Stopped by and bought some things that I really didnt need but wanted for a project that I have coming up. I was trying to kill some time so harbor freight was just the place to go because time goes so quickly when you are daydreaming about all the things that you can do with all of the tools they have. Yep a guy can get in trouble with the amount of money he can or wants to spend inside harbor freight

First time I visited impress with the store it was today and neat easy to shop, prices clearly marked, wonderful customer service. Price were impressive given Ace hardware a run for their money.

Very easy to go for one or two items and end up with a cart full. They have a wide variety of tools and very affordable prices. Employees are friendly and helpful. Most tools are very durable.

Lifetime guarantee is a lifetime guarantee and Ive had pretty good luck with their tools. I dont know if they are expected to last but for the average homeowner/hobbyist Ive had good luck with their quality.

Very small store for the town, but amazingly enough...had something I had been looking for for some time thats been out of stock at a much bigger store. They definitely need a bigger store, but they have what I need. The isles are a little crowded, probably because they back it in tight here.

Ahhh Harbor Freight....a visit to China without having to travel. Some of the best copies of real American products at Chinese prices. They even have names that sound like real made in USA stuff but clever copies. Since settling here in our homeland the copies have continued to improve as the next generation of our young people grew up and knew less about American made tools that their grandparents used. The cell phone video culture changed all that. We taught the world all about real manufacturing and our kids & grandkids cant design or build anything. Just buy a cheap copy.

Good so far for a quick pick for a tool on the spot.

For 3 months now my girlfriend and I have been going there to purchase the 1 inch brushes by the box the tag is still on the shelf made 2 trips this week looking for them was told they would have some on the truck the next day. Went back still no 1 inch brushes

Just went in harbor freight. Were always in there spending moneyThey did not ask for phone number or coupons which w always use..she glared at us the whole time. Never in my life have we been disrespected there

They had what I needed and the cashier was nice.

I brought and inverter over 90 days ago and I wanted to return it bc I couldnt get no one to install it for me they have my name in system but I could not bring it back. Thats bad business

Decent selection & fairly reasonable prices. Might as well plan on standing in line to check out. Also, get in line if making a return. There is not a customer service counter & cashier may not acknowledge you or tell you that info.

The store has been rearrange a bit but it looks better. I was able to find what I needed with no issues. Store looks alot better and more put together.

Nice people working here. It is Harbor Freight, so you should know what kind of tools and equipment they have. Just remember, it is hard for them to stock during this covid19. Not their fault that they do not have some items. They are very quick to get stock out when they get it and will help you find what you need.

Grown mans toy store. Good tools at bargain prices. Ive purchased everything from tool boxes to compressors with probably several hundred different items in between. Love using the coupons and the Inside Track Club is a great money saver.

Went to big Blue to buy a chain. 25 ft was $83. Chain with same specs at HF was $35 but inside track brought it down to $25. HF for the WIN!

Love this store fore its prices. Hate the cramped spaces in witch you must walk to go from isle to isle. There sales are so worth the time though. And its very hard to get a salse person to service you on anything. Never enough registers and very slow.

Made me very uncomfortable when they acted like me and my wife might have stole something cause they found empty boxes while we where in the store. Stopped there to pick up a safe on the way home from a funeral. And they searched through everything we bought cause I saw a nice tool box and tool belt that I got while I was waiting for my wife to pick out which safe she wanted. Will never visit this location again and makes me not want to visit any of their stores.

Here lately, within the last month or so, every experience in this store has been EXCEEDINGLY less than satisfactory! If your sorry excuse for employees can’t treat their customers with respect and talk to them decently then you need to get some new people in there. I’ve never seen such unprofessional customer service this bad anywhere else.

Ordered hammer drill literally 30 days ago and it still hasnt shipped. The took money out first day though no wait on that. They say they are essential but dont seem like your needed that much if you cant even get people what they pay for.

We spent close to $200. we were also followed around by the employees. the entire time they were slamming empty boxes around talking about somebody must have stolen it. we didnt even have baggy clothes on and I didnt even bring my purse in. where could we have stashed the power drills and whatever else it was. Poor customer service. The cashier was amazing. the manager (I guess. blondish hair. not the bigger guy with darker hair) needs some training.

This place has quite a variety of items for sale. It stocks hand tools of all kinds, gloves, safety glasses, replacement items for tools worked with. Garden tools, mechanic tools. All at good prices, their return policy is easy to deal with, also. Pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable employees. Also stocks larger tools, such as sand blasting machines, tool boxes. Great place to shop.
