This is ridiculous we went to this location today and they supposed to closed at 6 but because is mothers day apparently was slow and they closed at 3:53 pm and is not a advertising saying the they will close early on holiday the today is not a holiday
Never have I have felt so uncomfortable making a purchase. Employees seemed annoyed for doing their job, made me feel like I was wrong for asking questions in regards to a purchase I was making. I ended up spending over $100, and even so after speaking to the manager no apologies were offered at all in fact the manager seemed more concerned about other customers over hearing my complaints and concerns. I rather drive out of town than to go back to the Dixon Metro Pcs location.
Terrible customer service! I was so ready to move my service with metro, but the guy that works literally got frustrated as I was asking him questions. He was also being a bit rude by saying that he already explained it to me. Obviously if Im asking is because he was being a bit ambiguous in his explanation. When I entered the store I was ready to move my service to metro. All he really need was to be nice and patient to close the deal, but because of this moment I became unconvinced to move with metro!
We had tech issues with our phone. They helped clear the issue.
Beware of this store. Went today to switch my phone to another metro pcs phone i own. They checked tge phone and told me the card reader is damadged and pushed me to upgrade to a newer phone. I refused and walked away. Went back home and called metro pcs customer service, they helped me out and got the phone activated and working. Now i am writing this review just few hours later with the same exact phone the metro pcs store people told me was defective and needed to be replaced. Be careful when dealing with these people they will try to rip you off in any way they can.
I visited to the Dixon Metro store. I was panicked because I needed some information from my device and I couldnt retrieve it. Metro employee Paula calmed me and saved the day. She was able to get my information and helped me immensely. She is a genius and she has excellent customer service skills. I strongly suggest you give her a pay raise. Sincerely, Ingrid.
Helpful services just not liking the always trying to up sale push
Bad customer service my son-in-law bought a phone and so he paid exrta for a screen saver and case the employee at metro put on the screen saver well the very next day the clip on case broke and the screen saver fell off he went back to the employee that put the screen saver in and told him it fell off he say wow sorry and didnt do anything about it he didnt replace it or the clip thats wrong i guess we should take the matter to some one higher in company im sure they dont want there customers to be treated like that it should be replace the employee put it on wrong or it wouldnt have fell out the next day.

Worst customer service ever today is Wednesday Feb 5 I when in there to see if I could activate a phone the girl was on the phone and just turned to me and said the hand signal to wait ... so I we waited a bit and never got off the phone !!! I think she was talking to her boyfriend, super rude will never go back there again ... and if I can give no stars i would !!!
