Ive been a customer at this location for a year now and have had a blast with the whole Cricket experience. Switching from Boost Mobile was the best decision Ive made in a long time and the new kiosk here looks great! highly recommend the service for anyone that wants an excellent balance of quality to price!

Great support. Dylan was at the desk and he helped me activate an iphone on the network. Thing is, cricket website kept saying the device is not compatible on their network. But, Dylan was able to issue a SIM card which worked just fine.I know where to go next time I have trouble with the cricket web site.

I came to this location after having a very stressful and frustrating time with the manager at the Westerville location. The issue that was causing nothing but confrontation and wasted time with the manager at Westerville was resolved in a moment by the manager at Tuttle. The manager was so much more professional and courteous than the Westerville manager. Even if it is out of your way it will be worth it for the superior customer service at Tuttle.
