Fast easy to get upgrade to our phones. Employees were knowledgeable and courteous.

Amanda was very honest and and answered all of our questions thoroughly in a way we can understand. We left feeling good about our purchases and know exactly what we are paying for, which I cant say about many other stores. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

If I could give zero stars I would! Walked into the store and even tho there was only one sales person, she couldnt or wouldnt even say I will be with you shortly. After 20 minutes of not even being acknowledged with a simple hello we walked out! This is not the first time we have encountered this treatment at this store, but I guarantee it is the last time! I also noticed that the owner/manager only comments back to the good reviews, go figure!

A surly bearded argumentative gentleman opened this morning 7 minutes late, and it rapidly went downhill from there. This place is a total waste of time, he will explain to you that he cant do anything for you. I ended up going to the Verizon Store on 3rd, wonderful helpful people, got everything this guy said I couldnt get done there in record time. Do yourself a favor, dont bother with this place, and if youre the owner and read this...fire that guy immediately, he lost you thousands of dollars in business just today.
