These guys got me to switch from Sprint in a heart beat! I was having awful internet troubles at home, no service on my phone and my wifi constantly going in and out. The sales representatives, Lydia and Sally, were so helpful and informative, allowing this service to transition smoothly. I can confidently say I am happy with my decision to switch to AT&T!

Staff was very kind and patient, Lydia helped me find accessories and options for a case for my 13 pro since the majority of the stores I’ve been at don’t have any or don’t have the one I’m looking for, and it was great having her help me look for one that’s both fashionable and durable!
We had trouble filing an insurance claim with AT&T. After hours on the phone, I zipped to our local AT&T store. RILEY fixed the problem within minutes. He was not only quick and knowledgeable, but also very kind.I can highly recommend him.

5 stars is a complete understatement. I went to transfer 4 lines from verizon and it was the smoothest process ever. If you are ever switching from another carrier I would highly recommend Riley. The process is usually dreadful, but he made it seamless. Riley went above and beyond to explain every single question in detail. He was very nice and not to mention very funny. By far the best phone experience I have had. I would highly recommend going into the Tuttle Crossing location and asking for him.

Bad experience, they cancelled the account after sending us the phone and billed us for the cancelled account. Store employees have no idea how resolve issues for their customers. They ask to contact support and support asks to go to the store.
So glad new management is there now, it already seems like it’s a more friendly environment. They also informed me of the benefits of business accounts since I am a business owner so I made the switch from my regular account to a business line

Was there last Friday to get uograde phones. Started with one person and when I wasnt interested in accessories I was moved to another person. Thought it was pretty unprofessional. Kept trying to get me to get accessories and wouldnt even transfer my data from my phones for me ( the last store did that for me) wouldnt really give me a breakdown of my plan, just that it would go up 30 bucks probably so I am waiting my next bill if I get screwed or not . I would avoid this store.

THEY WILL LIE TO YOU.First cell phone plan, told them I wanted to buy the phone outright and pay a flat monthly fee. Which they said didnt exist anymore, and showed me the closest thing. Lies. Its called AT&T prepaid, which I didnt know at the time. They told me my total bill would be under $50, and it was well over $80. Lies.Not to mention, they didnt even get my phone activated correctly.Go to the location on 4832 West Broad St instead. They fixed the issues for me in minutes, very knowledgeable and friendly. Saved me $25/month and didnt even make any money off of it.

I came in on a Monday afternoon to pick up a phone I had ordered online with a new service (I was switching to ATT). I was supported by Matt, Chris and another guy who’s name I forget. I was mostly supported by Matt though! Who did an awesome job of telling me everything I could get that day, without being “salesy” or “pushy”, which I appreciated. I came in for just a phone and ended up leaving with a new Apple Watch, also. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Apple Watch and I’m so glad he talked me through buying it. My experience was great. I was there for awhile. If I had to guess I’d say close to an hour and a half or maybe two hours, but I expected that as I was transferring to my same number from a previous provider and starting a new line on 2 devices, as well as I’m a super patient person (I think this is very important for going into any phone service store). The only hiccup we had is that my Apple Watch band ended up not clicking in properly, and because they were so low on Apple Watches in stock, I wasn’t able to get it replaced same day. They obviously offered to order me a new one, but I’m an impatient person and I wanted to go home with it ASAP LOL, but Chris talked me through taking it to the Apple Store, because it’s under warranty. BEST DECISION, because I was in the Apple Store for about 5 minutes AND they let me pick my own color band for free instead of stock black. Which was WELL worth the wait on not being able to wear it that night. Chris was super supportive in that entire situation and reassured me I would get what I needed at the Apple store because I didn’t want to wait for a new watch, and if I didn’t, he would get it taken care of. All in all, my customer service experience was great. Matt ended up getting busy towards the end with another guest, so another ATT rep (I forget his name) helped me pick out my case and glass protector and got me all set up with my accessories. I’ll only be going to this store for my service. Loved it!!
I had been fortunate to receive excellent service when I first came here a few years ago from Cecil.Yesterday I was again fortunate to have Wendy help me with my purchase decisions and appropriate account-related changes.Convenient location and excellent staff.PS I like how the staff works well together, too. They were respectful of their customers’ time but, by helping each other out, I think we were all able to complete our business faster than if each had to wait for the other to finish.

This place is a joke. I havent been a huge fan of AT&T and their stellar employees. But this store takes the cake for stupidity and poor customer service. Save yourself some time and a headache and go to a different store.
I went in to upgrade to the newest iPhone and everything went smoothly until we tried to switch the SIM card to my new phone. After trying everything possible, ensuring they weren’t giving me a dud phone or SIM card, they checked and found out the Apple activation server was down so I left to run some errands while they kept testing the server for me. As soon as the server was back up (maybe 45 min later?), they called me and it was smooth sailing from there. Even through that glitch, they stayed calm and patient and seemed very knowledgeable about what to do during this situation and even gave me discounts on accessories since I waited longer than normal. Everyone was fantastic, I truly felt that they cared that they were giving me a good experience and that I was leaving with a phone that worked properly!! Thank you specifically to Helen and JR, you guys were awesome!

My initial experience at this store was okay. It took me about 2 hours and 3 separate visits to get my phone stuff together. I paid way to much for a phone, over $500.00 I called my credit card company twice to allow for the transaction to occur. After paying $500.00+ I get a bill for $37.00 per month which was not discussed with me at the store. I called the store spoke to probably the most rude individual I have spoken to at the store, who I firmly believe has no clue as to what he was doing. He told me he would try to help me and in the middle of looking into this mystery charge told me his manager was standing next to him telling him not to help me. When asked why he stated that anyone could be calling to get information and I would have to come into the store. AT&T has passwords, security codes, and other ways to verify that you are who you say you are. In fact while purchasing my now new phone (which I regret getting from this horrible location), I had to provide so many different passcode, that I felt like this was some sort of government style interview.All in all dont waste your time going to this store. The management is a joke and the individuals who are working there just sit around playing video games and watching youtube videos on their phones because of their lack in customers, which is made apparent after this situation.I will not be returning there ever again. I guess I will have to drive a little bit farther to get better service.
AT&T itself, great. The AT&T store on Tuttle Crossing, HORRIBLE. If you want to wait 30 minutes to talk to an employee everytime you walk into their store because the employees are too busy watching football on their desktops or texting then head on in there. After switching, our bill was higher than promised and it took us 2 weeks, with 3 phone calls waiting for a follow up, for the problem to be fixed. And the app hardly ever works. If Spectrum wasnt such a rip off I would never recommend AT&T. Not because if the service itself, because of the CUSTOMER service.

Jalen saved me! Can he get a raise? Let me explain...First time hooking up all new internet, electric and so on for my new home (adulting) I called a company and they connected me to an At&T rep. I dont know why I thought they would help. They gave me a hookup date for 3 weeks after my move in because nothing else was available. I learned there was an AT&T store close to me so I went in, this one at Tuttle. I went in crossing my fingers there would be a cancelation or something they could do for me. They had a date in 2 days! Jalen helped me get that date and time and saved me money for the hook up! He confirmed all I was getting and my new date. I am so thankful I went in nervous left out smiling big. Thank you Jalen! You saved me and my sanity!

On November 13, 2016 my wife and I purchased two new iPhones at the the AT&T store at Tuttle Mall. What we did not know at the time was this is NOT an actually an AT&T store but is one of 500 stores owned by Prime Communications located in Sugar Land, Texas that retails AT&T products. In other words it is a FAKE AT&T store! When you buy a phone from here you will NOT receive any corporate support and if you have a problem you are completely on your own. We ordered two phones from them but never got them because the lost them in their store room.They simply did not have the right names on the packages. However, AT&T started to send us a bill for two phones that we never got. Brandon Bowles, the store manager, promised to send the phones back but instead lied to us and did not return the phones back and we got stuck with a $1300 bill from AT&T. simply because he was too damn lazy to mail the phones back to AT&T. Yes, the folks in the store are friendly but unfortunately very incompetent. Be careful with these guys they will steal your watch...not that is not true they are too lazy and competent to steal! If you want an iPhone go to Costco. The are honest and will treat you fairly... the bastards at Prime Communications will leave you high and dry.

I am att customer for over 16 years, went to att store on Tuttle BLVD, Dublin, Ohio 43016 and upgrades two I phones, they offer me good deal on IPad also if I signed for direct Tv dish and I did, I signed and paid...direct TV dish came to my house to install it and they said that my house location with high trees is not suitable for Dish ..i recievd my first bill which way higher than they quoted me so I went back to the store and informed them about the Tv dish update and the high bill, they assured me that my bill is high because Of mistake and they credited my account 40$.the bill continue to become higher, went back many times, the store manager stated that my condition is unique and has to e mail his manager to honor the deal as it is not my fault that my house location is not suitable for the Dish.my problem:1- I visited the att store several time regarding my bill, every time I leave my phone expecting a follow up information regarding my issu but NEVER happened, so I have to go back with promise every time to get back to me with answer from his regional manager and again NEVER happened, then last time (after #2 month) the store manager stated that they rejected my appeal and has to e mail his local manager?, ( not sure why it takes few week to get answer from e mail and not getting back to me ) . So last week I took the store manager phone number, I texted him for an update on Friday and stated he is still working with his manager to honor the deal, ( at least 10 days between each undate to get his response since I signed ), I tried to call him last week but he hanged up and text me he is with customer and NEVER CALL ME BACK, I called him yesterday and he HANGED OUT ON ME, so I text him regarding his unprofessionalism and he stated that he is with Costomer care and again NEVER HAS THE CURTESY TO CALL ME BACK.i feel that this manager doesn’t care as long as his customer signed the contract, I feel that he set me up by procrastinating until the return policy lapse so I don’t have any choice of changing the dealmy situation is unique, I accepted the discount deal with dish Tv, it is not my fault that I can not install it in my house, it is not my fault regarding the procrastination from the store manager to identify my high bill issu and to give an option of returning my equipment at least the I PAD, and I feel that ATT needs to either honor the deal or expand the return policy so I can return the IPad .lastly very disappointing with lack of professionalism of the manager of Tuttle Dublin Ohio att store, lack of communication and interest in solving my problem after multiple visit to store .i am a customer of att for over 16 years and with this bad experience I don’t feel att care about loyalty any more, awaiting your response.thank you

Make sure you schedule your internet and tv installation several weeks in advance. Ive had my installation date cancelled 3x already, in two days. Really pathetic service. Shame I have no choice but to go with AT&T for my internet, because Id go with literally anyone else in a heartbeat at this point.I can only imagine how terrible the service is for cellular customers.

Talked by phone to this store two times regarding trading in my iphone 4 and upgrading options. We went to the store and there was only one experienced technician available so we waited for 30 minutes. New manager at this store and he didnt seem to know what was going on and didnt have a security code to access the plans available on their website. Finally talked to technician and she said that the trade in for my iphone 4 was less than half of what they had quoted me over the phone. In addition they were out of stock in iphone 6 and it would be several weeks to get one. We walked out of the store very disappointed . Very poor customer service. Will not be going back there again..

Pretty bad experience, went there multiple times, they were a little clue less on a simple service transfer. Why would att have physical stores if even basic transfer of service needs to be done via call center. Anyway I had to spend 50 mins of my lunch time for something that I eventually got done in 3 minutes online.Never had this experience at other ATT stores.
