Went to pay my phone bill after getting off from working 10 hrs and the lady tells me I need a mask..last I checked the mandate for face masks was lifted. Maybe she just didnt wanna do her job. Customer service should be included in the job training. If u require a face mask then provide the to your customers.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They have no care for a customer. They dont stand behind anything when it comes to returns on a new product. Its in your best interest to drive to one of the other locations. The League City Location. They where more than helpful.

Refused to honor the Official Metro by T-Mobile policies that are listed at the front desk. I tried to setup a new line of service and asked about returns if the service was spotty they said both the device and service would not be able to be returned and now that the manager knows I would return it if the service is spotty, they refused to let me sign up at all. I would be wary about a company that doesnt comply with their policies. Poor customer service with almost 2 hours wasted trying to get answers.
