Good price and nice people

Well we went in February to order windows, doors, etc. with Nancy. In March we were told our order had been misplaced so we returned to place order again. We were assured everything would be fine. Fast forward April/May Nancy had the gaul to call and asked what we had ordered for the 3rd time. June came with multiple windows broken, 2 back doors not there. Now its the end of July no apologies, no offers to fix their screwed up employee and placed blame on COVID and supply chain. Sorry if youd done you job 5 months ago I dont think it would be COVIDs fault. Piss poor customer service when you cant even accept it was your employees fault and not make any offer to make things right. Really disappointed, Im not allowed to give the excuse i got things going on in my life so its ok not to do my job. Thank you for making our first time building and first time being your customer a really disappointing experience.

I have purchased from ADK Building Supply with excellent results. Adam Stinson of Hathcock Home Services ordered my Fiberon composite decking materials from ADK. I am now the proud owner of both a 42x12 as well as a 38x21 composite deck located near beautiful downtown Fadette!These fine quality decks are complemented by white mission railings featuring white square LED lights which illuminate the evening just perfectly.Two of the main methods of determining whether a company is a Five Star company is: One, to consider the quality of their products. Two, to learn as to whether they stand beside their warranties.Thus far, the products sold by ADK have been great. The warranty determination was put to a challenge last week.I have remote controlled electronic devices for my deck/rail lighting. When the back deck lighting stopped functioning, I tested the 3 amp DC transformer & found it to be defective. I returned this product to the very helpful Chuck Bass who is quite familiar with the thriving metropolis of beautiful, downtown Fadette. He assured me that he would put this transformer in the hands of Steve Kosan, who is in charge of replacing items such as these.Nine days later I received a replacement transformer via UPS at absolutely no charge to me.ADK, Steve Kosan and Chuck Bass all lived up to their reputations. I am very grateful to all of them and will continue to be a loyal customer.
