I went in today to look into upgrading my device because it was outdated. I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Steve reviews my account and found the best option for me. I feel the staff really cares here. They are not looking to get you in and out as fast as possible. Steve took time to set up my device so I was satisfied with it. I recommend this store to everyone.

On Wednesday the 26th I was told that Verizon in Dixon for sure would swap out a turbo charger that was no longer turbo charging my Motorola Edge plus I bought from an agent named Brandon. I paid $49.00 for extra for this charger on top of the $1,000 dollar phone. Today I drove a long distance to this store and the manager STEVE tells me no, we are not going to honor that. The charger is not doing what I paid money for it to do! He saw the bubble with his own eyes!! He told me go buy a Motorola charger. Why was this charger even sold to me? Exactly, bad business and doesnt live up to there word!! Keep this in mind when you come to this specific location. BE AWARE!!!

The staff here is so helpful and friendly that it made the entire experience pleasant. They went out of their way to get us the best deal and did not sell us things that we did not need. Overall this is the best experience getting a new phone.

He not only helped setting up my new account, but did his best to give me the best possible deal. He catered to my needs and exceeded my expectations. First impression when you walk in in is very clean. nice lay out and spacious. I went in expecting to put down $1,000 for activation taxes and a portion of the phone cost. Walked in after hearing that there were deals on the new IPhone 12. We were greeted right away, even though we had not made any appointment, by Arnel. He was so helpful in explaining the differences in the phones, the different pricing options and plans. Once we decided on the 12 he explained the options that were available within the 12 series. We made our choices and the phones had to be ordered. We had a trip coming up so we had a bit of a time crunch. He said he would take care of ordering the phones and get them there on time. We went in tonight as requested and there was all of our phones and the cases we had chosen all ready to go. He was so knowledgeable and made the switch of our phones son painless and quick. Arnel helped us from the get go. We went in late in the evening trying to upgrade 2 phones for my husband and I. We weren’t able to due to the Verizon system having issues so Arnel told us to stop by the next day and he would resolve the issue because Verizon customer service was already closed. We did go back and he was super patient with us because we were there 2 hours and he helped us and made everything smooth. He hooked us up with chargers and discount on Otter boxes and screen protectors. Thanks Arnel!

Fairly newer store so I think its worth the extra mileage since the wait time isnt as long as, say, Napa store. Clean store, and not too much as far as selection but that could have been because of covid protocols or that the inventory wasnt as stocked when I was there.Still, they were pretty helpful and I got my new phone fairly quickly.
