Please note Sept. 2, 2021 made order with Mr. Leon showed him exactly which materials I wanted. Mr. Leon wrote the order up, I paid for it and went to out to their yard to pick order up. The materials were not what I ordered. Went back in and informed Mr. Leon. I was charged a restocking fee and forcefully, loudly told that I ordered the wrong materials. I would not have been upset with a restock fee if I had ordered the wrong materials. Mr. Leon insisted I ordered wrong. Now, this was not my first time ordering these materials from Federal Pipe. I previously had Mr. Leon write my order up the same way he did during this transaction; however, previously my order was processed accurately.Mr. Leon should know that everyone makes mistakes, even him. I did not have to be disrespected by him and his employee. Even though Mr. Leon did give me 20 percent off of his restocking fee in the end, I will NEVER set foot in, or knowingly buy anything from Federal Pipe & Supply Co. again.

Everytime I go in there they seemed busy and a little stressed. They have put up with some entitled customers over the years and I think the treatment these reviewers got were from them having a bad day. Not the worst place and pretty cool inventory/fabricating ability.

The worst treatment I have ever experienced going to that store. The old fancy walking lady soo rude soo rude, I said I got the thing that I need from home depot and then she screams well goto homedepot then. And never helped me with what I needed. Very rude and unprofessional.

Very very rude Mr.leon and ms Debbie when I address my issues..she stated so what I have been here for 100 years. After it stood there while Loen made a phone call leaned back in his chair and had a 5 minute conversation. Trying to support neighbor businesses. No people of color working there all old caucasian women. Also no one had on mask!

Not satisfied with the salesperson i had to deal with.I know my few dollars wont make or break that company but i will not spend anymore money with them.

This place is a joke. The mgr. Leon Saperstein is a real Tool. He is an unscrupulous business man who will take advantage of his customers. His pricing is 2 times higher than his competitors and his customer service is none existent. Mr. Saperstein sold items to me for delivery the next day and he didn’t have have the items in stock. I waited all day and finally I went to another store called Kimberley Fence to buy the material. I was told that Leon had just called trying to buy the material that he sold me the day before. Buyer Beware!

Just got done talking with a sales associate and plan on making a trip to check it out, just from the website this place is great. They actually carry in stock everything that all other improvement stores half to order for you .Major time and money saver, check these guys out you wont be disappointed .

I had an interview here today and as funny as it sounds I was intimidated by the owners Intelligence. His ability to think so rapidlyreminded me of a professor or maybe a mad professor, Anyway it speaks wonders for his success. I’ll need a day to think about the position but I was impressed.

I drove 2 hours to meet Leon for a scheduled meeting and he asked his secretary to kick him outta here because he was busy and forgot our meeting. Said it right in front of me. Ive never been treated so rudely by a business professional. I didnt even wait to hear her relay the message just started walking out. Very unprofessional.

Diamond in the rough, its like Westborn for hardware! You can tell whoever runs the place is passionate about his business. Everything is well organized and the hand written labels are a nice touch. Im so glad places like this still exist... I am going to try and start buying my hardware from these guys as much as possible.

Herman was awesome. He knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish and then worked to figure out the best and least expensive way to do it.

Horrible!!! Was directed to 4 different people, had to walk around entire store and outside just to b told they had 1 of the 2 things I was looking for, Gutter extensions and elbows. 2 things that go together!!!
