Prices to high, I can go any place else, not as high, they are not supporting neighborhood, parking sucks!, What I need from them and in neighborhood, makes me go some other bigger hardware store, stopped shopping there as well as other family in hood!.. bye.. I get better prices else. Where..

Theyre location is great but they dont accept returns or exchanges even with the receipt or within 30 days i would only go here if i had absolutely NO other options and cant borrow it

Employees are really kind good place to shop for things for home. I have shopped here at least 3 times a week since 2/2020, only when I was in there the was 2 young white males complaining at owner for saling bandands with Confederates flag on them in a predominantly black community. They have been in community a long time.

Do not shop here, unless you want to be treated disrespectful. The only polite worker in the store, is the lady at the front cash register. She is the only person who is nice. The other employees talk to you very snotty.

I visit this door often for my Hardware needs my plumbing needs are household cleaning items because their prices are way better. The owner was very friendly and helpful as well as the staff were honest and polite.

This store is fairly equipped but the employees attitude toward customers sucks. I dont know who these other reviewers are speaking with but I live very close by and I have shopped this store for the last 4 years. The African American employee isnt as bad as the Caucasian employees but still doesnt seem to want to be there. They are rude the way they talk to and act toward customers. It makes me not want to go there again! I was so discussed two days ago with the service that I told the owner that the service was terrible and he showed no concern to what was happening! ( If they dont like the job maybe they should find another!)

I’m not a person who is paid to provide favorable comments like the ones you see below. I have patronized this hardware store a number of times, so I know what I am talking about. I find this family owned business at this location to be condescending of its customers, treats its workers poorly, father and son speak openly with abusive and argumentative language. I will never shop at this store again as I was asked to leave this store because I was unwilling to be subjected to their type of customer service. Think of it, in my 61 years I have never in my life been asked to leave a store and not come back.
