It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I arrived at the store on crutches and MARCELIES stopped me at the door saying that I had to move my car a minute later another vehicle arrived and attended them without excuses even when I parked in the Curvside What is unfair to me is that they act that way with an incapacitated person and also who was looking to be a new Verizon customer, this is unacceptable.This is the store located in DOWNEY.
Awful service. An employee was helping me then randomly just took the stuff I was about to buy didnt say anything just left. I waited for a while and when I asked about him they said he got off so he left. Like dude couldnt say anything?????????? Couldnt hand me off to another tech? They put me at the back of the line its been an hour and I still havent been approached!!!!!! Update: After 2 and half hours at the Verizon store we finally gave up. Absolutely Awful customer service. Go anywhere but here.

My experience here was positive after I went to the verizon in Commerce and couldnt get help. The lady who helped me was very patient, although I was already frustrated from my recent ordeal with my last carrier. She was able to work with their system to get me a phone and set up with service with little hassle, although Verizon has some hiccups to work out with their contactless system. Rather than burden the purchaser with restarting the whole process (repeatedly), she took ownership of the issue and was able to actually help me. Even when it took multiple calls to fix whatever hangup was holding my credit application back, she didnt act like it was my fault. I appreciate the work put in on my behalf and will return next time I need a phone.
Great customer service. Fixed my buddys phone for free. Seems his phone did a software update and wouldnt turn back on. Simply removed the battery and restarted the phone. Easy fix, but if you dont know how its pretty important and much appreciated. No long wait in line either.

I live in the East Coast and someone at this location used my account to “upgrade” another customer using my account!!!! When I tried to use my phone and it didn’t work, I called Verizon and was told that I “upgraded” my phone which of course was impossible because I was at work in another State on the other side of the country!!!!! The worst part is they uploaded “my contract” on the app and the signature is obviously not mine!! This means that this store conducts fraudulent activities and account takeovers with Verizon clients; buyers and customers beware!!! When I called their fraud department I spoke to a representative and Although the explanation of what occurred was given, the fact that NO compensation for THIER fraudulent activity on my account was ever discussed makes me believe that there is NO indication that this event was isolated and Verizon does not acknowledge the need for ownership of PROVEN FRAUD by Verizon Employees on consumers accounts!!!! The employee I spoke with on the phone was courteous and professional but I can tell based on the conversation that employees are required to follow strict guidelines when discussing Verizons employees fraudulent activity. The fact that this incident was perpetrated by a Verizon employee means that Verizon as a company is to be held responsible. This should NEVER have happened. And IF IT EVER happens, the resolution process MUST include compensation in the account resolution. I should be getting a NEW account number, a new phone number and an assurance that NONE of my photos, contacts and emails would be compromised by having been shared with anyone. I am not happy that this happened to me but I am very disgusted by the way it has been handled. To me it seems like Im just another victim of fraud when in fact the fraud was conducted by Verizon!!!!!I will seek legal counsel on this matter.
Today I went there to buy a new line and a new phone from them they were not very cooperative they told me I should purchase online and they only have pick up at the store, I asked them to let me know how to purchase online the phone and line then a customer service who called Phillipe took my phone away and went to another room and closed the door I asked him why do you take my phone away from me?! He told me he just wanted to be sure that number of my order online is match with the phone they have! But he just could take a picture from the order on my phobe and then returned back my phone to me but instead he took away my phone from me and it takes 5 minutes and more and I was worried about my personal information on my phone when he returned my phone to me I find out my gallery is opened! Now I am worrying if he make a, copy from my personal gallery (pictures) when he took away my phone from me for a long time or not?! You cannot make trust by this way. If something happen and my personal information such as my pictures goes viral then I know where should I come to ask for. I never saw such kind of strange services.You guys shouldnt take the customer phone from her and go to your storage area and close the door! When you have access to all personal information of your customer.

The employees here at this version store location is amazing allways ready to help you. Greets you as soon as you walk in the store. They are friendly and helpful.They take the pride of helping there customers. There parking is hard to finds when there bissy days. There in a shopping center easy to find from the street. They have everything they have for you phone if not they will help you find it.
A gentleman helped me for about 3 1/2 hours he was extremely helpful, and got me some really good deals, and let my 4 year old daughter use his phone to watch movies, super appreciative for the time and efforts!

Im waiting to pay my bill theres 5 computers and 1 associate Im trying to figure out why theres one associate on the floor and to put the cherry on top she has inappropriate behavior, no interpersonal skills whatsoever. Im wondering how they obtained 5 star plaque for wonderful customer experience. Im uncomfortable with her behavior telling her associate shes going to beat his ass.

I would give this store negative stars if I could. When I visited this location, I brought with me a pair of headphones that I had purchased at another Verizon location a few days earlier. The headphones were the wrong size, so I had brought them to this store to see if I could exchange them for the size I was looking for. I was greeted by the manager, who said that he did not have the correct size in stock but that he could order them if I was willing to pay $300 for them. These same headphones were $250 through Amazon, but the manager told me he could not match this price. I explained that I would just like to return the headphones, but he continued to try and sell me the $300 pair. He became visibly upset when I declined to buy the $300 headphones, and when I gave him the credit card I had used to pay for the pair of headphones I was returning, the manager lied to me and said that he couldnt find any record of my having purchased the headphones from Verizon. I knew this was a lie, because I could actually see the purchase in question come up on his screen when he swiped my card. I came back about an hour later and requested to work with someone else. The girl I worked with found my purchase immediately and processed the return.For a store manager to knowingly and wittingly lie to a customer simply because he is mad that the customer declined to purchase an item is the height of a lack of professionalism. It cost me time out of my evening as well as inconvenience due to having to return to the store and work with someone else just to avoid being lied to. Even worse, I actually filed a complaint and spoke to the District manager of this store about the issue, and he didnt even care about the despicable way in which I was treated here. He basically defended the manager and made it seem like I was bothering him by complaining. So it doesnt surprise me that the management at this store feels empowered to treat their customers like garbage and to lie to them.Beware of this place. The management is unprofessional, apathetic, and dishonest.

I changed from tmobile to verizon,they said that they where going to pay the balance from the phone . They took the phones and now I still owe tmobile for them. Do not believe them when they say that they will pay the other courier to switch. Youve been warned.

Theyve been jerking me around all week about trying to preorder to edge up. They said I should try online and said my phone was in good enough condition to trade in. I decide to just wait and go in store upon phones release and all of a sudden my phone isnt deemed to be in good condition from small chips on the plastic edge and that I would need to pay over $300 to upgrade. No thanks, rather pay that and go to a new carrier.

Avoid it at all cost... the CS reps act cocky and dont know anything about the products theyre selling. Im fairly tech-savvy and the rep I spoke to tried to tell me that the SD memory on a phone makes the phone run faster.. wtf?? Seriously? These guys should all be working down the street at MetroPCS, not Verizon.

This store trains their staff like monkeys, please dont waste your time or money here. Theyve lied to me multiple times to cover their mistakes and accidental charges I never asked for. Customer service calls to headquarters have backed me that this store lies about fees and practices, I have written and recorded proof. Ive reported them to corporate, including managers that support their behavior. I literally watched them upsell an 85yr old woman who wanted her basic flip phone to work (needed new battery - $20) to an expensive smart phone. They lied to her saying her old phone was unusable just to get an $800 sale. They take no accountability when they mess up and go against corporate policy to reach sales goals. Managers (Maximilliano and that chick who stands by the door all day doing nothing) tried to physically intimidate me out of the store once I called them out for lying and their shady sales practices. The best part of this store is walking out the door, dont waste your time walking in.

Verizon is the worst company that Ive ever dealt with. They change my phone plan without notice. I called them on it. Theyve had to reimburse me a number of times for billing errors. They canceled our unlimited data when they said that we would keep it for the life of our line. SWITCH to another carrier.

Absolutely terrible experience! I signed up months ago for the buy one get one free special for the Samsung S7 and my experience has completely destroyed my trust In Verizon. The staff assisting me offered the option of getting accessories for the phones, which I originally declined. He then specifically told me that the assosories (case and screen protector) were free for the promotion and so I accepted. He told me that I was going to be charged $300+ for the month bill that included the activation fees and monthly costs for the two phones. I revised the review and it all seemed I order. Two days later I got charged an additional $300+ from Verizon again. I thinking it was a simple error went back to the store to sort everything out. But it turns out that the staff lied about the price of the assosories and they charged me for the assosories. I then tried returning the assosories then. I was informed that if I did that I would have to return the second phone as well. If Verizon is going to claim that they are giving out a free phone then also require you to buy $300 worth of crappy assosories they should explicitly say that or just be clear the free is really just 50% off the phone . Not only will I leave Verizon I will continue pushing Verizon members I know to leave the company, (4 so far 😃)

I went to buy my new phone wich I paid the full price cus i wanted to keep my unlimited data n later a night around 11:30pm I got a text saying that I was over my limit data so I called them to see whats is going on n they change my data at 2 gb yeah they change my data plan them they made me wait for a full month(30 day) just to tell me that they couldnt do anything cus my case was over the 15 day sucks right!! I dont recommend any more good signal but bad costumer service wich make the consumer pay more!
Just went in there RIGHT NOW at 6:55 pm and i noticed the store had been remodeled so i stood there looking around to c if there was a sign saying checkin here but nope ans the salesmans just kept looking at me but noone offered assiatance! I went in to buy a Galaxy note2 today and they told me that its a store policy that if I buy a phone I have to buy the accessory for the phone thats include phone case, car charger, and a screen protecter wtf?? I try talking to the guy that i dont need the accessory so they refused to sell me the phone.
