This is an awesome store. They have all the hard to find pieces. I spend hours at Lowes and Home Depot looking for a part, I go here and find it in 5 minutes.

This is a family owned and run business. The owner is super friendly and will go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. The inside is always clean and shelves are stocked. I prefer to shop there than a big box store such as Home Depot.

He serviced my snow blower as far as he cleaned the alternator,it cranks right up, changed the oil and gas and even helped me to put it in my vehicle for a good price. Very courteous as far as answering all my questions in person and over the phone. I would recommend to anyone to go there based upon MY experience

Great experience! Very personable and kind employees. The only thing needed to make it a 5 star review would have been to have the U-Haul vehicle I rented be abit cleaner and the windshield solvent topped off so I did not run out. I will use their services again, thank you.

OMG...I was in a state of panic, I needed a mouse trap of some sort. I never had a mouse in my house. It was 7:58 p.m and Best Value was closing at 8 p.m. I was so happy they had NOT locked the doors. All the lights were still on and the owner greeted me with a smile on his face. He asked, What can we help you with. I needed sticky mouse traps. I had been to four stores, everyone was out of stock. This was the last attempt for the night. Yes, maam, I just got a full load of them in. I couldnt have been happier at that moment. The whole time, the owner kept a smile on his face. His voice was cheerful and kind. Not what I expected from anyone two minutes before closing. Best Value at 24313 Grand River has my business for as long as Im in Michigan. The next morning, I had caught the little mouse that kept me up the night before. It was a perfect ending to a bad situation.

This is a great hardware store locayrd on Hramd River near Telegraph. It has lottery and a small snack selection.They have almosy everything the bigger stores have so you dont have to travel far to get things you need for any of your home projects. They even got a mail pick up here in case you get a delivery and your not home it gets dropped off jete and you can come in before 6pm and pick it up. This is clearly the neighborhood gem; the friendly staff is professional and ready to quickly assist you. So come by and shop hete for your needs.
