They were nothing but good to me. Toribia waited on me and led me through the process...I needed all the help I could get too, as this was my first time getting glasses. She showed me all the frames, described the features of the ones I liked and helped me pick out the ones I am wearing now. I have been completely satisfied. She helped me greatly deciding on the lenses too. She told me the pros and cons and told me all the prices. Dublin Eye Doctors are great. 5 stars from me.

I called to make an appointment yesterday. The lady was extremely rude and short with me. She was even having a conversation with someone beside her and laughing into the phone as I tried to ask questions. Visiting this location is new for me since my doctor was bought out by the company. I am used to friendly, caring service. I got everything but that & had to call back to get the answers I needed. I’m so disappointed & not looking forward to my visit...That I have to wait until June for!

Ms Tammy is awesome BUT due to the company she works for myeyedoctor,,, im sorry 3 places I went to OUT of my network, unbeknown to them I could have paid in cash and it would have been cheeper than a in network company such as myeyedoctor. In Dublin SO Ive decided to do with out glasses that im in desperate need of rather than give a company such as yourselves (since you are the only one in my network) a chance to steel from me or my insurance that I pay so much for

Arrived to my appointment 10 min early everything went smooth. Until I got to the optician at the end where we pay. I sat there for a solid 25 min. Sherri did not have anything in order and did not seem to have a clue. She had to walk around and find the doctor to get my prescription and contacts me and the doctor talked about. She offered me a year supply of contacts I proceeded to ask her how much 6 months would be and she fumbled around and said she did not have those figures available after about 3 mins. I then just said give me the year supply because I had somewhere to be and needed to have contacts ordered. Great experience until I got to Sherri. Maybe the other opticians are more on the ball.

Some not all of the front end staff are rude. I use this place because my doctor joined them. Ive had 4 encounters with this office and each time was treated disrespectful. The latest was today when a woman on the inside saw me pull up in a spot at the door and appeared to rush to lock the door behind patients exiting. Then acted as if she didnt see me at the door or hear me pulling on door. I only needed to pick up my contacts and had received a text today stating to call before I came by. I done exactly as instructed. It was around 5pm; so not closing time.My husbands experience was bad as well. He refuses to go for his eye exams and he is a diabetic. I will be searching for a different eye doctor! Even if I must drive to another city I WILL NOT use this place again!!!

Iove them saved me lots of money, great service, and will get you in and out.

I love this place. My boys even love it, there quick, polite, and friendly. I like to say there is a wonderful special angel there, that help my boys get glasses that they need so bad and I didnt have the money.This wonderful angel, I like to thank so much for doing everything she could to get them for me. We have been trying to get ahold of someone here with no luck. Even tried emailing through their website. No one will answer the phones.

Ignoring the inconvenience of an untrained clerk and being subjected to ludicrous price calculations via deficient skills - I’ve seen how your ballooned retail prices end up on the final copy of receipts, such that your sales totals are instantly increased and burdened customers get systematically encouraged to submit high dollar rebates. The bottom line is that your optical department runs a SHADY OPERATION, promising to price match other retailers yet being certain to drain insurance funds in the process. Your manager literally said, “The insurance money has to be used before price adjustments can be made.” My skills as an educator of mathematics were alert enough to trigger misgivings about your store’s tactics - suspicions after an experience last February were confirmed by the ridiculousness most recently encountered.

They took my insurance plan. Helped me pick out my frames and my glasses came in very quickly. Polite, attentive employees.

I had a very good experience with this office. The staff that assisted me (throughout my visit) was very nice and helpful. Everything was quick and thorough. No complaints, at all!!

The ladies in the front office was very rude to start off with. The nurse and Dr. was nice, also made small talk. The lady that order my contacts I could not believe how rude she was. When my contact came in they did not even call me to let me know they where here. After being with out them for 2 1/2 weeks. I wish they would train their staff on customer service.

Doctors very professional and friendly. Frame specialists seemed knowledgeable. Only con was I was not told how getting my eyes dilated would impair my driving before the test was given.

How could an eye clinic serve its costumer in a better and considerable way. I would give then 0 stars if I could. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE . Today At 5:05 PM My wife got a text saying her glasses were in . We drove as fast as we could to get there we live over 30 minutes away out of town. I let them know we might be a couple minutes late. They told us to hurry and we did. We arrived at 6:02 and people where still there but their door was locked. She opened the door and welcomed us (I’m not even sure if “welcome” is the right word to describe the unpleasant look on her face. I knocked on the door and pleaded with the woman to let us pick up my wife’s glasses but no one cared. They said they closed out the system already. . Why couldn’t they wait two minutes to close out the system I told them we were coming. I’m not wanting an appointment, I just needed to get her glasses. My wife is really having a hard time with her eyesight. But we could not get them . . Once We get the glasses tomorrow morning we will not be coming back to My Eye Doctor. . Not in Dublin GA. not Anywhere

I was cheated out of contact prescription . Ive been to Dr. Clark at another office with no problem. But people in front office are terrible. I had NEVER got glasses, only contacts. But they said I wasnt scheduled for contact exam. When I was leaving with trial lenses in my eyes she made me take them out and throw in trash. This is the stupidest thing ive ever heard. Left me without any lens at all. Will never be back to this place.

I have the feeling they are only in business to use insurance policies to make their living, no feeling they care whatsoever, I will never use them again, I Promise !!!

Whoever run the front the lady is very rude never had anyone to treat us so bad and in front of our kids I hope to never have to go to this place again doctor is friendly but they need more friendly people up front
