The store has well lite display counters; and their supplies are plentiful. I havent visit this store in many years; but, I went at a good time yesterday! I racked up on some great deals on winter clothing & shoe items that were half off. I purchased a pair if winter ankle boots, that will easily sale for $75 dollars or more. I paid $20 bucks.

This has to be the biggest most well organized and cleanest hair shop.... no I cant call it a shop, its a mall! They even sell barber and salon furniture! They have the whole 9 yards and they arent even finished totally decking out the place! You cant find it here, you cant find it anywhere.

Originally the hours online stated they closed at 8. I got to the door at 7:31 to find out they actually close at 7:30 every day. One of the guys opened the door and kindly let me in to find what I needed. Im sure I was an exception but if theyre willing to unlock a door to help out a customer, and give them samples, theyve got a customer for life! They didnt have a specific product I needed and the man behind the counter wrote down what I needed so he could order it for me for next time. Amazing customer service and they even have a rewards program. Highly recommend.

Prices are to high then they sign you up to be a member only to get a 5 dollar gift card which is a waste of time. Ill stick with my old time favorite beauty supply store.

Spent $120 and got four Lace Front wigs from outre that really cost $10. Each, all got 30% on all of them, alot of discounts available, nice store and clean store.

I just Left the store and my basket full of purchases due to the rude customer service. I spent over 20 minutes in the wig section without one of three employees coming to help me. When I attempted to look for one of the weeks myself I was chastised and scolded by a woman telling me not to touch anything, to ask for assistance. Why should the ONE customer ask for assistance from the MULTIPLE employees chatting amongst themselves. The employees were more concerned about watching YouTube videos and making the store loud and chaotic rather than helping the customers with in the store. Great Store they have it all Hair and Beauty Supplies clothes, jeans, out fits Designer Purses and Perfumes, Colognes GREAT Customer service and parking lot available. Visit them before your Date or Party.

They are slow and unprofessional. I ordered an item and never received any correspondence on whether the unit was in stock and when I would receive the unit. I am highly disappointed. I advise everyone to take their money elsewhere!
