Not pushy at all he let us take our time answered questions and made us feel like they were the right kind of people to give business to. We had a great experience purchasing from Draper Auto. We just purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 from them with low miles in great condition. Its clear that they care about the quality of the cars they keep on their lot. They also offered us a fair price for our trade-in. They were extremely low-pressure as we went in on Saturday just to check it out, and decided we needed the weekend to think about it. I bought a 2008 Ford F-150 with a 136,000 on it with a supposed rebuilt motor in it. I have had the truck for 6 months now and it has been in the shop 1-2 every month. Needless to say these fuys dont care about what there selling you or the bind it will put you in later. I wouldnt take a vehicle from them agai if they tried giving it to me. Dont waist your time here there are much better placed to choose from

Chris and Gary are AWESOME!! We made a deal over the phone with Gary & Chris to purchase a BEAUTIFUL Jeep that we saw on the internet. Due to weather we couldnt make it to SLC from Price so we put money down over the phone so they would hold it and not sell it to anyone else. Long story short; we had to back out of the deal we made and they wanted to give us our Deposit back but we ABSOLUTELY REFUSED because they were so generous in holding the Jeep for us and it was 100% our fault we had to back out of the deal and perhaps causing them not to sell it to someone else. Having given my old Yukon to my son years back, I was looking for a replacement SUV and came across Gary and Kris at Draper Oto (Auto). Was pleased with their selection of well cared for used vehicles and test drove a few makes and models. It was a painless and professional process top to bottom. It is grand to find used cars of this caliber, prices, and selection offered by their high integrity way of finding, selling and customer service.Since that original purchase back in 2017 (I think), we have consigned three vehicles with Draper Oto, traded one and purchased four vehicles from them. Gary and Kris also helped me pick up take-off wheels they have around their shop to have as an extra set of snows come the change of seasons – again, very fair price versus everyone else out there.In addition, my daughter and son-in-law also bought a vehicle from them and said they would definitely return when they wanted a change.They are our familys only choice when in need of vehicles.I give them 5 stars – more if one could give more stars.

This dealership is horrible. Gary (the owner) knowingly sells bad vehicles to people out of state stating they have no issues, when in fact, they do have major issues. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Getting the better business bureau involved along with the attorney general from Utah because Gary won’t do the right thing. I would not wish this horrible experience on anyone. You couldn’t find a worse dealership to buy from.

Bought a 2016 Land Rover L4 Landmark Edition. Dealer delivered it to me in Texas. When I received it, the roof was concealed with black vinly rap and covered both sunroofs. When I peeled it back, i discovered the 3rd row sunroof was shattered. This was not disclosed by the dealer and when I called them up to tell them, they said tough luck, not our probelm I called to see how much its going to cost to replace it, $1800. So now I have to pay this on top of the purchase price of the vehicle. Avoid this dealership, dont buy from them. They should have offered to cover the cost of the broken sunroof. Not what you want to see when buying a car that says on their website mint condition

BUYER BEWARE. There are hundreds of dealers out there. Just looking at the owners response to unhappy customers is case and point as to why you should avoid this dealer at all costs. They will make no attempts to make it right. There is a history of bad vehicles at this dealer, almost like they seek them out for wider margins. STAY AWAY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!

These guys are great. I had been looking for an LR3 for several months. I went into Draper Autos late last fall to look at a few and just wasnt quite sure what I wanted in an LR3...I can be pretty specific at times and Kris was patient with me. A few months went by and Kris contacted me and said he may have got one in hed think Id like if I was still in the market. Told him Id grown frustrated finding a good low mile LR3 and was looking at LR4s now. He pulled a couple of good options in my budget and let me test drive an LR4 they had. Love it. However, when I drove the LR3 he had suggested. Perfect match. Every option I wanted and low miles. Long story short Kris and Gary are great to work with and honest. They get in some quality Land Rovers with good options. Theres always a risk buying a used import but they really do try to find vehicles in good condition. I would definitely recommend. Happy to report Ive put 800 miles already on my LR3 and it runs great.

My Mother In Law is wheelchair bound and we were in need of a Handicap access vehicle to accommodate her to keep her from having to transfer to a regular vehicle from the wheelchair. Due to a lot of construction on our little island the standard Chrysler Mini-van conversion would not work because of the low ground clearance. No pressure and you feel like they are very honest in what they do. Of course you are buying used cars so nothing is perfect but I like that they seem like they care. My wife loved the sales guy because he wasnt pushy at all. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

We bought a Sprinter van from Gary and it immediately had problems after buying it (a week after) that he has been unwilling to do anything about. After water poured in from the ceiling because of a bad seal on the AC unit he said to bring it buy to look at it and then ignored us when we emailed back to ask a good time. Before buying he said to not worry about a battery light, it came up to be a $400 alternator repair. He said to not worry about the check engine light, it turned out to be $4,000 engine repair. When the radio wasnt working but the sale listing said it did, we even offered to split the cost of his bid of $400 and then settled to pay 300 of it only to find the radio he put in was a $80 after-market one (which now does not work either). There were other issues too but not enough space to mention them...Before we finalized buying it he offered us a $3000 warranty for it, something we couldnt afford so he assured us that I take care of my customers. I recognize I have no legal recourse as we signed for an as is vehicle. But over $6000 of repairs less than 2 weeks into ownership and he has declined the opportunity to take care of us in any way. The only offer was to quote our repairs with the shop he uses, in theory to get us a wholesale deal on the work. When we asked to send us a quote we got nothing and nothing since. Gary is nice in person but is not a man of his word apparently which is sad that this happens still. His son who works with him however, was rude whenever we worked with him. I dont even remember his name as he didnt even introduce himself when I went in to pay for the car. If you are looking to pay a little more for the quality cars they claim to sell I suggest buyer beware...

Do not buy anything from here.I thought I was getting a great deal when I bought my Tundra, I should have looked at the reviews here first. Turns out this truck is the most unreliable Tundra on the planet. Problem after problem. Ive tried working with Draper Auto for the past several months since I purchased the truck and they keep saying they want to help and want to do what they can. Ive tried working with all of the shops they keep sending me to and not a single thing has been taken care of. I keep fixing things on my own because thats the ONLY way Ive been able to get anything done.Every time I try to talk to them about a warranty they redirect the conversation. Every time I ask questions about the truck or its history, they redirect the conversation. Ive basically wasted hours and hours of my time trying to work with them to get anything fixed and they have been absolutely no help.Kris has tried to be helpful, very nice guy. But unfortunately hasnt been helpful at all. Gerry (Gary?) the owner has been completely useless. I try calling and talking to him but he never gives me any help and always wants to call back but never has.Ill change this review if they get around to fixing my truck or hooking me up with a warranty before I spend the thousands its going to take to do it myself.

Buyer beware! I purchased a 2010 sprinter from draper Auto. I live in Laramie Wyoming and did the whole deal online. Very carefully I went over all of the pictures that draper posted on the internet. The pictures clearly show 2 ignition key fobs on one key ring laying on the passenger front seat as well as the first row passenger seats from the back of the van which had been removed but were included in the pictures. I then found a driver to fly out to draper Utah to drive the van home for me and when I received the van the driver stated to me that he was only given one key and there was no extra seats with it I then contacted Chris at draper and he stated that he was not able to do anything about the situation so I then talked to Gary and he said they would see if they could find what happened to the extra key. I heard nothing back from him and eventually contacted Gary again and he told me that they did not have to include what was in the pictures on the sale ad because they have a disclaimer that states they do not have to give you what they advertised and what you paid for. I consider this to be totally dishonest because that ignition key cost well over $300.

WARNING: Absolutely have a mechanic check out the car top to bottom before buying a car here. They clearly do not inspect or guarantee that the car is in good working order. My buying experience was great, but within the first 3 months I discovered some substantial repairs that cost me close to $2,500. The oil leak and radiator leak would have been VERY obvious if someone, anyone had looked under the protective cover before the car was sold. Also, the warranty they sold me didnt cover ANY of it, so maybe dont bother!!

They have a lot of Sprinter vans. Didnt know there are so many types. They not only showed us their sprinters on the lot but also a list of sprinters coming in. Ended up buying a very nice, low-mile passenger van that we waited 2 weeks for. Took too long to come in and so long to clean and service but in the end we are very happy with our van. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Need to have more convenient business hours. But otherwise we are very happy with them.

Ive shopped for close to a dozen cars over the years. The big box store experience just doesnt compare. Gary and Kris are amazing! I stopped in on a busy Saturday and the two of them got to me in a timely fashion and provided me with a relaxed buying experience. The price may have been what brought me in, but the genuine and decent folks running the place are whatll have me going back. Its also apparent that they have a certain standard in mind when it comes to their stock; equivalent vehicles I explored elsewhere before stopping in tended to be not only higher in mileage, but in wear. Highly recommended.

I guess Draper Auto sold us a lemon. We bought a BMW X5 from them this summer and since buying it, Im having to do repair after repair after repair. Check engine light is even on now. When I was sold the car, I specifically asked if it had any mechanical or electrical problems which I was told there was not any. Didnt take long to realize that the backup camera didnt work, that a brake light was out, and the handful of other repairs Ive had to do including replacing both rear air springs. There is no way they didnt know about some of these problems when they sold me the car and told me to my face there were no problems. I still have some new repairs that have to be done. What the hell?! I havent even owned this car for 6 months. I spent $20,000 on this car and this is what I get! Not happy at all and my wife wont stop reminding that this is why she didnt want to buy used. Thanks for nothing (except for a lot of hassle) Draper Auto. Definitely wont recommend them to anyone I know.UPDATE: It has been a few months since my review and the car continues to have issues. Just heard back from the dealership on repairs and Im now looking at over $10,000 in repairs!! I can not believe I was sold this car. Draper Auto, you should make this right.

UPDATE 2/27/18 - AVOID MY BROTHERS $2411.23 MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM DRAPER AUTO WITHOUT GETTING YOUR CAR LOOKED AT BY A REAL DEALERSHIP. (See posted invoices for work done by the master technician at Land Rover Centerville to fix it: Loose bolts and bent steering, oil leaks, oil level sensor, bad battery...) (Original Post Starts Here) Their C rating with the Better Business Bureau should have been a sign.. My brother has had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with these guys.. (including the hysterical phone calls Gary has left on his phone threatening to sue..) Our story begins when my brother bought a Land Rover LR4, with low miles.. He shouldve noticed the first warning sign when they wouldnt let him come in and test drive it because it was getting looked over for routine maintenance.. Turns out it was at Jaguar Land Rover Salt Lake, (funny that a dealership can sell a car without knowing how to fix it right?) with a check engine fault due to someone putting in an engine from who knows where and not installing everything correctly. Draper Auto was told very clearly by Land Rover Salt Lake that the engine was not original to the car, and that was causing the problems.. One thing has led to another, and now hes stuck with a car that needs thousands of dollars of engine work (according to the master technician at Land Rover Centerville) due to oil leaks and steering issues and has who knows how many miles on whats (in my opinion) a junkyard motor, but Draper Auto has gone completely silent.. He hasnt been able to really drive it (aside from going to an back from the dealer for repairs) and is getting completely stonewalled wherever he has turned or whoever he has talked to at Draper Auto.. They continue to claim he is lying and that they had the car looked at by a third party and they couldnt find anything wrong and that is why they are being stonewalled... MAKE SURE TO HAVE A REAL DEALERSHIP LOOK AT ANY CAR YOURE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM DRAPER AUTO.. Chances are theyll know more about the car anyways, and theyll disclose the problems that Draper Auto will from our experience try and hide from you (Or play dumb).

I had an Extremely Amazing Experience and Draper Auto I bought a 2010 BMW 335XI, I traded in a Mazda and could not believe how much nice and respectful Gary was, he was very knowledgeable of all the cars on his lot and when i told him exactly what I was interested in he showed me what I wanted and I left with an amazing car that is reliable, luxurious and extremely quick. I bought a vehicle from this dealer recently not even after 2 weeks of having the car . Its broken down ! Now I have to pay about more than 2,000 in Repairs ! Huge slap in the face . I took it back and they said they cant even diagnose the car, come on now your a luxury dealer ship and your mechanic cant diagnose it . I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone.. Had a horrible experience with these guys. Bought a car and a few days later a dash board light came on. Turns out the car needs major repair. Now I am looking at thousands in repair.

Took the car to get a pre-purchase inspection done on an 03 Tahoe they have for sale. The mechanic said not to buy it less they were giving us a screaming good deal. The battery was dead when we went to leave the mechanics, but mechanics shop were nice enough to jump it for us so we could take it back to the dealership. We took the list of 20 (TWENTY) red flags the mechanic told us about that needed to be addressed on the car and were told the salesman that If you want a car that doesnt leak fluids, there is a Chevy dealership down the street that sells them brand new... We said we would still be interested in the car if they took the price down and we would make the repairs ourselves, no deal. They said they would replace the dead battery and repair the leather interior but would not take the price down from $7845. I get that it is a 13 year old car and flaws are to be expected, but I would expect more from a dealer that was all talk about fixing anything that came up in the pre-purchase inspection. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a pre-purchase inspection.

Gary is a fraud and a con artist, he sold me a broken down car and faked the safety and IM to do so. Ive now spent $5,000+ in repairs with receipts to prove it in the first year of owning this $13,000 car. He has tried to cover up his tracks by deleting my reviews and harassing my family and friends. DONT GO HERE if you value your family and safety!

If I could give zero stars I would, the people are very ignorant here, and I could tell the car I was looking at had a really bad paint job and they were trying to tell me it hasn’t got painted when the papers were in the glove box. The salesman I had was telling a bunch of lies and just really rude and deceiving. They tried to say it was normal for a blue smoke(oil) cloud to come out of the exhaust. Oil was so black too
