I’ve been going to this store for over 19 years and their meat and seafood are always my go to store. I shop for the fish, shrimp and chicken wings and drums, plus the banjo wings (ALL FLATS!!!). I travel very far just for what they give me. Fresh food and quality service. That’s priceless in my book.

They have the best Corn Beefs, for the price. Lean, Tender and reasonable prices. Good Customer service. Its usually, crowded. Everyone wants to get Quality meats. Clean store, with great parking.

First time shopping here and the meat was of good quality and so fresh, there wasnt a smell of old food(like you smell in some of these other meat markets)it was clean and to make it even better everyone was so nice.

You want quality meat? Go to the Mini Mart.I dont go anywhere else! I know I am getting good quality meat when I go to them. John and T are the best!

The store workers are good at there job when you ask for what you desire the meat to be by the size or less fat the buyer is in charge and the butchers are kind and patient.

I have been shopping at the mini-mart for many years this place needs to expand you have a whole parking lot where you can expand your customers are very uncomfortable is days that you go in there you cant move because youre bumping into people please expand we are still supporting you but we are very uncomfortable thank you

This is the best place for fresh meat and produce and all the people there are very helpful and friendly, this is a place where you wouldnt mind spending your money.

I drove an hour away for them to turn around and tell me that they now close at 7:30 pm . I even called this morning and they said they close at 8pm

Unfortunately I had my first visit during covid-19 and I had to wait outside in line first before entering then wait again inside to be served but it was worth the wait. Guys behind the meat counter was very flirtatious but got my order together very fast. I was very happy with the store making sure my safety came first by only allowing a minimum of people in at a time. Cashier was friendly and I was very pleased with the amount and Quality of food I received for my bucks. Turkey chops was a little pricey but we loved them.

They have some of the freshest meat I have ever seen. Prices were very affordable and they have great meat bundles !

In the 80s I lived down the street from Mini Mart, Ive been a customer that long. The Turkey Chops are the best! ALL of the meat is great but dont underestimate the seafood either. Family owned & ran the faces are mostly the same as theyre were back in the day. The people are friendly great quality meats!

First time in the store Great customer service inside and outside very clean and organized not really big store but seems to have everything that a supermarket has. I assume the prices for the items that I bought were good wasnt doing a pricing shop being the first time I didnt get to see probably all the inventory I was looking for shish kabobs didnt see and didnt ask. Nice Mini Mart and I will return. Happy Fourth!

I love their fresh meat, especially the Amish chicken. But everything else is too high. I guess they charge more for those not able to get outside of the neighborhood. Where butter is 2.50 at places like Walmart, Meijer, Aldi, and Kroger, its 3.99 there. Side dish pasta and rice is high. You can get 10 for 10 at Meijer, Kroger, Walmart. They charge 2 for 4 for 4.4 Oz bags. Its sad to see but I guess they take advantage and bank on us having EBT cards in the hood, right? So it shouldnt matter how much they charging if the for stamps were getting from the government is free right?

The service is fragmented. Cashiers offering more customer service with less attitude. With the butchers and meat cutters showing more attitude, especially along the lines of customer favoritism. Actions such as customer favoritism frightens customers making them feel cheated out of quality service. No one likes to feel cheated by a merchant. Those associates serving the meat counters have poor customer service skills. Customers come to the store to buy meat, they dont come to the store to buy attitude.

I love their beef bacon freshly cut to any size. I wish their orange roughy and turkey chops came fresh cut instead of frozen. Eithet way nice selection of meats!

I got a rude person. I was there to buy oxtails, the communication between the workers and I guess one of the owners were off. The owner told me a price and then after he cut the meat charged me a different price. It was my first time there and I will never go back. The guy that was trying to get over on me was Arabic I believe. I’ll just stick with downtown eastern market. Only went here because they were closed! Smh!

I purchased a bag of Amish chicken (better brand) today.I was very disappointed of all the feathers and hair on them. I know you will have some, but these looked like they came straight from the chicken coop. Im just one customer and I know losing my business will not affect your bottom line. However, if this happens again you will lose me as customer.

I have been going to the mini Mart since I was a kid & of course things have changed through out the years .2 months ago I was getting Deli meat and cheese it took the person 30 minutes to cut up my meat and cheese 9am til 9:30 then a week later same thing happened but with a Different person.if they would stop running their mouth and stop flirting with women they could move faster & yes someone flirted with me I know the men names but Im not putting them on blast like that . there was absolutely no social Distancing..I will always get my meats from the mini Mart but I will get my Deli meat and cheese some place else..

I started off many years ago just shopping here for turkey pastrami, turkey chops and turkey rib. I Decided one day to compare other meats to theirs. Well, lets just say I dont get my meats from anywhere else anymore. Fresh meat you can taste, friendly and fast service? Id give them 2 thumbs up everyday! I drive a distance but this is a Great place, always clean, staff members are friendly, meats are the best. I had a problem with the texture of my chicken once I called and the mgr. was friendly and offered me a complimentary 5lbs for my next visit even gave me suggestions on how to cut the meat. I really appreciated that and they kept a customer because of kindness!

One of my favorite places to shop meats.

Even though I like this store for its selection, I frown on the fact that they consistently slice meat with the plastic on. This is not a good thing, eating small ingrained pieces of contaminated plastic while you eat inflated prices of meat. They dont properly insulate refrigerated items and I cant trust the Amish chicken because its next to steroid chicken and it looks the same. I believe this is because of the urban area they are in - black people!! Stand up for yourself!!! I think the health department should visit this place. Amish, Non-GMO, Organic items should be available without bias!! Or maybe its just about the almighty dollar and exploitation?? Just Maybe.
