I contacted Joey at auto savvy in draper about a 4 series BMW, that I was interested in. Joey called me and scheduled an appointment for a short time later. Within 2 hours, I had test drove the car, traded in my old car and purchased the BMW. Joey and the finance manager, were professional, prompt and a joy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership and will buy from them again.

This place has a sweet vibe. My husband and I had been around shopping to other places and weren’t having much luck finding something we liked especially for the prices, and ended up here. We almost left after looking at a few options that didn’t feel like the best fit, but Corey went above and beyond and brought forward a car that we hadn’t even considered that we ended up loving and purchasing. They were excellent at first when I was buying my car but theyre communication lacks after you sign the papers and walk out the door. It has been almost 4 months and I am still waiting on my license plates. I have been in contact numerous times and I dont get a reply until days later. I had to drive from Ogden to Woods Cross to get an emissions test done about 2 months after I got the car and was told Ill get my plates in a week. That was in mid September and I still dont have them. Its super frustrating because my temp tags have expired twice and I had to wait for them to mail me the new ones. If youre looking for people who dont care about taking care of you after you buy your car. This is the place.

NOT AN HONEST company. It has been one headache after another with this company. please learn from us and STAY AWAY FROM ANY AUTOSAVVY DEALERSHIPS. We knew we were getting a salvaged title. The muffler was rattling and needed to be adjusted. They said no problem, take it to the Woods Cross location and they will fix it. It was in the shop for one whole week. No one at the Woods Cross location ever updated us on the progress, ever! I tried calling them to get updates but not once did anyone answer their phone. They told me their phones were not working. Really?! Thats steller customer service. Turns out that when I finally went to pick up the car, my husband inspected their work and discovered that the muffler was placed too high and directly behind the plastic muffler. They asked us to bring it it again. Time = Money, I was not happy about rearrangIng my schedule for their incompetency. They also sold us a car without the safety check. Again, I had to arrange my schedule for their incompetence. They said to take it to any jiffy lube and they will charge it to their fleet number. Turns out Jiffy Lube does not do safety checks! Why am I doing all this leg work that they should have done in the first place? Again, because they are incompetent and do not care for you after you buy from them. We also discovered the night we bought our car the there was zero oil in the car. It would not even register on the dipstick. this is such a basic check point to have on a car. No oil? Really? And, we noticed one of the tires was unusally worn down for only having 4,000 miles on it. The other three tires are newer, why only one worn tire? Looks very suspicious. Had me questioning their honesty. We brought it to their attention and said that cant do anything about it. Had we told them about the tire before we bought it, they could have helped is. Wow! Talk about not taking care of your customer! They do not care for you once they have your money! Im out money for tires because I did not notice it less than 24 hours when I bought the car? Bottom line: Customer service is less than poor, they need to fix their phones, incompetent at minor repairs jobs, and not the least Honest!

Just bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue from AutoSource. Sam was great to work with - he let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted without getting impatient. Made appointment waited several minutes to test drive a vehicle whick was NOT on car lot. They said there was a mix up on communication after they called the day before to confirm a test drive. No one from the sales man, floor manager, general manager ever said they were SORRY Im sorry they run a mismanaged dealership and sales force. It seems they like to mistreat customers.
