Just had the pumpkin cream cold brew with caramel inside and on top, and wow! Best Starbucks drink ever. Also tried the pumpkin loaf and pumpkin cream cheese muffin and OMG. 😋😋😋😋

The woman who took my order was superior! 10+stars. She asked my name and then helped me with my order. The line took longer than usual but overall was a great experience.

Another well located Starbucks adjacent to the five freeway. The physical lay out of the parking lot is a bit awkward, the line for the drive through can quite easily block the exit if the line backs up. The exterior has an unusual design, makes me wonder if something else was here before Starbucks took over.

They discontinued my coffee ☕ but she was very helpful and suggested another kind which I am very happy 😊 with TY STARBUCKS 😊

I’m not sure why we are still acting like it’s the middle of the pandemic. I feel some business have taken this “pandemic” and used it to be stingy. My wife and I went to get coffee yesterday 6.18.21 and we decided to walk into the shop to order our coffee. The server gives us the lattes, my wife asked for sugar and napkins. The server gave my wife 3 tiny packets of sugar and two napkins no stirrer for a 20oz coffee. LOL it’s crazy. Then I asked for sugar same thing I asked the server “can I have more sugar” she got annoyed but it’s crazy. If a business is going to be so cheap and STINGY close it up. We all know Starbucks is over priced. Come on ppl.

This is the best Starbucks location. They always are so nice and remember my name. They always ask me how I’m doing which is so sweet. Angelina always makes my drink perfect.

Would give 6 Stars if possible! This establishment is an excellent representative of the brand and quite well run. The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Stop here if you care about quality and service for your caffeinated beverage experience!

Very expensive. $12 for two sugar free lattes, LONG WAIT IN LINE!? Better off to go to McDonalds for 1/3 the wait and price.

I had a bad experience today with my wife. We placed our order and when we went to the window we wanted to add to our order and were denied that option. I have been going to this Starbucks for years and never had this problem. This was the worse customer service I received. 03/21/21

Nobody greets you at the door. morning staff today 1/29/21. I stood in front of the waiting line to pick up ubereats order and the two girls did not bother to greet you. They sacrifice simple customer service for other needed areas. Not ok

I just ordered from here 15 minutes ago as Im now home and the hot drinks are not filled to the top theyre just above 2/3 filled. Theyre struggling at this starbucks..1. the car pool tenants gave me a chocolate milk and I told her right away that I had said regular milk and she told me she couldnt take it back understandably so, but nonetheless got me a regular milk. 2. She gave me the rest of my order and was bidding me farewell when 1more drink was missing 3. Looks for my missing drink and handed me a similar drink not quite what I ordered... i took it bc i felt bad for them.Theyre all over the place.Dont know if today was an off day or what but I hardly order here bc their drive thru is intimidatingly long and the one time I give it a go bc the drive thru wasnt crazy long, many errors in one order.

To be honest they dont seem to stick to the true formula... I mean I been to other StarBucks many others and dont have this problem.Everytime I order from this particular Starbucks my drinks are unfortunately never good. This was supposed to be a iced peach green tea lemonade and it tasted horrible no flavor.

One of the slowest Starbucks I been to. Not sure if it’s due to Covid or what, it takes a good 30 mins just to get your drink here trough the drive thru.Avoid this place. It’s a nightmare.The one East in Telegraph in Downey it’s way faster and way less busy.

If youve been to one Starbucks, youve been to them all. This Starbucks is great because it feels like a local coffee shop. The staff is so energetic and really enjoys what they do. They all greet you with bright smiles and genuinely want you to have a great cup of coffee. They all enjoy being there and make everyone feel welcome.

Always a good place to get coffee and coffee cake warm it up even better.

Fair place for a low key spot.Stuff is very nice and accommodating. Bathrooms on the low acceptance level. We were able to feed a baby at one of their tables ( very nice) and they re - did a drink for us ( complimentary) since it wasnt on our taste to start with. Parking is OK..could get crowded. Still dont know the name of this town but it sounds like a Latin pasta sauce...:)

Drive-thur is a constant struggle. I have personally waited over 20 min. I dont think its unreasonable to find that unacceptable. With that being said, if you go inside the service is much faster and better. One draw back to going inside is the parking lot; its limited with space.

Slow service take too long in line

Its ok, Ive only given one Starbucks 5* and that was because the drive thru attendant didnt rush the order. I guess theyre all trained to do it that way, but being rushed gets old...

What can I say? Starbucks makes a decent cup of joe and they have a drive through. If theres nothing else around and Im lazy or in a hurry, why not use the drive through? You come here for the convenience. Period.

My husband told them I only drink cold drinks, I must have made a mistake and they refused to exchange it for a cold. Never had that experience before at a starbucks.

I was very sad to hear i could not order my drink peach green tea with lemonade so i ended up ordering a large very berry hibiscus and was handed a small cup not sure if they were focused on my order or not the girl seamed lost

Every time I come here I asked for the same drink I ask at every Starbucks, I like the Starbucks double shot a Starbucks double shot is espresso with six pumps of classic and 2% milk I always ask for six pumps to add of vanilla every time they tell me so you don’t want classic no......! when did I ever say I didn’t want classic ....? Or they always put too much milk or you can’t taste the coffee or too much ice where you don’t get enough coffee It’s so frustrating because they never get my drink right and this is the only drive-through in the area fml! Got to get a woman’s coffee ride or her day doesn’t go good! ✌🏻

We go on a daily basis in the morning all this week our venti cup was 1/2 cup and drink was not hot. Today the cup was 1/2 and white chocolate mocha tasted like hot chocolate with a lot of water and not hot. We have always went to this place every single day purchasing two venti HOT drinks I think I should be credited this whole week, supervisor Carina said she would give me my drinks tomarrow, but what about the all week long problem😏😏.

Asked for NO liquid cane in my iced tea, and got liquid cane. Im diabetic and cant have the syrup. Had to throw away the drink.

The coffee is good. Im not too happy about the seating or the lighting its kind of dark there. Theres never enough parking.

Edited after a few months. Went back twice since my last review and both times I’ve gone, they’ve messed up my order. Never coming to this Starbucks again.Tried going into the drive thru before 9. Was told I couldnt go through since they closed. Pointed out it wasnt 9 and the barista said no because the car wasnt going to get to the window before 9.

It took along time to get two frapps. And the lady on the register had a serious attitude instead of being happy. But thats my opinion.

Nothing special about this Starbucks the only thing that matters if its clean if the refs take your order properly so when it comes to it and its based on the type of customer service that you received from each store is totally different and based on how fast or the house swamp they are you get your drink but overall theres nothing major or special about this Starbucks.

Everyone seems to know Starbucks. They are great at what they do, usually with minimal mistakes. We occasionally get orders mixed up but nothing too major. The food selection is getting better, every season. We like the breakfast sandwiches and their oatmeal, and absolutely love their lemon loaf and pumpkin scones. But overall, its really just another coffee shop!

Love this place!! I always receive the best service no matter what time I go. Theres charging stations for all types of phones and the usual free WiFi. Even though they recently had construction going on outside, everyone performed there best~

Took forever to get drinks and they were watered down. They asked what our drinks were like 4 times.

The iced coffee tasted weak and bitter. I just do not like that this is a location still using straws but then I was told that the roll out of no straws is until 2020? This is ridiculous. Such hype over Starbucks adopting a no straw policy and its a slow adoption? Own it or dont bring it up Starbucks! Straws should be offered upon request for those who can only drink from a straw as an exception, period.
