately knew the answer and solved any issue on the spot. Wow!If youre looking for a new phone, new service or are switching from another provider, THIS IS the store.Thank-you so much for all your help!See you soon!Updated review.Dre and Bacon are now gone from this location, in their place is another team of experts who went above and beyond to help me get into another phone at a great deal.I just wish the technical issues with the registers... I mean, computers now, werent a frequent issue. I was there longer than I needed to be because of this.

Unprofessional horrible location! I wouldnt waste half a penny here. Employees are extremely slow. bertha should be terminated and needs to learn manners maybe try school. This is the worst tmobile I have EVER been to. Referring people to never shop here go to boost at least they will try to sell you great items and treat you as a customer.

KC at Destin T-Mobile is a keeper! What a breath of fresh air from the sharks at Destin T-Mobile. KC is patient, knowledgeable and has a great attitude of being in service!
