Good selection of most home hardware needs, but does not stock many construction materials beyond that.

This place is great! Close to home, have almost everything you need for projects around the home. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Free popcorn is a bonus. They have paint, electrical supplies, plumbing supplies, cleaning products, gardening supplies, outdoor furniture, grills, hardware, tools, all the little random stuff you need to fix things around the house. Ace also has a decent rewards program. Overall, a very nice place to shop.

I have purchased items from this location several times and it has always been a great experience until today. I am appalled at the way I was treated by the cashier. I made two purchases in one visit, and the second time at the counter he was extremely rude. The young man threw my items in the bag, and left two products on the counter. I actually pointed to the items to ensure they made it into the bag. Rarely do I write reviews, but today I was extremely annoyed and upset by the way I was treated.Im giving one star only because two other employees, Mark and a female African American, assisted me at the key counter and in the lock aisle,were exceptionally helpful and courteous. If it were not for them, I would have left all the items at the front counter.

I love Ace hardware already but I really love great lakes ace always very helpful the store is very clean and very well designed.

Small town feel great customer service. I grew up in a town where the local hardware store was owned by a family I attended high school with. It was great to go inside and pick up what you need and have a nice chat with familiar faces. This is the same feel that you get when you go into Ace hardware

Whats not to love. Customer service 5 star, knowledge 4.5 stars, value for the money 4.5, extra points for inventory or having everything you need. Again a 5 star experience

I visit this location often for a lot of my home and yard needs. Staff is always helpful, and more than willing to assist with whatever I came in for. A couple of Representatives are even willing to be a little patient when I forget.

Always helpful, always polite and knowledgeable. Excellent selection. I prefer coming to ACE stores rather than Home Depot or Lowes because you can get in and out quickly without having to take an hour to walk the whole store.

Great service. I went in to have some keys made and was in and out in a flash. It took me longer to find a parking spot that it did for the friendly gentleman to make two sets of keys. If I am ever in the area again and need a hardware store I will be back.

I had an excellent experience at this location. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I definitely felt welcomed. Although some of the items I needed weren’t available the staff recommended other locations and chains for my assistance. I hope they incorporate a larger garden section I would love to see what they do with the plants section.

I went in and there was a very angry old man who was bullying a boy on the staff at the register. The team members handled it amazingly. No one deserves to be treated less than. The staff was very helpful. I went in for a hammer and left with 10 items!!
