After spending over 20 years with another provider, we had to change due to having no service at our new house. I was a bit apprehensive because I had been with the other provider so long and had almost always been treated well. I was afraid to lose the good customer service I had experienced at the last carrier. It took about 3 min to be totally at ease there. Dan was AWESOME! very knowledgeable and easy going. He explained everything we needed to do and made sure we were taken care of. He ended up staying well past when he was supposed to be off just to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was wonderful!!! Good customer service is hard to find these days and what we experienced was TOP NOTCH! Keep up the good work!

My phone was on life support to the point that it needed to sit on my charger at all times. Dan the store manager did an absolute stellar job of helping me pick out a new phone and finding the one that was right for me. Zach was also really on point on stand by with the paper work and to help with further tech issues if needed. I commuted all the way from Dekalb and it definitely was worth the trip. I couldnt be happier with the service I received today.

Caleb Moton helped me out with getting a new phone. I came in there and had no idea what phone I wanted and he assured me that I would get the perfect phone for what I needed at a great price. He was very helpful, kind and honest with me. He did a commendable job!!!

Caleb was amazing!! Very helpful and friendly. I was greeted promptly and helped a short time after I walked in. Everything was explained fully about my new upgraded phone. There was a little issue with the transfer from the old phone to the new and Caleb made sure it was fully solved before I left the store. I really appreciated that. The store was clean and and the atmosphere cheery.

Today we went in to upgrade our phones and talk about outstanding service! I first called in and talked with Dan Adams, he was so helpful answering questions and setting up an appointment. We worked with Rae for our phone upgrades, she is also so pleasant to work with! Completely satisfied with how they both handled everything, courteous and professional. We were seriously dreading doing this and to our surprise it was honestly seamless and they were very prepared when we came in. Thanks again for great service Dan and Rae, it was worth making the upgrades!

Rae was the first one I went to when switching to straight talk to us cellular. She was great. Summer has been a fantastic help with transferring phones when I would do upgraded. Super friendly. Very helpful! 😁

Everyone that works there is great! Dan and Zach helped me out so much when I thought I wanted an IPHONE and then decided I did not. It was super easy to get what I wanted. Summer and Caleb have also helped me a time or 2 and have always been very professional and easy to work with.

I experienced the best customer service last week. I was having trouble with a fairly new phone. Long story short, Dan Abrams and Summer Shepherd fixed my problem quickly. They are great representatives of US Cellular. I will continue to be a customer. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days and I was pleasantly surprised with Dan and Summer.

For anyone who left a poor rating for this store, I suggest giving them a try again. I went into this store on June 2, 2020 to return to US Cellular after trying Consumer Cellular for awhile. I learned my lesson quick that you get what you pay for. I walked in and was greeted by Rae. She is awesome! She knew exactly what had to be done for US Cellular as well as Consumer Cellular. The whole process took quite awhile and I never once felt bored nor the need to create small talk. We just casually chatted the whole time. Also, as I was waiting I watched the other agents and they seemed very knowledgeable as well. In closing, I now have to drive all the way to Dixon (a little over an hour) to deal with a store that impressed me.

Awful! People convinced my mother to switch to auto pay to lower her bill and they have screwed it up EVERY month for the past 4 months. She has had to call every month because the bill says it’s late, when it’s not so they charge her a late fee and end up taking more money out. I’d hate to think how much they have scammed out of people who aren’t paying attention to their bill! They are crooks! Terrible customer service.

Awful customer service. Very unprofessional and when it came to fixing my, less than 1 year old, iPhone they were basically clueless and told me I needed to contact apple, wait for them to send me a new phone, and I wouldn’t be given a loaner or anything to compensate for the week I would be without. Not sure what I’m even paying them for. They’re only getting 1 star because they sound like great people to party with if I were still in college, considering that’s all they talked about while I was in there..🙄
