Real rude guy. I went in to get a quote and was abruptly told that “they will only sell equipment that they install” as soon as I walked into the door. Which honestly I’m happy I seen who I was dealing with before I got a couple thousand deep in work.

Great professional shop! I came in for new door/dash speakers and these guys got it done! Sounds great and they got it installed quick. I will definitely be doing more business when they in the near future.

Called and asked about some lugnuts for my truck and was told they could have them there next day called next day was told the truck was late to would be that afternoon so I called back then was told it would be the next day and then was told they wasnt and then told me they wasnt making a special trip to get the lugs so guess a customer isnt worth a special trip oh well will get my lugnuts else were and want call there again

I called 7/20/21 at around 11:30am to see if they can tune my speakers in my 2020 ford mustang. I was told to come in Saturday the 24th for them to check them out, so when I called.. they guy says were closed on Saturdays and they dont do it anymore but says he can look at them for $45. Like hell no. Cant even be clear with me so Ill go else were with my business and $.

Had my truck taken in for a lift and tires, was told a 7.5in suspension lift,and we would use body lift if tires rubbed, short story quick he was to lazy to put the body lift on bc he was scared a stud would break, so he cut my front fenders without calling me and telling me and never tried the body lift, my paper says a 7.5in suspension lift but its only a 6in lift,would not reccomend them to work on your vehicle unless u want it done the easy way out,so after 5k into it my tires are rubbing on my cut up fenders eating my $1500 tires up, thanx showtime custom for the terrible work

We own an older Buick and had Showtime put in a complete system, stereo, XM, antenna, full set of speakers, the works. Brad went above and beyond when it came to our vehicle installing more than just the basics because when it came to integrating the new components, well lets just say nothing is simple these days. Lights in the steering column had issues and other electrical bugs started popping up. Brad and his team took apart everything to find out why and fix the issue, ordering parts and installing them on his dime to fix the issues the new system had. Im impressed, 26 years and Showtime knows how to keep their customers. They make sure youre happy and that your vehicle will work better than when you brought it in. Five stars, too bad the rating doesnt go to six!

I have been here a couple of times both at the old location and the new. Everytime I have ever been here the owner has been more than accommodating. Sometimes they are slammed busy and the guy running the show really gets his ass handed to him but he has always tried to take care of me the best he can even under heavy loads. I took my 2015 3/4 ton Ram to him for a lift kit and rims/tires and I can honestly say he knocked it way out of the park for me. I am just thrilled with the job they did on it. Yes I would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting reasonable and quality work performed on their vehicle. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH... CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY.....

Outstanding service! First i went there to have my stereo looked at. It needed replaced and fair prices! Then we started shopping around for a soft top for our jeep. You cant beat their quality, service and price!

Every time i’ve called to get help with something related to my car including paying to have them install a radio they always have an excuse for why they can’t help me... lol if i were you i wouldn’t even bother calling.

I was a little harsh on my review for this company and he did call and apologize for his wrong doings the price was more than fair.and he did allow me to keep my car on his lot for a few weeks til I was able to come up with the money. As long as he works on correcting his wrongs I would recommend this company to others in need we’re all human and make mistakes thanks brad for calling to set thing straight and right.

Ive been doing business with Brad for 10 years now. I found him online because at the time he was the only business that had and was installing the Compustar brand of alarms and remote starters. Ive never had an issue, he and his staff are extremely knowledgeable of the product they sell and the different methods of installation. In addition he backs his and his teams work 100%. To date I have had 5 installations of remote starters and alarms and 2 repairs and Brad and his team have been very accommodating. Just to give an Idea of how much I value the customer experience in his store, I travel from Lebanon, TN to get my work done at his shop.Keep up the great work Brad and crew!

Very professional. Installed new Sirius radio in my van. Reasonable priceExplained how radio will work.

Not impressed at all. Had a bluetooth radio and back-up camera installed. First camera was broken. Had to return another day and have it replaced. which took about 12 hours longer than he said it would. New camera only works when it wants to, which is hardly ever. They also left random screws to God knows what in my truck and broke my driver door trim piece, which I am 1000% sure wasnt broken before hand. Its just way over-priced electronics that are poor quality and shotty work to put them in. I wont be back. The only reason they got the 2nd star my radio actually works. Its the only thing that was done right.

Let me start off by saying that these guys are masters of their craft. You will probably not find a better qualified shop for system set ups, and their trophies in the shop prove it. On top of that, they stand behind their work 100%. A friend of mine had a system done there, and when he blew up his amp, (operator error) he took it back to stereo one. Brad promptly retrieved and installed a brand new unit for him. On top of all these accolades, their packages are very reasonably priced, and they offer friendly service. They have my business.

Worse experience ever!! Called before I came guy told me he had a harness for my vehicle and stated a price of 15. When I arrived he was upset about the fact I didnt want a Single din radio. He then says he will go back there and check to see if he had it. He waited on 3 more people before he went to check. He refused to sell me the part after I waited.

So I took my car in to get some lights done on Friday and waited all day and they didn’t do them so he tells me to bring my car back on monday and again I waited all day and once again not installed so they tell me that my whole back bumper needs to come off for them to do the lights..........it doesn’t I looked it up on you tube there held in with 3 screws.I don’t recommend going here
