This location apparently does not take drive thru orders after 2pm. I waited at the drive thru microphone for probably 5 minutes before pulling around to the window, where the employee rudely asked if we saw the sign that we need to come inside after 2pm. There was no sign, but after stating that we werent going inside, and us asking (since she is literally at the window helping us) if she would make 2 ice cream cones, she did. Everything seemed like an inconvenience. 1 star for good ice cream. Change was incorrect and all in nickels.

This place is absolutely terrible. they were out of almost every flavor. they took forever to take out order. they need more orders. it took them over 20 minutes to make 3 small ice creams and by the time we got it, it was all melted. they even had ants crawling on the table and a roach crawling on the floor. the bathrooms had poo on the toilet and toilet paper was all on the floor. do not come here!!!

Really pretty awful staff, with the singular exception of Charles, who I hope is a relative of the owner, because he certainly cares more about the place. Thursday May 14th, we went through the drive thru because of #COVID19 to treat my daughter to ice cream after a long day of errand running with mom, and despite huge markings everywhere stating they were open, and a girl who finally appeared only to hand motion that they were closed while texting whomever on her phone📱, we were one of three cars who ultimately drove off in disgust that they had once again closed well before the times published both on their website and on the door of the lobby. Sad. Why are they even there? No telling how much business they’re losing and Baskin Robbins corporation will certainly be notified directly. After all, I wouldn’t want MY name on this jersey, and in these difficult times, when few can justify extras like ice cream, I certainly wouldn’t expect them to want this either, but can easily see that the same brand awareness is not being carried out by the franchise at this particular location. Destin, FL has got to be a huge investment opportunity for a franchisee with any sense of pride and ownership in their operation and I’ve got to believe someone else would do a better job with this store.

Staff is AWFUL!!! Not to mention she was giving me dirty looks everytime I told her something. I told her that I just need a small milkshake because saw her putting too much of it. When i received my shake it was large and my husband suppose to have medium milkshake end up having small. Just an absolutely terrible experience. If you come here you’ll be waiting a long time for someone to serve you. Not worth it!!! If i could give zero i would.

Staff is AWFUL!!! The worker was obviously higher than a kite!!! She rang up all of my stuff wrong and made our ice cream scoops so large they were falling off the cones! She took 10 minutes just to make the shake because she was so high she was moving slower than a turtle. Not to mention she was giving me dirty looks everytime I told her something. Just an absolutely terrible experience. The icecream was obviously melted and refrozen making it contaminated and they try to serve it to you. If you come here you’ll be waiting a long time for someone to serve you. Not worth it!!!

Staff was super unhelpful. Ice cream was not labeled. My child has allergies and after notifying them of a milk and nut allergy they tried to sell us on a milk free ice cream that contains nuts! Needless to say I couldn’t even give my child the ice cream I did buy because I’m worried about cross contamination since allergies were obviously not taken seriously. Also, we came for the special of the month and they did not have it.

Service was extremely slow, granted they were busy. Then after waiting in line for half an hour, coffee was cold and disgusting.

Employees here have terrible customer service. We didn’t realize it initially but arrived 20 minutes before close. After waiting for fifteen minutes for the party of three in front of us to be served, we were told they were out of bananas so needed to order something on the menu that did not have bananas. The representative left for five minutes then came back and screamed through her mask for our order from ten feet away. When our double scoop sundae came it was the smallest scoop of ice cream with lumpy cold hot fudge. When we left with our sundae, the door was already locked. These employees cared for nothing more than getting out of there. Pitiful. Avoid this place!

Cashier was SO rude. They said they didn’t have waffle cones. They didn’t have cookie dough ice cream. And employees looked like they hated their jobs. Don’t go there!

Just had a great experience in the drive thru with Charles!! He was exceptionally nice! He brought my son 3 samples of different types chocolate ice cream since plain chocolate wasn’t an option. My son chose “world class chocolate” a mix of white chocolate and milk chocolate...so yummy! Thank you Charles for your great customer service!

The “CAKE LADY” at this location is awesome. And the staff were patient and helpful. We will return again. Thank you so much! My daughter’s birthday cake was great!

Just visited here and about 5 or 6 cars just left because they literally are not helping anyone. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and did not move once.. Another customer knocked on our window and told us they went inside and no one would help them.

An hour before closing, and B&Rs 31 flavors were dwindled to less than half of ice cream and donuts. We got there just in time before a big rush. No distancing in this place. Regardless I thought service was good. And the employee that hooked me up with the last scoop of World Class Chocolate, you know who you are, thanks.

Out of 8 diff ice creams messy, saw ants and cockroaches took 20 minutes to make 3 cups of ice cream. 😭😭😳🤬

Had the worst experience ever at this location. Ordered 3 cups of single scoop, Charlene in the drivethrough gives them to us but with only ONE SPOON. When we ask for 2 more spoons, after 5 minutes of her looking around she comes to the window and says they are out of spoons.I tell her fine then, replace these two cups with two cones, since we cant eat ice cream out of a cup with no spoon. She slowly walks off and comes back with an empty cone and hands it to me. Bewildered, I ask her how she expects me to put the ice cream from the cup to the cone?? I ask her to MAKE ME A CONE WITH ICE CREAM IN IT. She comes back with ANOTHER EMPTY CONE (I kid you not).I drove off and left it in her hand. Worst service EVER.

Went to this BR 2 x while there in a 6 day vacation 1st time they had no bananas. No shakes no smoothiessmoothies. Went back 3 days later still no bananas. Very rude worker and clapped her hands at me when i said you were out of bananas 3 days ago and u still are she teplied yes in a snoty way we left also 1st time got donuts and they were dry and terrible had to throw away. This could be the worst ice cream place in America. The employee didnt want to serve us at all!! Cones were stale, hot fudge was still in the original form of a candy bar, ice cream was melted coming out of the freezer, out of bananas, brownies, ect. Please close this shop!!

Asked to try the strawberry and staff reluctantly gave me a taste of the full container of ice cream then immediately took it out due to 20 minutes till closing time and said there was no more and to choose another flavor. Very disappointed. Will not be back. The Cone Ice Cream however two blocks down was amazing!! Great staff there!

I ordered a cake four days in advance for a birthday. It’s what he looks forward to every single year. I called to confirm pick up time, only to be told my cake is not there and the order slipped though the cracks somewhere. The only two options were to have a cake that is the complete opposite of what i ordered or have a refund! Thanks for ruining a tradition.

This place was awful. 3 ice creams to choose from vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio. The cones were stale. The girl working was hateful. Over $15 for what we got it wasnt worth it.

My girlfriend and i were on vacation in Destin and wanted to get some ice cream. We seen Baskin Robbins on our way in and it was less than half a mile away from our resort. So we walked in and started to order. I seen on the menu inside a Tropica Banana Smootie. Therefore, i told them that’s what i wanted and they acted like the had NO CLUE what it was or how to make it. another employee came and told her how to make it. the lady asked me what ice cream i wanted. i said vanilla because i didn’t think there was supposed to be ice cream in a smoothie but whatever. my girlfriend ordered 2 scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. the same employee how didn’t know how to make the smoothie, TAKES THE CONE FROM THE DISPLAY THAT HAS PROBABLY BEEN SITTING THERE FOR 2 MONTHS, and begins scooping her ice cream and puts in into the cone. when we go to pay, the employee who didn’t know how to make the smoothie ( and is actually making my smoothie ) gets told by the employee checking us out, she should have used frozen yogurt vs vanilla ice cream. Therefore, i spent $15 on a messed up smoothie and a stale waffle cone. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DONT GO. TERRIBLE. RUDE AND CARELESS EMPLOYEES!!

Worst experience ever. Walked in about 9:20pm, they close at 10pm. Every employee was on their phone and didnt even acknowledge we walked in. Asked for a certain flavor for my 9yr old niece the person just rolled her eyes as if she didnt even want to be there. We had to hunt them down to even get help, even when it was time to pay they didnt want to assist us. Coming from Houston and will never waste another dollar at this establishment.

We stopped two nights ago for ice cream. Almost every ice cream bin was completely empty so we left. Came back today. All the main flavors were empty again and they were unable to make waffle cones. Complete waste of time to stop two nights ago and again today. We thought maybe it was a one time thing. Maybe this Baskin Robbins is just horrible. Very disappointed. Ours back home in Arkansas is wonderful.

I drove from Watercolor on a Friday night. The store hours in Googke states they are open until 10PM. I arrived at the store on the eve of my birthday to treat myself to my favorite ice cream, Baskin Robbins Rocky Road. When we arrived at 7:55 we saw there was a customer inside. When we approached the door, it was locked. The customer was still inside and look like he was ordering. When we knocked on the door, the worker told us they were closed. When we inquired why were the closed early, she said they were closed.If I was the franchise owner, Id be highly upset knowing that you had two customers at the door who were going to order ice cream and a cake. I went to a competing shop who was willing to give us ice cream and felt bad enough for our experience at their competitors store that they gave us a discount on my ice cream.

Dont even waste your time. There were only like 8 flavors to choose from and they were ALL freezer burned!! Just nasty.

Shanice was absolutely awesome. She was running the whole place alone. Not one other employee. She was scooping icecream, making coffee and running drive through all alone. And still had a great attitude and upbeat personality. Thank you Shanice.

Terrible customer service, the foreign employees completely rude as to throwing my change at me scattering everywhere and getting my order wrong with few people in the store and ordering at all. I’ll be avoiding this place in the future and advise others to not waste their money here.

Ive been here 3 times now, and each time I left with no ice cream ☹️ They are either out of product ordered, excruciating wait times with only one customer ahead of me. And today nobody in line, but employee didnt acknowledge, kept us waiting 5 minutes, then tried to overcharge from the labeled price on an ice cream cake, so we put the melted cake back in the freezer and left.

Wish i could give it 0. Absolute horrible staff that was beyond rude. A lady and her two kids were waiting in front of me and my party of 6. I thought the other girl was making something for them just to find out when it was our turn to check out that they hadn’t even been helped. My husband asked for a sundae and was told they didn’t have any.... um what?I asked for a float and they told us they didn’t have any root beer floats and couldn’t make any others. They were obviously more concerned about getting back on their cell phones. Very disappointing.

We got a warm welcome from Charles and his crew as we walked in, and great conversation while we were there. What a great experience in a town of otherwise lacking customer service.

I live right down the street from this location. I keep giving them chances over and over but EVERY time I am disappointed. Either they are not open during the posted hours or they are out of basic flavors or they just have the worst customer service. I cant believe this place is still under the same management... they need to make some changes.
