They are very welcoming and treat you very friendly. We didnt like the taste of the order that we asked for, and they change it for us without problems.🌷

This place is awesome and convenient but there is no consistency. Some of them are very rude if I ask for my badge 10% discount. There was a huge fight one day with employee and a customer. You get good service if you are lucky! Some day they treat you like we are giving you this free!!!Please provide us professional service

This was probably the most laid back Starbucks I have ever been in. The guy behind the counter was amazing! The AC wasnt working when we went in but that didnt stop him from being polite and professional.

The drink is hot and great however the service is extremely slow and NOT at the fault the workers. Having 2 employees for an event weekend is very irresponsible. The managers should be more considerate towards their employees and aware of upcoming event that involve their location.

Nice service. Good coffee. Tables could be a little cleaner. But other than that it is nice. Sucks that they dont have w bathroom and you have to use the hotels.

This is the best Starbucks in the Detroit area. They have done coffees for me on nearly a weekly basis for a couple years now, and they are the only place that gets my drink right 100% of the time. It doesnt matter who makes my drink here, because everybodys been trained to do it exactly right.They are so good, I suggested to their manager that they use this store as a training location to teach other people how to do it right.

Not only do you get great food and fabulous coffee, but they also have the greatest service!! Each barista is not only knowledgeable about their products but they try to develop customer relationships to make each customer feel welcome! Very much appreciated in the busy world we live in!! I love the staff here. One of the more consistent stores... though, you cant redeem rewards here its a chill place to get work done or relax...not as busy as one would think. Also, no mobile orders otherwise itd be a solid 4

Downtown Detroit with time to kill with my son and he asks to try Starbucks for the first time...this location was a BUST...out of so many things to make his top 3 choices and out of the topping for mine. Staff wasn’t even apologetic.

Great service! My friend ordered a drink that she didnt end up liking (Zombie Halloween frap) and the staff were nice enough to make her a different drink. Very clean and spacious interior.

Beware - this is a franchise store. They do not take rewards for purchases, always upcharge for non-dairy milk, and have no Starbucks WiFi. Will be coming to Detroit on work in the future, but will not return to patron this location.

This Starbucks is in the Greektown Casino, and as other reviewers have said, its a nice place to work. Plenty of tables, and not as busy as many Starbucks.

It was okay. All the mocha flavoring fell to the bottom of the cup. So the first half was just coffee.

No public restroom inside the Greektown Hotel Starbucks...you must go to C level of the hotel in order to use the restrooms. The service is good, but for a Starbucks type personnel, the smiles are rare.

Starbucks is a chain establishment but this location runs with uniqueness of a local coffee shop.

They dont honor Starbucks rewards. They dont know what an Espresso Frapuccino is, although thats on their menu and Im just reading it. They cant make the measurements correct, ending up wasting enough frapuccino blend that fits a tall cup.You guys arent just losing customers, youre making the company lose money as well with your wastefulness.

Samanth, as she named herself and who is a manager as she said, was very rude. When she looked at me she started laughing and her colleague too. When I asked her why are you laughing she said whats your order and said sorry and still laughing again.

Terrible, the barista is very rude and you can forget about using the Starbucks app because the system has been down for months. I am a daily customer and this place should not be using the Starbucks name.

I stood there and watched four employees chatting while one actually worked. I finally had to ask one of them to make my drink. Very unprofessional. And reconfirms why Starbucks is not the best coffee shop in Detroit or America. They just cant keep good people and its a shame.
