An employee in this gas station was so rude and got upset that 6 people that come from a long trip to use the bathroom, pump gas, and get some snacks, used the restroom and made a mess. Like thats what gas stations are there for AND we didnt make a mess in the bathroom we left it the way we got there!! Would definitely give it a zero stars if I could.

Never go here again. Solano County doesnt have a mask mandate and they kicked me out because I didnt have a mask and said the president said everyone needs to wear a mask. I go here all the time but never again

Costomer service is a thing of the past, so is friendliness I refuse to go back to this place.AlsoBe careful useing there carwash for one ot is supposed to give you change if you over pay but the change return dont work. Two the carwash just stops when its in the middle of soaping everything down went in side tonget some help and of course they say its my fault.

Tried to get propane for my rv that I have gotten refilled hundreds of times guy just said “ looks to old “ in an insulting manner and refused to fill us up. Note we have a 1992 with 50,000 miles it really is not old and it’s in great condition.

I stopped to get gas and use the bathroom. I will always stop here cause the bathroom is always clean, friendly service.

I could not add my Safeway reward number at the gas pump so I had to go inside, the attendant was very condescending. I did not appreciate that. Bathroom was okay.

The cashier even doesn’t want to talk . The rest room out of service. Come from another state stop by to get Gas, got really regretted .

0/5 stars.....We had a HORRIBLE experience here with all of the clerks from 2:30am-7:30am on 2/23/19.My girlfriend locked her keys in her car here at 2am and spent several hours relentlessly making calls and attempting to get roadside assistance out with not much luck.To start, the clerk would not let her use a phone and then was acting weird trying to bring her into the back room of the store saying she could use his phone in there. Creepy. Eventually another customer arrived to pump gas and let her use his phone to call for help, while she was waiting in the other customers car at now 3am the clerk came out telling the man he had to leave since he was parked in front of a pump (8 pumps total and 6 were open). I arrived shortly after to wait with her, the clerk came out several times while we were waiting harassing us, threatening to tow her car even though there were never more than 3 other cars at the rest of the pumps the whole time her car was stuck there. At 5:30am there was a shift change where 2 other men replaced the first, they then all came up to the car yelling at us telling us we needed to move it now very aggressively, never once offering any help at all. They would not listen to us explain that we had tried about 10 locksmiths, AAA and more with no luck and continued to yell at us and tell us they were going to get our car towed on grounds that we were hindering their business even though we were the only ones at the gas station for most of the time her car was stuck there. The clerks were doing everything in their power to make the situation more difficult for us. My girlfriend felt extremely threatened by them and feared for her safety. Had I have not drove out to meet her who knows what the harassment would have developed into.Never will return, and hope that this particular group of people are dealt with accordingly.

Would give 0 starts if possible! Went to fill propane. Employee told me it was, “to hot outside.” Machine worked fine, no safety issues. Just was “to hot and not feeling it.” Whatever family owns it, only has lazy family members working there. Service is ultimate trash.

Cant you give zero stars? The manager Imran, proudly denied access to my service dog. Im obviously disabled and he wasnt about to help me with the door, nor would he allow me in to buy a bottle of water or pay for gas. Also refused to come to the pump. Seriously?

Fail - Unfriendly staff and nothing ever works, like the bathrooms and car wash

There was arguably more beer being purchased at this location than fuel. The pump area was reasonably clean, but the bathrooms should definitely be avoided. Dirty, smelly, grimy, and no mirrors. This is not an area I would suggest as a stopping point.

Was just physically blocked, by hand, by an attendant/employee (standing with another gentleman IN Front of the entrance doors) from going into the store to use their restroom and purchase items. Im a woman traveling alone at night and was treated with such disrespect. Ive never had a problem with middle eastern culture, but I cannot help but realize why I was being harrassed. This is an obvious intentional act because Im a woman. This behavior should not be tolerated nor associated with CHEVRON.

Rude employees told me to leave immediately upon entering the store because I was carrying my service dog. Need to be fired or the franchise revoked. I cant believe these people are allowed to represent Chevron. I will never shop at any Extra Mile or get gas at any Chevron ever again and will tell all of my friends to do the same. Another zero star review!

Went here for gas and a car wash. Left with some ice cream and a sparkly clean car. Super cool time.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Waited in line for the Womens restroom for almost 10 minutes with my 5 year old daughter, who was dancing in line. The person ahead of us just gave up and left. The male worker (didnt get his name) finally walked by to use the employee restroom and said, the womens restroom is broken and the mens is out of paper. When he came back out, he didnt even bring any paper for the mens restroom, he just kept walking. After using the dirty, no paper, mens restroom, I let them know that if they have a restroom out of service, a note on the door letting people know would be appropriate.

Stopped here on my way through from Utah. I had been looking at the energy drinks (intending to purchase) for maybe 30 seconds when I heard the clerks voice from behind me say sir, you need to hurry. I didnt even look up until the second time I heard it because I couldnt think of any fathomable reason it would be meant for me, but sure enough... When I met his strange demand with a quizzical look, he proceeded to ask me if I intended to pay with cash or credit. When I answered cash, he rudely shouted NO. NO CASH. CARD ONLY! as if I was somehow supposed to know that he didnt take our countrys legal tender (somehow I dont think him and the manager agree on that). I informed him of my displeasure on the way out of this establishment that Im clearly not welcomed in, but was completely ignored. This now ranks as one of my most bizarre customer service experiences ever.

Said he doesnt want to accept my dollar bills ... Said he can only accept large bills. might be racist...Im not sure... But I had 19 dollar bills and a five .. he said he cant accept. I said you dont want my money... He said I have enough ones...WHAT A JOKEFELT DISRESPECTED AND ANGRY
