This place is great. I visit all the time for any additional lines I need to add for my business. The lady there Nadia is always helpful and professional. One of the managers Enrique is always on the ball, hell often come by the table and say hello. Love the attention they give to their customers!
Had some issues with phone and insurance after purchase. Everyone of the associates was eager and willing to help and resolve the situation. Eventually the manager (think it’s Martin) took the lead and called up Aurion on my behalf to get it all fixed. Very friendly and helpful team there.
I have been having problems with my Samsung phone in recent months and have spent hours with help desks over multiple days, eventually being told nothing could be done I went to this Verizon location to buy a new phone. Then I met Nadia who spent close to an hour with me and her access to the help desk... my phone is fixed!! Thank you so much for the attention, time and effort.

One of things I detest the most is waiting forever in line at a cell phone store to get and set up a new phone plan. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised how enjoyable the experience was for setting up my new iPhone 8 Plus on a Sunday afternoon!As soon as I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by cheerful, happy staff. With no contracts and me bringing in my own 8 Plus, I was set up in less than 20 minutes pain free and given the option to pick a phone number with any area code of my choosing - that was the longest part of the setting up process. You get to choose an area code and the first 3 digits available per available city.The store was overall clean, organized by brands - Apple, Samsung, Google, etc. - plus a walls of accessories to choose from.Parking can be tough because this Verizon is located across from Whole Foods. But you will get faster, more pleasant service than if you go to the Pleasanton location by far.

I understand Covid-19 has had impacts on how service is done. However, the customer service I received was horrible and rude. After 2 days of trying to navigate asurion and the verizon website, I decided on just purchasing a new phone because it should be quicker. The young lady who was helping me immediately gave me an attitude for something that was the error of Verizon. Not only did she not resolve my issue, email me or call me like she said she would, she she managed to change my order to 3 day delivery instead of in store pickup, so now I am without a phone for 3 days. Great! So not only was I treated poorly, she managed to make everything worse. Thanks Verizon.
Went to get a new phone activated and the salesperson couldnt have been nicer. We were greeted at the door and helped immediately. All social distancing, face coverings, etc were all adhered to. Was a great experience.
I visited this location today for the first time and it was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience Ive had with Verizon since I became a customer. As soon as I walked through the door, Nadia greeted me and was immediately able to start my transaction. I was returning an unopened phone, and Ive heard stories about being charged a restocking fee despite the shipping box being unopened, but she assured me that there would be no fee. My return was processed within minutes and I was immediately able to upgrade again. I will never go to any other Verizon store for any of my mobile needs. I highly recommend this location!

Rick the manager has no customer service skills. I ordered my phone on line and the sale was reversed in error. I called customer service and they fixed the problem . Rick on the other hand did nothing for a customer of 11years. Where do they get there staff? They do not know what they are doing at all. Go to Walnut Creek they give better service and actually understand their product and how to make a customer feel valued.
Caleb was very welcoming, helpful and informative. It was a very fast and easy process and I never felt like I was an inconvenience for him to deal with. In addition, I got all my questions answered as well as my wants and needs fulfilled. Thanks Caleb for the great experience! I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I stay with them because of great customer service in stores and on the phone. Special shout out to Sara and Marcello!! Sara was super helpful and patient with me. Both of them made sure I got the accessories I wanted even though they werent in stock. I will definitely go back!
This is an official Verizon shop...Every time Ive visited this location Ive been impressed at the stores cleanliness, short wait before being helped the sales clerks are genuinely friendly, helpful and thoroughly educated about current phones/computers/pads/electrical equipment/service plans/etc being sold. In a time where customer service generally means either talking a computer or being routed to a person in another country (who may/may not be able to help me)- its refreshing to know I can always stop by this location and quickly find the exact help I need. 👍

Efficient customer service but on hand product knowledge seems limited to current trends. employees seem unable to answer most questions without using a tablet. this is somewhat expected but still a little discouraging. allow 20 minutes for parking and expect to walk: incredibly inept strip mall design

I am so upset with their service. I was taken advantage of. Returned a charger I didnt want. Because it was part of a bundle I NEVER agreed to he charged me for a phone case. You cannot enter a Verizon store and not come out with a bag of something you dont want.😡😡😡😠

Lots of phones and accessories but very few true deals. You can find better options and prices by shopping at bestbuy.
Went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Zarah was great. Upgraded and picked accessories in less than 30 minutes!!
Pleasant, knowledgeable, patient young man helped me out with my issues for about $1,000 less than I thought I would have to spend! He spent about 30 minutes answering every question I had and then found a solution short of a new phone. Cost himself a hefty commission too.I will be back and find him to make sure he gets the commission for my new phone in a couple of months. Thank you!
Ive never run into him more rude environment of young people who simply think you should just lay down and do what they say and dont question them. All the Verizon stores really need to be called in to check
