I went looking for a new phone but really I was looking for new, knowledgeable, personal people to deal with. I found Raymond and his crew at this store and no matter the problem I was experiencing or the questions I asked, I was always treated with respect and given quality answers that I could understand. You dont get that everywhere, not even at other Verizon dealers, so thank you to all the crew at the 21st St store. You are amazing and continue to make my life so much better.

I needed a new phone, in my search I went to several other providers who left me confused about the details . I stopped into the Verizon store on 21st and was pleasantly surprised at the knowledge, patience and outstanding customer service.I’ll never go anywhere else !

Darlene was friendly and helped me as soon as I came in the door. She had great suggestions and made sure I had everything I needed. She even tried the case on my new phone to make sure I liked it. She would not allow me to leave until I was satisfied that everything transferred to my new phone. Super friendly!

Every time I go in there, Im always welcomed with an awesome attitude and they always help me if I need it. Its an easy in and out and your done. Couldnt ask for any better service !

Me and my girlfriend went into the store to get screen protectors on both our phones and first the lady tried to put on the wrong screen protector to my phone until her coworker caught her. Then she put the phone screen protector on my girlfriends phone so poorly that the protector was partially covering the speaker and was interfering with the phone case until it kicked the top portion on the protector off the screen. When I called to lady to try and get refunded she said they absolutely will not refund it. Absolutely piss poor customer service.

Worst experience I have had at a Verizon store. Took us 5 to 6 hours after the sales lady was on hold for an hour after charging for our phones twice. When I told them to take off the $150 dollars of ND sales tax because we were from Montana they told us, “We don’t do that here. After I told them what tax I was even talking about. Literally every chance they could tried to nickel and dime us on deals that I asked about. Called Verizon and they told me they could save us $300 dollars if we returned the phones to this store.

They are so helpful. They listen and try to meet your request. If they dont have the answer they let you know up front.

Less than a week old phone is broke. (The phone just wont turn on all the way. Nothing stupid happend, I tried to restart to get the bluetooth going and it just wouldnt go past the Motorola screen anymore) I am paying for the insurance and the phone is under warranty. I cant get a new phone from them even though they have them in the store because i dont have everything that came in the box. They have to order one from a third party and i have to mail the old one back. 4 days from now when the new one gets here.Yes my phone bill will be the same as if nothing happend, no worries, they will be getting their money on time and as promised. I get an excuse on store policy. Make sure you buy the insurance, you NEVER know what can happen!UPDATE: New Phone came in and its a brick as well. Didnt even last an hour before the same problem. They still dont care and tried to downgrade me and still pay for the original at full price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.Im looking into a way to get completely out from under them.Brick count: 2Third should be here Wednesday.Note to the director of sales. What should i call you on? How bout answering when your rep calls you. While i was standing there with her.???

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went in to purchase a Verizon JetPack. The staff was very unhelpful and answered all of my questions with skeptical responses (as if they were guessing the answer to all of them). The amounts they explained to me that my monthly bill would be do not match up to what they turned out to be. In addition I am now having problems with my billing because they failed to enter the information correctly which wouldve allowed me to pay online. Highly recommend going to a real Verizon store.

Totally worst retail. After ask to change screen at Samsung s5 they ask $235 more then cost the new phone, when I ask for buy it with no installation they told this is impossible and at the finish they not have it in store. Have waiting couple days. Ask about the old phones series like galaxy or s5 they not have. If there was a no stars I would give it. Been here for 15 minutes 1 employee helping costumer 4 other costumers in the store waiting. One employee scanning chargers and one in the back room with the door closed. What a joke.

Went in to check about prepaid phones, and sales boy was not too informative, and acted like he would have rather been somewhere else. Asked about a cellphone repair place he really acted like I was a thorn in his side.
