Love to drink Good Coffe amd today i had a delicious one well prepared

Love this place! The staff are friendly and for the most part get your order correct! Please have patience as sometimes they are swamped with orders and please tip as they deserve it!

Beware if you are ordering delivery from this store!! I have ordered through postmates twice and BOTH times items were missing from my order!! The first time 2 drinks were missing and today 1 drink was missing and they put whipped cream on a clearly noted dairy free order and left whip off of the one I asked it to be on. Seriously, I know things get busy, but come on. They should at the very least count and make sure all of the drinks are in the order. I called both times and they offered free drinks for the ones missing, but the whole point of delivery (which we pay a lot extra for) is to avoid having to go into the store. I will not be ordering from this location again. So so disappointed since I love this coffee chain.Update: Of the drinks I did receive, the one that was for me was made from milk. Not only did I pay extra for almond coconut milk, I am dairy intolerant, so now I am having stomach cramps. I cant believe I spent over $30 on this order. I really recommend not ordering from this location.

I just witnessed a coffee bean altercation, customer upset over receiving the wrong order and having to come back and the employees being so careless and using profanity words against her, one of them wishing her death and even threatened with finding her address by taking a photo of her license plate number and telling her shes gonna go to her house and murder her... wow, thats what happens when you try to help the little guys...

I always order a large iced hazelnut latte. Its good but this chain puts tons of ice into your drink so ask for less. Friendly servicio. Ive only used the drive thru. Its often packed. Theres a nice patio area.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday after having poor service at the Washington location. They are very friendly here and it is very clean. They got my drink right and I was very happy with the service. I would definitely return to this location :)

Waited in the drive through this morning for 18 minutes! Then at the window they forgot my drink. Horrible. Will never go here again.

This location is very fast and convenient because of the drive thru it has. Definitely recommend it! Love the African sunrise herbal tea, even the smell of it when its hot! 🍵😋

Its a gem since not many people come around here. I love studying here because the environment is so relaxing. It doesnt get very noisy in here, and due to their large windows, the lighting in here is majority natural (better for my eyes and keeps me awake). So if youre looking for a bright, and low energetic place, here it is.

Drive thru employees are extremely bitter. Rude and absolutely no customer service. Every time I come here I get the same experience. I always ask for almond milk and they always put whole milk. They dont look happy.

Had a cool experience here. Didn’t know that there was one so close to the house. We went there for the Mango Tea it’s pretty good. The person at the drive they was very nice. I would definitely go back. Their drinks are really good.

Idk If it is all coffee beans but I feel as if they only have one really good drink. Or the baristas do not know how to prepare everything else. For example the Houjicha Hazelnut tea I bought tasted like semi sweet water. I even asked for light ice to preserve the taste. Ive had a few occasions where I ask for a iced green tea latte but all I taste is the milk. Idk what it is, but coffee bean has been failing me lately.

Great coffee and always good! I love a hot flavored coffee in the morning or a Ice Blended drink in the afternoon! Love the seasonal stuff too! Havent tried there wraps or sandwiches but does look tempting! This chain is in my opinion way better than the other big coffee chain!

This place is walk in only but thats okay. Its worth parking and coming inside for if you have a few extra minutes. They also sell lots of product including coffee pod machines in lots of colors. Pick up some roasted coffee while you are here, it tastes lots better than Starbucks brand which is nice. Prices about the same as Starbucks and service is awesome all the time. Not as many snacks as Starbucks but you are coming here for coffee, right?? Also a great selection of tea. Check them out!!

I cant walk by this place without having the aroma turn me around. Delicious and different coffees and teas. Wonderful change of pace.

I order on the app and when I get there theyre closed because of a power outage. Except the signs are lit, the computer screens inside are on...ah maybe the teenage staff had to cut out before closing. Thanks a lot

Love that they have a drive thru since most of the ones ive been to dont. On this visit i got the mango cold brew with light ice and it was pretty okay not the best but not bad either. To plain for my taste otherwise it would be a 5 stars for me.

I go through the drive thru several times a week and it moves pretty quickly. I only drink iced tea and they dont have a very large selection for iced tea but I recommend the peach jasmine iced tea. 👍

Love CBTL coffee and this is the typical modern style, with friendly service. The bonus here (for me anyway) is the Tesla supercharger stations in the parking lot. Makes this a great stop over from LA traffic.

Great place to stop for coffee. Located in a very cozy spot of the neighborhood. Only concern is there’s not many places to sit comfortably with a group of three or more, more practical for drive thru.

I passed by three starbucks to come here. I do believe the drinks are better. But I’m always having trouble with coffee bean’s wifi after a couple of hours, perhaps a limit? Anyway, since I can’t use it, I can’t do my homework on webassign and this struggling student doesn’t have web access at my dwelling...Thanks for letting me go back out in the cold, in search for a starbucks, while still recovering from bronchitis. I guess i could delete my digital card now. myEducation>all.

Great Coffee Bean, and cool atmosphere. But do you think you guys can invest in some shades or curtains or something to cover the windows on the side that faces the golden corral? The sun can get pretty intense at times and make the glare on my computer very bad. :-/

Check your order twice, this is the 3rd time that my order is improperly filled. Manager was not helpful at that.

You should have never had a bad review for a coffee bean because Ive always had a really good service really good experience really good customer service but at this location I went through the drive-thru and they took forever and there was nobody in front of me that they didnt seem to be a busy they just took forever for my one drink.
