Dropped my car off for an oil leak and check engine light, however, other than that the car ran perfect. They had the car for a week, and then told us that it was done. Paid $2000 and drove it off the lot. The check engine light was still on and was told to drive it for 30 miles. However, after 5 miles the car was having a hard time driving and starting and started making horrible sounds... turned around immediately to check it back in. They avoided me for awhile then Jason Doyle who was overseeing my service called me and asked if I had an extended warranty and said it didn’t look good. Said they were still diagnosing but looked like it needed a new engine. Said it was possible it was caused by not putting oil back in the pan after changing it out or something during the repair, but assured me he’d keep investigating. Waited the weekend, then called back numerous times for an update but was avoided entirely. After spending half an hour calling the manager and leaving messages he called me back. Said he would look into it and call me back in 20 minutes. Waited 4 hours and drove to the dealership when I got off work. Was told that as of that Friday ( 2 days after the call from Jason) the people working on my car no longer worked there so there was no way of proving anything. My car was paid off 4 weeks ago and 1 week later I took it in for these minor repairs, now they are telling me after paying them $2000 my car needs a new engine. I have great service records, it was their doing that caused these problems but conveniently their workers no longer work there 2 days after. They have had my car for 3 weeks

Jason in the service department at Mercedes Benz of Draper does a great job I drive 40 miles to go to draper I could go to other dealership closer but they dont take care of you the way Jason does at Mercedes Benz a Draper he is honest fair and always straightforward an older lady of my age really appreciates that. The dealership in Farmington always seems to take advantage of folks especially the elderly. Its worth the drive to be taken care of honestly, Thank you so much JASON.

I love my Mercedes and the service tou provide. I was disappointed in two ways with this service experience.First, it was difficult to schedule an appointment. The first available time was three weeks away. The secretary who made the appointment had no concern nor apparent flexibility with my request for a sooner time. It was just “take it or leave it, but I’m busy so hurry up.”Second, I really like Jordan Hansen but was disappointed by his deception to charge me for my next future service. When I ask at the initial drop off, I was told it was just part of this bill and was an incentive to return. However, when I saw the final bill, the future charge was clearly delineated and could have been easily deleted. I fully intend to return in the future, but don’t like having you hold my money in the interim

First off my service technician, Jordan I believe was very helpful, thorough, and met all of my needs. I had very oddly specific questions and he never skipped a beat. This is how car service customer care should be! Five stars to Jordan for all of his help during the process and catering to my needs. I doubt i will ever go anywhere else to get my car worked on. Came here to get a diagnosis, waited over 5 hours and got told they couldn’t find the issue. However still got charged 230$ for them to look at it. Waste of 5 hours AND money. Don’t come here. Go to Mercedes-Benz Of Salt Lake City. It’s pricier but they get you taken care of. This shop failed to have me taken care of.

Rick Windmiller, the Sprinter Sales Manager, was incredible to work with. There are countless ways to configure a Sprinter and Rick is knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to questions. We called two Sprinter dealers in-state, OR, and got the impression they would have no trouble selling the vehicle, so were not especially helpful.Rick also has a line of buyers out the door but approached the sale as if he didn’t. Very positive experience, he went the extra mile every time, and keep in mind, it takes months to order and receive a new Sprinter. Rick was available for us every step of the way.

I just had to share the experience I had with this dealership, particularly with salesman, Anthony. I have been shopping for months for the perfect used Toyota Sequoia and it finally came up here. Unfortunately,  I live out of state. It took a lot of faith to trust that I could buy a one way flight and drive a used car five hours home, by myself.  Women especially have not historically been treated well in the past when buying a used car. But Anthony and everyone at Mercedes Benz of Draper made the entire process seamless and comfortable.  They calmed my fears, picked me up at the airport, walked me through the vehicle and answered all the questions I had. They had me out the door and on the road in about an hour.  WITH snacks and beverages. They even wanted me to text them to make sure I made it home safely!  I got the royal treatment here even though I wasnt buying a MB. The experience was just as if I had. We bought a used Jeep from this dealer with the salesman Taylor Bice. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure we knew the exact condition of the Jeep we were driving three hours to look out. We had previously been miss lead by other dealers on vehicles we went to look at but Taylor was very upfront with us. I so appreciated his extra effort and his honesty. Once we were home we found the spare tire rack was broken so I contacted Taylor. At no extra cost to us he shipped us a new bracket. If you are considering buying a vehicle at this dealer I highly recommend Taylor. If I could give Taylor more than 5 stars I would. Taylor was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with.

Ironically I was the first customer at the Draper dealership, I believe within two days of opening. Corey helped me with my dream getting a new white Mercedes. The customer service of the entire team as well as Corey’s attention to detail and flexibility was outstanding. I can only share my experience with the service department. I did not purchase my Mercedes in Draper. I scheduled my first annual maintenance a few weeks ago and dropped off my car yesterday morning at 8:30. When we first arrived and entered the building, no one acknowledged us. It was starting to get awkward until one of the guys from the back finally approached us. He went over what we needed and we left. After 3pm, I texted the assigned individual who the apt was assign to. No reply. We called after 4pm. And left a message. No call back. When I looked up the hours, it showed the service dept closed at 6pm. So we drove there around 5pm to pick up the car. When we got there, we found out that our car was never worked on. He told us that they were days behind and he has over 30 individuals to call back. I am not clear if they were planning on keeping the car overnight or for days??? This is the worst communication and customer service I have ever received in any dealership. The assigned individual was extremely unprofessional when we asked why he didnt just explain it prior so we could have rescheduled. If the dealership is days behind, why dont you contact your customers in advance to reschedule or let them know what to expect. Ill be submitting a complaint to Mercedes USA as well.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Taylor Bice. I originally checked in with the dealership about a used C300. Within a matter of a few hours, the car had sold but Taylor told me about an E350 that was available. It was a little more money than I had budgeted so I wasnt sure that a deal could be made.Within a couple of days, we worked out a generous number for my trade, the financing (Danny Brown was amazing) and a warranty - all at a payment that made sense for me.Taylor was with me whole way even working on our deal on his day off. I also appreciated the time he took training me about the features on my E Class. The salesperson at another Mercedes dealership 3 years ago basically just handed me the keys and sent me on my way.I love my new 2014 E350. The Sprinter service staff is amazing and exceeded every expectation. The service team helped us when we were in a pinch and I am eternally grateful for their help. Konner was clear with communication and timelines to help us contingency plan while our van was being repaired. If there were 10 stars to give, then I would give the team a 10!!! Terrible service. When you buy a Mercedes, you think the service would be better. We have had multiple times of poor service from this dealership. I would go somewhere else, but Mercedes repairs are unique and it is difficult to go somewhere else. I was at a book club today and mentioned what a headache dealing with service has been and immediately four women agreed enthusiastically. One said they sold their Mercedes just because the service was so poor. I will share just four of numerous experiences.1. I ran out of gas on the freeway. Our Sprinter van is diesel. I had heard that there may be something different you need to do if you run out of gas with a diesel. I called and asked if I would damage the car if I just put gas in it. I was told that no one could answer that simple question, but that they would make sure to call me back within 24 hours. Not helpful.2. The seal on our overhead air conditioning unit was leaking. We had it fixed. The car was there for a week (too long, inconsiderate, and unnecessary). Soon after, we noticed that the unit was still slightly leaking if driving in the rain, but I couldnt leave my car again for a week and didnt do anything about it. It has now been 20 months. I had to drive over a couple of days during a large rainstorm and a significant amount of water was coming in. I decided it needed to be fixed and they said since the initial repair was done under warranty, they wouldnt redo this one without me paying for it. $1100. A leaky seal has nothing to do with the driver and they should want to stand behind their work for longer than 20 months. I would be ashamed of the that quality of work.3. They do not stick to timelines and are very difficult to get in touch with. I can only talk to our service man. If he is unavailable, I cant get simple answers from anyone else such as Will my car be done today or do I need to make other arrangements for carpool?4. We have had additional parts damaged during a repair. The buttons on our steering wheel werent working. We watched a movie and used the media console on the way up. When we picked it up, the media console was no longer working and now has a large scratch across the screen.We love our Sprinter Van, but the service is horrific.

We purchased our 4x4 Sprinter thru MB Draper. Brent was easy to work with from day one. We had to wait for months due to Mercedes doing limited runs on these vehicles. We were updated along the entire process and the vehicle was ready on time. They even delivered it to our upfitter in town. Excellent service and everything was straight forward and easy.

One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We buy 10 to 12 new vehicles a year and several in just the last few months from Larry H Miller group and this place wouldn’t even let us test drive a new Mercedes van because we’re not willing to pay $5000 over retail. To suggest a customer has to agree to $5000 over retail or they can’t even drive the vehicle at all is absolutely asinine. This is the last bad experience we will ever have with Larry H Miller, we’re pulling all upcoming vehicles from Larry Miller and we won’t be back. I’m actually angry I bought any vehicles this year from them, I wish I could get a refund. The salesman was so focused on the one sell of today he cost them all future sales from our companies.
